Gülen Hanım çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Ev çok tatlıydı. İhtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Ayrıca ev Kalkan’ın en güzel sitesinin içinde. Sitede kullanabileceğiniz 2 havuz ve kendine ait bir denize girme alanı var. Site içi ücretsiz ulaşım aracı da mevcut. Çok rahat ettiğimizi ve keyifli bir hafta geçirdiğimizi söyleyebilirim. Kalkan’a gelirsem yeniden burada kalmak isterim. Her şey için teşekkür ediyorum.

Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik Bay-Bayan konaklama sağladık 3 gece 4 gün kaldık keşke daha fazla konaklayabilseydik… Denize çok yakın,her yer restaurant çok güzel ağırlandık.. İkramlarımız eksik olmadı,çok güzel aktivitelere yönlendirildik,tüplü dalış bunlardan birisiydi… Önümüz de ki sene için tekrar aynı yerde konaklamayı düşünüyoruz. Asla ve asla pişman olmayacağınız bir yer çalışanlar ayrıca ilgilendiler dediğim gibi biz 3 gece kalabildik zamanımız yoktu malesef ama çok eğlenceliydi,kesinlikle 1 hafta dan az konaklamayın… Herşey için teşekkür ederiz🙏🏻

Affordable, spacious room close to central Fethiye. Fevzi was very friendly and helpful. He washed and dried a load of washing for us at a great price. Anything we needed, he was happy to help. We had our own bathroom and access to a shared fridge and jug. The home was 5 minutes’ walk to the Lycian Tombs, and the Main Street with shops, eateries and more. The main bus station is about 20 minutes’ walk, or you can jump on a Dolmus (to go practically anywhere… we visited the beach, Kayakoy, Oludeniz etc) from the bus stop a few minutes’ walk away.

Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege bei Erhan Bey für seine Gastfreundschaft/Informatiosbereitsschaft nochmal herzlich bedanken. Die Anlage ist die Perle in Kalkan, wir haben 2 wunderbare Oktoberwochen hier verbracht. Kalkan/Kaș bietet die Ideale Umgebung für eine 2 Wochen Urlaub. Viel Abwechslung wenn man wünscht. Besonders September/Oktober ist die schönste Zeit.

Herzlichen Dank an Baris und Ersin. Beide waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Man braucht allerdings Auto. Das hat aber der Gastgeber vorher schon gesagt..Der Weg nach oben ist eigentlich zur Fuß zu bewältigen, nur die Hitze macht es etwas schwerer. Unten gibt es mehrere Strände zur Fuß oder mit Taxi. Dolmuş gibt es auch alle halbe Stunde. Nach Kaş dauert mit dem Auto 5 min.. Das Meer ist noptimal zum Schwimmen. Durch das Halbinsel fühlt sich das Meer wie See ohne Wellen. Absolut zu empfehlen. Danke auch dafür, dass wir länger als Checkout- Zeit bleiben durften. Herzliche Grüße Miray

Merci Ibrahim, toutes les instructions étaient claires. La cuisine hyper-équipée en ustensiles et en petits électroménagers - Nespresso, machine à café turc, bouilloire, mixer, presse fruits,…Une décoration authentique. Une vue époustouflante. Des abords fleuris. Des chambres spacieuses. Rapport qualité prix parfait. Le logement est situé en hauteur à proximité de la supérette riche en articles de tout genre alimentaire et non alimentaire, les alcools, articles de plages,… Une navette vous relie en 3 minutes maximum à la piscine et à la beach (passage toutes les 10’ ). Des restaurants super bon sur Kalkan mais aussi tout proche comme ‘Aciktim’. Seul hic: l’absence de climatisation au rez de chaussée qui est compensé par un ventilateur.

Nigar greeted us at the door. We were exhausted from the journey - so shortly afterwards she brought up some home-cooked food so we didn't need to venture out. What could be lovelier?! The flat itself was great - in a very central location, but still nice and quiet, sunlit, with views of the sea. Note no basics in the cupboard like salt etc - but who cares?! The apartment was ridiculously cheap, lovely, peaceful and provided us an extremely restful break for the week. We just couldn't believe the value for money.

