Maison très agréable, confortable, conviviale et familiale, décorée avec soin. Spacieuse. Bel extérieur. Mention spéciale pour la piscine. Très bon point de chute en famille pour visiter le secteur ( iles de Dayamaniat, villages, bord de mer ).

Mr Said is an excellent host. We stayed in Muscat for 5 days. House was nice and clean, served our purpose. Location was perfect, nice and safe. Thanks Said for everything!

MK and his brother were very welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time at their place. Wish we had stayed longer at their place. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Muscat. Waves is 5 mins away, our family truly enjoyed and place was super clean. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Muscat next time again.

Abdul's place was very spacious and clean. we were a big group and there were many rooms and beds to accomadate all of us. He was also very kind to let us check-in early as our bus arrived early morning. he even allowed us to leave our luggage in the lounge until our flight. overall a very pleasant experience and the house is perfect for big groups.

Fantastic Spacious Stay in Muscat – Perfect Location & Well Maintained! We had a wonderful stay at this large 5-bedroom Airbnb in Muscat. The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers plenty of space for a large group or family. The layout is well thought out, with comfortable bedrooms and common areas that make it easy to relax and enjoy. One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and centrally positioned, making it convenient to explore Muscat’s top attractions. Whether you want to enjoy the coastline, visit cultural sites, or explore the city, everything is easily accessible.

A charming, renovated villa with a pretty shared courtyard and within 2 minutes walking distance to the beautiful bay and beach. The villa is simple and more spacious than appears though kitchen is snug! It is a very quiet town but this suited us perfectly as a place to relax. Qantab is close to many other places to visit too. The host was helpful and we had everything we needed. Hope to visit again!

Stayed at Majid’s house with my family and it was a fantastic house. Has everything you could dream of and close to the beach. Was especially nice with the elevator for my elderly parents and kids room for our little daughter. Would definitely recommend to anyone and Majid was super helpful and quick to respond. Only thing I would improve are the the photos on Airbnb. The place is even nicer in real life than the photos show :)

The place is a breather after a week of busy work. Just the perfect place we need to spend Valentine’s Day with my hubby and friends. Grilling meat under the full moon with lots of stories is a great way to unwind. Sultan is a gracious host. Would love to go back again.

Mein Mann und ich verbrachten zwei Tage in diesem reizenden und gemütlichen Gästehaus. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und haben uns sofort wohl. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Unternehmungen rund um Bahla und Nizwa. Nach einem ausgefüllten Tag ist das Gästehaus ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung, der Pool bietet wohltuende Abkühlung. Wir können die sehr saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft hundertprozentig weiter empfehlen. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Abdulaziz für die gute Gastfreundschaft!

Great place, clean and close to the airport. A little far from Muscat itself. The only thing that really made this place not a 5 star was the living room smelt of old cigarette smoke and I wasn’t able to enjoy the room due to that, it was that strong. The bedrooms however were smoke free.

Top Choice for everyone who is looking for a solid homebase to make some daytrips. The Apartment offers everything you need - we are out most of the day, so we have no special needs. The only thing that did Not work for us was the usage of the Pool (we were told its for hotel guests only). All in all we had a very good time and would definitely recommend the place. Thanks Basel for having us!

Staying at this villa is an amazing experience. The villa itself is luxurious, elegant, clean, spacious, and a work of art. It is exquisite on any level. It is near the highway yet away from it to provide peace and quiet. The villa has everything you can imagine or will need. The furniture is beyond elegant, rich, and comfortable, and the service you will get there is more than excellent. You will get royal treatment and feel very pampered. Your stay will be super comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable and luxurious. There are no words or photos that can do justice to this villa. I fell in love with it and hope I will get the chance to stay there again. So, I urge everyone who might be the slightest interest to stay there to please try it. You will have a wonderful experience. I guarantee it.

Мы арендовали жилье на две недели. Это новый и хорошо обустроенный таунхаус. расположение в поселке я оценила на 5 баллов. Ре так далеко от океана и бассейна и достаточно далеко, что бы не слышать шум и активности от прогулочной зоны. На кухне имеются все необходимые предметы посуды и утварь, все в хорошем состоянии , бытовая техника новая и отлично работает. Постельное белье идеально чистое и хорошего качества, кровати и подушки удобные. Хозяин всегда была на связи. Отличное жилье. Большое спасибо.

