The best option at a fair and well-deserved price in Sohar! The place was exactly like the pictures . well-organized, clean, and peaceful. It was fully furnished with everything you could need. The instructions for reaching the location were clear, and the host was very responsive. Highly recommended

We had an amazing stay. The house is spacious and outdoor spaces are perfect to relax or enjoy a good barbecue ! Mishal has been very helpful and responsive.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa von Sabrina und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen! Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Sabrina hat bei Fragen etc. sehr schnell reagiert und uns Tipps gegeben für die Umgebung. Die Villa ist gut zu finden. Ab dem Airport SLL ist Hawana schon ausgeschildert. Parkplätze sind ausreichend direkt davor vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber, das Bett frisch bezogen und ausreichend Handtücher waren vorhanden. Sabrina war so lieb und hatte Wasser im Kühlschrank bereit gestellt sowie ein paar Chips/Snacks. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Auch einige Gewürze, Öle etc. waren vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse mit Lagunenblick steht ein großer Tisch, so dass man auch draußen essen kann. Insgesamt ist es ruhig, so dass man nachts gut schlafen kann. Ab und an ist abends in einem nahen Hotel Kinderdisco, aber spätestens ab 23 Uhr ist Ruhe. Der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen (Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden). Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

House is in a calm and quiet neighbourhood. It is in a secure community. There is a small water theme park nearby. House is 100% as described in the pictures. Bassel is a good host. I recommend this house for people who loves a very calm and quiet life.

I loved staying at Naila's apartment, it was cozy, clean and had many added amenities.

Mohammed is an excellent host — he was very communicative and responded immediately to any questions we had. We had an early flight in and he let us check-in early, which was greatly appreciated. He also dealt with a parking space issue very quickly. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is great in Muscat Hills, especially if you're coming from or going to the airport (it's only about 10 minutes away). You can also walk to many great cafes and restaurants, and there's also a small grocery store nearby. After staying in other parts of Muscat, we preferred this area; there was less traffic and better options for food. It's also a great location for doing day trips to places like Nizwa and the desert. Highly recommend!

A really stunning light apartment - felt at home as we walked in. Everything worked, and the location is a real jewel with many walkable stylish restaurants! We swam in the beautifully warm and well looked after pool which the balcony overlooks. The place is quiet and calming. Would recommend and will use again when next in Muscat!

This flat was perfect for our stay for two people. The location was excellent, very near the Walk with a wide variety of restaurants and the local supermarket Spinneys. The shared pool was amazing and thoroughly enjoyed every day. The Azure coffee shop on 6 Street was an excellent location for the pick up on the trips we organised.

Schönes Studio in Resortanlage Hawana, Ausstattung wie beschrieben und in gutem Zustand, sauber und gepflegt. Herzlicher und freundlicher Kontakt, kommen gerne wieder.

Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Muscat, besonders vor/ nach einem Flug aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen. Auch sehr nah an der Großen Moschee gelegen. Hassan ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber - herzlich, aufgeschlossen und sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Das Apartment war makellos sauber und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter.

We enjoyed our stay in Zahir’s flat. He was very responsive and anytime we needed help, Zahir helped us or sent someone. We stayed in muscat for one month and was able to work from home as there is high speed internet available. It’s easier to get a taxi or rent a car to go to the beach. However, my husband and I enjoy walking and we managed walking to the beach a couple of times. Nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are also perfect when you want something quick. We loved our stay in Oman and will remember great memories. Thank you Zahir for making our stay a great experience!

A very hospitable host. Everything was as described and beyond. Really enjoyed the stay and will try to book with Abdullah for my next visit. The amenities around the residential were adequate and enough to save the trip far for the kitchen essentials. Access routes were very much of comfort to drive around the Muscat and way back to apartment.

Hatem est vraiment une personne incroyable, serviable à l’écoute. Il m’a même amené à manger une fois pour me faire découvrir leur culture culinaire et on a partagé ce repas ensemble. Très a l’écoute et réactif ! Logement bien équipé, climatiseur dans le salon et la chambre. Petite terrasse assez agréable avec équipement pour barbecue à disposition. Logement à 10min de la mer à pied et a 2min du supermarché. Je recommande vivement. Encore merci pour tout.
