We loved our stay in the beautiful house! The location was great with kids and a dog (right next to the park) and it took no time to walk to the old town. Can highly recommend it and wish we could have stayed longer!

Magnífico lugar histórico, magnífica anfitriona: Caterina estuvo pendiente de nosotros siempre,la comunicación era muy rápida y ella es maravillosa,sin agobios,pero siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquier persona que quiera estar en un lugar auténtico,en contacto directo con la naturaleza y con la mejor anfitriona posible.Volveremos,sin duda.Un gran abrazo a Caterina

Siamo stati (2 coppie di adulti) dal 24 al 27 aprile ospiti di Anna Maria. Casa molto bella, come da descrizione, nella campagna vicino Felino. È situata su una collinetta contornata da verde. È vicino a Felino ma è sempre necessario prendere l'auto per muoversi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono vari supermercati ed ottimi ristoranti (consiglio la Culatelleria a Sanguinaro) Ottima come punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni (abbiamo visto Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). È stato un bel soggiorno. Host disponibile e gentile.

Wir waren bei Loredana zu Gast, um in der Gegend Radurlaub zu machen! Es ist eine tolle Gegend zum Mountainbiken und Rennradfahren! Sehr wenig Verkehr und ein dichtes Straßennetz in toller Landschaft. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen, ideal zum Entspannen! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und bietet von Fernseher über Küche und Waschmaschine alles was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzliche Menschen. Die Mutter von Loredana wohnt in der Nähe, wenn es Fragen und Problemen gibt, ist sie sofort zur Stelle. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne auch wieder!

Wir waren 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft und mehr als zufrieden. Der Gastgeber hat binnen kürzester Zeit auf Fragen und Anliegen geantwortet, man hat uns auf Nachfrage binnen einer Stunde einen Föhn organisiert, das Haus ist - wie gebeten, warm gewesen, es wurde vorgeheizt, die Bäder waren sehr sauber, in der Küche waren alle notwendigen Utensilien vorhanden, für Kinder gab es Spielzeug, der Garten und Vorhof hatten genug Platz zum parken und spielen mit Hund und Kind. Es war alles wie beschrieben und der Gastgeber war mehr als aufmerksam. Vielen Dank nochmals für alles Michele, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

La maison d'Alberto est un véritable havre de paix. En pleine campagne, dans un environnement paisible mais pas isolé. Une très bonne pizzeria et un glacier incroyable à moins de 15 minutes à pied. Situé à 20 minutes de Parme et 50 minutes de Bologne. Idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter la région. La maison est spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Alberto est un hôte attentif, amical et réactif. Je recommande avec plaisir la maison d'Alberto. Merci Alberto

We stayed for 2 days at Silvias lovely house and wish we could have stayed for longer. It has been beautifully decorated and furnished and has everything you need for a special stay. Everything was SUPER clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in (and is huge!). Silvia and her husband are really thoughtful, friendly and helpful, with lots of suggestions for the area. Good walks and cycle routes from the door. There is a small pottery nearby where the ceramicist will provide private lessons, and of course there are lots of opportunities to buy prosciutto and parmigiano reggiano! This was a wonderful, relaxing stay and we highly, highly recommend Silvias house. thank you Silvia and Joris xx

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

הייתי עם שתי הילדות שלי (בנות 9וחצי ו11). סוניה הייתה אדיבה, הכניסה אותנו כאילו ואנו בני בית. עזרה מאוד למצוא את המקום, שלחה חבר שיביא אותנו. פינקה בפסטה מעולה שהכינה . הבית קסום, הבריכה ענקית ומפנקת. הייתה פרטיות מלאה לצד דאגה כל הזמן שיש לנו כל מה שאנו צריכים. הבנות שלי ואני היינו בעננים ובטוח נחזור!!! תודה רבה על אירוח מקסים ביער קסום ופרטי.

Dix jours exceptionnels par le lieu romantique et apaisant. Environnement favorisant les balades. Maria Teresa nous a accueilli avec chaleur, une disponibilité sans faille. Elle aime sa région et sait le partager. C'est une magnifique rencontre et envisageons déjà d'y retourner. Les gâteaux du petit déjeuner vont aussi nous manquer 🥰

We spent a few days here for New Year's, and it was absolutely wonderful. The place is cozy and beautifully furnished, surrounded by nature, which made it the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in the decor. We can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and the gorgeous outdoor space to its fullest. Highly recommended!

Wij verbleven hier 2 weken, in augustus. Het was erg warm, maar het huis bleef lekker koel. Het huis is prima ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt alles is aanwezig en aan alles is gedacht! We hebben Roberta even kort ontmoet, zij was aan het werk en op vakantie. Het contact via whats app verliep echter heel erg goed. Roberta reageerde erg snel en was erg hulpvaardig. Ook had zij heel veel tips voor uitjes, bezienswaardigheden, restaurants etc. Echt top! De omgeving is schitterend en er is veel te doen. Bijna geen toeristen tegen gekomen :-). Het huis heeft geen tuin, maar dat staat ook in de beschrijving. Er is wel een patio, deze wordt echter gedeeld met ander bewoners, met name om te roken. Dat is wel een nadeel zo naast je raam als je daar ligt te slapen, want dat gebeurt ook 's nachts. Ook hoor je dan de gesprekken in de nacht. De slaapbank in de woonkamer werd na een aantal nachten wel wat oncomfortabel. De bedden in de slaapkamers waren echter erg comfortabel.

Tutto perfetto. La nostra permanenza purtroppo è stata breve, ma ci siamo sentiti come a casa! L'appartamento era completo di ogni comfort e arredato con cura, perfetto per me e il mio ragazzo che desideravamo fare un giorno di smart working in un contesto tranquillo e in mezzo alla natura. Qualità-prezzo top. Ciliegina sulla torta: una colazione strepitosa! Grazie Elisa :)

Dominique è gentilissima e super disponibile, l'appartamento è un amore, piccolo ma estremamente accogliente ed organizzato splendidamente, super luminoso e con tutti i confort

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

Katerina was a great host, she was very flexible with our check in & out times - really responses to all messages & very kind - the place itself is great, private and quiet and great location - strongly recommend!!

Casa su due piani appena ristrutturata, tutto nuovissimo, pulitissimo ed in ordine. In una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Posto auto all’interno del cortile utilissimo. Denis host simpatico, disposable e attento all’ospite. Consiglierei vivamente il soggiorno in questa casa.

La posizione della casa offre una vista spettacolare sulle colline, sul castello e la torre di Rossena. Isolina è molto accogliente, ti fa sentire a casa ed offre una colazione generosa sul terrazzo (i migliori pancakes homemade mai mangiati). La casa è fresca e pulita, il bagno ha una doccia matrimoniale moderna e la cucina offre tutto il necessario (incluso olio, sale, ecc). Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo e torneremo sicuramente!

Di passaggio una tappa a Reggio Emilia, l'appartamento perfetto per una coppia con bambino e cane. Per andare in centro a piedi ci vogliono 25 minuti, altrimenti occorre la macchina. Ma per il nostro utilizzo è assolutamente consigliato

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο προάστιο της Πάρμας, περίπου 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία. Παρόλο που είναι παλιά κατασκευή, είναι καλά συντηρημένο, εξοπλισμένο και άνετο. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ασφαλές το πάρκινγκ στην εσωτερική αυλή του οικήματος. Η Πάρμα είναι μια πολύ όμορφη πόλη, ορμητήριο για ενδιαφέρουσες εκδρομές στη γύρω περιοχή. Η Μαρτίνα ήταν πολύ βοηθητική σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε.