An incredible stay! The place is even better than in the photos—they don’t do it justice. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect, close to everything. I would return without hesitation!

This is a large property in Saiq, Jebel Al Akhdar providing private accommodation in this very special village in the mountains. We were very well looked-after by Muntaser who showed us around the stunning landscape and local villages including Al Aqor, Wadi Bani Habib and Al Suwgra (now an exclusive boutique hotel clinging to the mountainside where your baggage has to be transported via zipwire across the valley). He kindly drove our car from place to place so that we could do as little or as much exploring on foot as we wished. His experience of driving on the insanely steep off-road tracks was invaluable - despite the Nissan Patrol being a very capable 4x4, I would have been too nervous to do this myself! The most special treat was being invited for قهوة (coffee) which was a great honour appreciated by the whole family. Thank you Saif!

Great stay. The location is good, some restaurants and coffee shops around, also a supermarket. The apartment was clean, pictures are accurate. Yousif was friendly and gave great instructions on what to do. Check in and check out process were easy. There was not enough sunlight for our taste, but during the summer it would be perfect, not too hot.

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2-bedroom villa in Muscat! The host was incredibly friendly and professional, accommodating our very early check-in request and frequently checking in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The villa is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Muscat’s attractions and offering convenient access to the highway for day trips outside the city. The property was well-equipped with all the essentials and more – from a TV, excellent air conditioning, and WiFi to extra kitchen appliances like an air fryer and sandwich maker. The parking space right outside the villa was also a huge plus for us. Overall, this is a fantastic option for a small family visiting Muscat. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

We had a very pleasant stay at Ali’s Airbnb. Mr.Ali was really very helpful from the start of our stay in terms of guiding us in and around Jabal Shams for our eating and site seeing requirements. The house was very comfortable and had everything that one Airbnb had to offer. I would highly recommend this to anyone. WiFi service would be a good addition to the place though we understand it’s a hard terrain.

This Airbnb is perfect for a hassle-free stay in Muscat. Ahmed is super approachable. With a supermarket right downstairs and a fuel station too, daily essentials are easily accessible. The central location allows seamless access to all major attractions, shopping malls, business districts, and beaches, making it ideal for both tourists and business travelers. The apartment itself is clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The host is super responsive and ensures a smooth experience. Highly recommended for a convenient and enjoyable visit to Muscat!

اهلا اصدقائي لقد سررت بالاقامة في هذا المنزل الاكثر من رائع كانت تجربة جداً جميلة المكان كان جميل جدا . وكان في الطبيعة أكثر جمالاً المكان نظيف والاثاث راقي وجميل وجديد كذلك . يتوفر به جميع الخدمات للاقامة المناظر الطبيعية أيضاً كانت حاضرة المعشب الطبيعي وألعالب الاطفال حوض السباحة الخاص كبير ومناسب كذلك يوجد حوض للأطفال الشلال الافقي منظره مبدع وجميل يتوفر كذلك مناطق للجلوس والشوي ويوجد مطبخ خارجي مجهز بعدة الطبخ كما يتوفر نافورة وشلال جداري جميل. كما يوجد عامل مع الطلب بإمكانه ان يساعدكم في حمل الامتعه وطهي المشروبات . صاحب الشاليه كان شخص مرح و متعاون وودود للغاية ساعدنا كثيرا وجاوب على جميع استفساراتنا كما انه استقبانا قبل موعد تسجيل الوصول جميع الاشياء كانت ممتازة أنصح الجميع بسكن مع هذا الشخص وفي هذا المنزل الجميل لانها تجربه جميلة لا تنسى .كما أن الواي فاي متوفر وقوي توجد اسره اضافية بالمجان اهني صاحب الشاليه علي هذا الترتيب الجميل والراقي واتمنى له كل خير وان يستمر بهذا المستوى الرائع وشكرا له مره اخرى .