Berk place was exactly as described, very clean, all what you think and not think in the kitchen… fully equipped house in every sense! Fully working condition air conditioner and showers, comfy beds and most importantly you feel like home without exaggeration.Berk was extremely responsive when contacted. All this is surrounded by club Patara amenities, free swimming pools, going down directly to the private swimming area with sea loungers taking the shuttle transport that the resort provides for free every 10/15mns up and down saves you the walk if you like . Amazingly clean and well looked after by a very friendly staff .overall we really enjoyed our stay at Berk’s place and I would highly recommend his place.

It would be hard to find a better place to stay in Kas. We loved every aspect - the spaciousness of the apartment, the layout of rooms ( two floors, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms), the details (great screens to shade the rooms), the fact it felt like home and excellent instructions about the apartment and Kas from Lars. We so enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly. And the outside cats and dogs!

Cengiz is a wonderful and down-to-earth host. He personally welcomed us, explained everything in the house, and made sure we were comfortable. He kindly picked us up from Fethiye bus station and even offered a ride to the airport. The house was impeccably clean, spacious enough for three people, and featured a swimming pool and a play area for kids, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The villa is very well-located to shops & restaurants. Muslum was very communicative and helped us source a chef to come and cook for us at the villa. Villa was clean and a great size for our group of 11 people. Amenities as pictured and described.

Can Bey fazlasıyla misafirperver bir şekilde karşıladı ve bütün süreçte her türlü sorunu ilgiyle dinleyip çözmek için elinden geleni yaptı. Kendisi bir ev sahibinden beklenecek her şeyi fazlasıyla yerine getirdi

The view from the house is very beautiful, especially the balcony was very enjoyable. The complex where the house is located is also very nice, with its own private beach that was both beautiful and very pleasant, with enough sunbeds available. The only issue is that you need to park your car outside the site, and the slope can be a bit tiring, but shuttles run every 2 minutes, so if you don't want to walk, you can use them. Both Lynn and the hotel staff were very helpful and quickly assisted us with the minor issues we encountered.

We loved Kalkan and our stay at Villa Nazli! We couldn’t get enough of the spectacular views and the infinity pool. The villa is very spacious, with multiple rooms that are perfect for 2 or 3 families to share. While Kalkan itself is pretty and fun to walk around, we spent most of our time at the villa, where it was quiet and away from the town’s hustle and bustle. The town is within walking distance, but due to the high temperatures during the day, we drove to the town and the beach. By car, the beach and the town center are just 5 minutes away. The pool was very entertaining for the kids, and the adults enjoyed the view. The villa was super clean when we arrived; the sheets, towels, pool, and kitchen were all spotless. We appreciated Rachel’s responsiveness and friendliness. She made local recommendations, which were very helpful. Overall, our experience was great, and we had a lovely vacation. We would love to come back again and definitely recommend Villa Nazli to others!

Club Patara Prince Villas is a very private beautiful place, tastefully arranged and well looked after. Villa 133 is charming and was cool even in September heat. We didn’t need air conditioning. It felt slightly dated, which is reflected in price. Some issues have been raised and mainly solved by Ahmet in urgent manner. Shame that shuttle boat wasn’t running at the time we were there. I liked SPA, lovely setting. It was disappointing to find so many guests smoking on the beach and in restaurants but that seems to be usual in Turkey. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Özge Hanım son derece ilgili, bir sorunumuz ya da ricamız olduğunda anında cevap vererek çözüm bulan yardımsever bir ev sahibiydi. Ev fotoğraflar göründüğü gibiydi, banyo ve mutfak yeni yaptırılmış olduğu için son derece memnun kaldık. Evde yemek yapmak için tüm araç gereçler vardı, uzun kalmak isteyip sürekli dışarda yemek yemek istemeyenler için çok büyük bir avantaj :) Evin bulunduğu tesis son derece güzeldi, tesisin kendi sahili olması bizim için çok önemliydi, ve tabi ki deniz muhteşem! Ek olarak tesiste bulunan restorant ve tenis kortundan da faydalandık, tatilde ücretsiz tenis kortu bulmak büyük bir lüks :) Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, yine geleceğiz!!!

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It felt very private, despite being in town, and the view overlooking the sea made for stunning sunsets. The pool is the ideal size for several adults staying cool in the sun. As advertised, the bedrooms were large, quiet, and all had en suite bathrooms. The kitchen was spotless and had all the equipment we needed for making coffee and breakfast; we had to buy provisions such as coffee pods and dishwasher soap. One note: hot water for the showers was unpredictable, but as were in the pool so much, it wasn't a huge issue for us. Overall, we'd recommend this villa highly and would stay here again.
