Fabulous first impressions when you walk through the beautiful garden and see the infinity pool which overlooks the lake. The outside area is stunning and we enjoyed watching all the birds and listening to the monkeys. The pool was maintained daily and was very clean: we used this a lot. We also had a cleaning lady but had the option not to have her for added privacy. The inside was spacious with lots of sitting area and the kitchen had all that you needed. The air on in the downstairs bedroom was very welcomed and the upstairs bedroom had a breeze. It’s not a long walk to a selection of restaurants. We hired scooters for a couple of days to explore the island. Would recommend this property, particularly for its garden and pool and the opportunity to relax and enjoy the outside environment.

Very clean spacious accomodation. Bigger than I expected and yhe bed was so comfortable too. I must say I had a very relaxing stay here and I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay if visiting Ometepe. Two rooms with cold AC but they are kinda loud, clean house, and great pool environment that is very private. No complaints.

Hay concordancia entre precio y calidad. Don Mario, el padre de Aquiles estuvo anuente a evacuar consultas y dar orientación. El tema del agua es complejo en Altagracia y no exclusivo del hospedaje, por eso hacer conciencia de NO desperdiciar el agua. Don Mario muy sutilmente nos puso al tanto y de nuestra parte, velar por el ahorro del líquido. Las hamacas, les sacamos provecho.

A wonderful place to escape! Perfectly located by the lake yet easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house is very spacious for the price with everything you might need included, well equipped kitchen and plenty of outdoor seating including a hammock to enjoy the view. Yariela was always available to respond to messages straight away and happy to help, her family and neighbours were incredibly welcoming and friendly. This would definitely be my first choice when I return to Ometepe!

A great place for our group of seven. Every room has it's own bathroom and plenty of space to hang out. Loved the pool and the 3rd floor terasse. easy walk to the beach and centre of town. Highly recommend.

second time I rent Casa Alegre,I feel like home with my family. Clean and beautiful

Great quiet location. very modern with excellent layout. Super clean. Other then food , everything is provided. would definitely stay again when I go back. A+++

We loved our stay at Villa Paraiso del Sur. The sunsets are breathtaking and you can enjoy them while you cook from the open kitchen. The temperatures at night, with a breeze through the screen doors, was always comfortable for sleeping without the need for air conditioning. Our teenagers spent lots of time in the hammocks. The main house with two cabanas provided plenty of space for the six of us. Joel and Elisabeth are very friendly and helpful. The hosts are very responsive and offered tips and recommendations when requested. We would absolutely stay at Villa Paraiso again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay! The house was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and filled with fun activities like Hook 21, cornhole, and mini-golf, which kept us entertained throughout. The outdoor kitchen and living area were the heart of the home, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. The location was absolutely perfect—we felt safe and relaxed the entire time. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, going above and beyond to accommodate my elderly parents, which we truly appreciated. If you’re looking for a comfortable and fun getaway, this place is a perfect choice. Highly recommend!

5 STARS all the way around for Miki’s house. She was amazing to work with, her house was so cool and super close to the beach. We loved the vibe, the plants, the pool, everything was spot on!

Loved our time here, perfect location. The hill is steep, we knew that going in to it and is a great way to get a workout in on vacation! We also rented a motorcycle and had no issues getting up the hill and feeling safe with it parked in the lot. The staff were very friendly and kept everything very clean. The view was incredible and being able to cool off in the pool was a huge bonus. Rosi was extremely professional and quick to answer any questions I had. The information binder in the house was very helpful with dining recommendations and local activities. Thank you! We look forward to coming back.

Unique stay on Ometepe! We had a car so it was very easy to get around as this place is pretty central on the island. The camper is very cozy and has a vintage feel. It is very much hostel/camping vibes which we loved. Julie was very helpful and communicative! Highly recommend the stay.

it's a really great place. we were very sorry to leave. you can walk into the forest at Finca Magdalena, 500m away.

Bel endroit pour rester. Possibilité de se louer un scooter si on veut visiter l’île. Les routes sont très belles. Hébergement très accueillant et les hôtes sont très disponibles avec une belle piscine. Je recommande.

Un’esperienza fantastica in una palafitta immersa nella natura autentica. Megan è stata molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato con la prenotazione delle Ferry e delle escursioni. Personale amichevole e gentile. Ristorante di qualità con cibo buonissimo. Speriamo di poterci ritornare in futuro, ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore!

Notre Séjour chez Bullshark c’est très bien passé beaucoup mieux que nous l’espérions!!! Notre hôte Tatiana a été parfaite très à l’écoute et très serviable ainsi que son personnel!!!! La chambre était parfaite avec une cuisine américaine ce qui vous permet de préparer votre petit déjeuner et les autres repas !!!! Une grande terrasse avec des hamacs surplombe les Bungalows et nous avons profité d’une vue incroyable sur les bananeraies et le lac Nicaragua !!!!! Je ne peux que recommander cette location à 100%

Super beau séjour dans ce logement! Vue directe sur les deux volcans, calme et propre:) Nous avons loué un 4x4, l’idéal pour 2 personnes pour visiter et se rendre à des activités. Un gros merci!

We had an absolutely wonderful time on Ometepe in this charming little apartment! In reality, it’s even more beautiful than the pictures suggest - especially the surroundings. The small garden, lovingly maintained by William, their co-worker, adds to the most idyllic atmosphere! The location right by the lake is simply perfect, you won’t want to enjoy your sundowners anywhere else! A little tip: rent one of the available kayaks and paddle out onto the lake for a magical sunset experience. The cabin itself is cozy and well-maintained, and the outdoor kitchen is just perfect for warm evenings!

We had a brilliant stay in our cabin! The garden setting is beautifully maintained, peaceful and full of wildlife. We spent an afternoon just relaxing in the garden hammocks and it was so lovely. It’s an easy walk to several great restaurants, but you still feel like you’re in a quiet, hidden spot. The cabin is very well built and comfortable, with everything you need for a longer stay. Che was a warm, welcoming host who was always very quick to respond with suggestions or help if we needed them. He is a kind and honest person. I would definitely come back and stay here again!
