Isania and Julio were incredibly accommodating, friendly and so helpful. Isania’s sisters and nieces were welcoming and so sweet. My 4yo daughter had such a wonderful time with them and she will never forget our time at their home. Thank you for such an amazing stay and making us feel just like family!!

My fiance and I stayed here for about a week, and we thought it was great! The view really is awesome - our favorite thing about the place was the outdoor space on the upper level, and just hanging out in the hammocks. The plunge pool is wild. I don't know anywhere else you could even get away with building something like that...we enjoyed it a lot! We felt very comfortable and safe the whole time, and Eric really helped make our trip a success. Eric takes great care of the property, and he always got back to us right away if we had a question. He helped us with activities and even arranging our ferry trip back to the mainland. This was our first time in Nicaragua, and I don't think our trip would have been the same without him! If you are interested in the kiteboarding school on Ometepe, it is about a 15 minute drive away. Convenient to a lot of things, and there are great places to eat close by. We would come back.

Very clean spacious accomodation. Bigger than I expected and yhe bed was so comfortable too. I must say I had a very relaxing stay here and I would highly recommend staying here.

The house is really cool! The shower was super hot. And it felt like we were outside in nature. We saw a shooting star and could hear the howler monkeys early in the morning.

La vista al lago y acceso a la playa son los puntos mas fuertes de este lugar. La casa es muy cómoda y espaciosa. La estufa funciona bien y el refrigerador en de tamaño mediano. Sin embargo no hay suficientes utensilios de cocina, como cacerolas y un solo cuchillo que no tenia mucho filo. La casa estaba muy limpia, y las sabanas y cubrecamas también. No vi que pusieran jabones de baño. En general es un lugar excelente y definitivamente volvería a rentarlo. Lo recomiendo para quien dese una estancia privada y, tranquila.

Excelente atención , Don Rolando un buen anfitrión sin duda nos volveríamos a quedar aquí en caso de volver. Muy agradecida con la atención brindada hacia mi familia.

Great hosts! Totally recommended. They were responsive, friendly and helpful. They also found the way for us to get food delivered and it was delicious! Safe parking, our mini van fitted just right. Completely as advertised. Glad we stayed there.

We only stayed one night on our way to Costa Rica. Hans is very friendly and showed us the apartment and how everything works! It had everything we needed and was exactly as described online. A little noisy during the night, because it's quite close to the main street, but earplugs helped! Thank you Hans!

Nothing bad to say about Hector y Isabel's place. Hector was such an amazing host who is so gracious and knowledgeable about the beautiful island of Ometepe. He gave us a great deal on renting his motorcycle and even brought in his sister in law to teach us how to cook local cuisine. If you ask nicely, he might even bring you up the hill and show you his beautiful farm on the side of the Maderas Volcano. Great location right on the beach and close to restaurants and 2km or so to Ojo De Agua. Do yourself a favor and stay in this great spot. Thanks Hector!

Beautiful place. Everything appears new. Great location! The place is a short walk to downtown Rivas! Ideal for two couples!

J ai adoré mon séjour l endroit est formidable. Le balcon donne une très belle vue sur l océan et les coucher de soleil sont a couper le souffle. Le spot est parfait pour aller surfer et profiter pleinement de la plage et la piscine. Pour se rendre au village il est préférable de se louer une petite bicyclette, moto ou kart de golf ! Il est certain que j y retourne l année prochaine!

Excellent endroit avec un beach club parfait pour profiter en famille . Très bel endroit. Nous avons adoré !

The place is super nice! I will 100% come back. We were arriving early and they kindly enough let us do an early checked. The house had everything we needed, games , books, pool towels. Made the stay very comfortable.

I recently stayed at Mike’s place within the Iguana property and had a great experience. The location is excellent, situated right next to the entrance gate. Mike was super helpful and always available to assist. Although the description doesn’t specify, the bed is a queen size, which is slightly larger than it appears in the photos (a double bed) a pleasant surprise! The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away, or just a 3-minute drive. Since we had visited before, we were aware of this detail. Initially, we were concerned about potential noise due to the proximity to a brewery and restaurants, but it was quiet, and we slept well. We’ll definitely plan to go back!

Very responsive and helpful along the way stay! Would definitely recommend if you’re traveling in the area on your own or with family.
