This place is even more spectacular than it appears in the photos. The property is one of the most special places we have ever stayed, with the most incredible views. The location - while not right in town - is only 15-35 minutes to everywhere you want to go. It is a nice retreat from the tourism. The house was spotlessly clean and Mario’s communication was fast and he was very helpful. We would come back to Croatia to stay at this property again.

Fantastic host. Very attentive, proactive with suggestions and knows what he is doing to ensure the guests have a wonderful stay! The city itself (where most of the tourists are) is 20minutes drive away. Bolt app made it easy to go and have some drinks and not too expensive (around 25 EUR but bolt do a 50% off discount for first ride, so my girlfriend and I did one trip each to save money) Dependent on how much you want to go out of the villa would depend if a car is necessary. a shop within 10min walking distance, others a bit further of a walk so again our car hire was useful here. Got us Pizza on the first night, suggested restaurants for other nights too.

We had the best week in this house! We and our two kids (5 years and 11 months) really felt at home. The pool and whirlpool were really a highlight as well as the beautiful view from the house of the mountains. It’s even better than the photos. There are two same sized bedrooms in the main house with each an own bathroom. Then there’s also a small house separate from the mainhouse which has one bedroom, a small kitchen and bathroom. Tina was the best host we’ve had so far! Communication was great. We arrived on a Sunday and she organised for us to have enough water and food for the first days. There was fresh fruit for the kids. The house felt like a five star hotel and we’ll define come back!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The place was incredibly beautiful, equipped with top-notch amenities, and everything worked perfectly. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

This is by far the most beautiful, perfect Airbnb I have ever stayed at. It is truly a magical, hidden gem that is better than you can imagine and better than all the pictures combined. Everything was perfect and the little touches such as the huge fresh fruit platter and the wine and water made it even more special. Matea is the absolute sweetest host. The spa is spectacular. The house is immaculate. The views are beautiful with a sunset every evening. The location is the best. I love love love it in every single way. I’m coming back. Well worth the price.

We had a lovely stay, the cottage is situaded beautifully secluded in the mountains and it was such a calm and relaxing environment. Our host was so welcoming and attantive and quick to reply to our questions. There is a supermarket 5 min drive away and scenic hiking routes nearby as well as restaurants within walking distamce with a beautiful view. Would gladly recommended for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday away from the crowd.

We spend one week in Mirtas villa with our friends (8 peoples). There was enough space for all of us and it was nice that there was possibility to eat inside and outside. Jacuzzi and heated pool were very excellent and we used them a lot. Sunbeds were nice also, you did not have to go beach if you like to lay in sun. The house is very lighted and functional. We used also table tennis and other activities. We did not met Mirta but her husband Vinko was very friendly and helpful, he even brought us two new bikes. Vinkos father have a big car (1+8) and he was driving us where ever we want to go in reasonable prices. Thank you for your hospitality.

Tout était parfait, super logement. Très bon emplacement, propre, piscine agréable et super jacuzzi, accueil excellent… Semaine au top à 5 minutes de Trogir.

This is a beautiful villa with a lovely pool, plenty of space and every amenity you could need for a relaxing holiday. Well off the beaten track so would recommend a car. Karlo and his father were great hosts and we would definitely stay here again.

Man kommt als Gast und geht als Freund - etwa so kann man den Aufenthalt bei Andrey & Nives beschreiben. Wir verbrachten 6 Nächte in ihrem wunderbaren Haus und können uns den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschliessen - sie sind sehr tolle Gastgeber mit Herz! Als wir ankamen, fanden wir keinen (wie sonst üblich) leeren Kühlschrank vor, stattdessen bekamen wir diverse Leckereien und auch der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit allem notwendigen - was will man mehr, nach einer längeren Reise :-) Ihre Tochter hatte uns sogar noch einen Kuchen gebacken der wirklich extrem lecker war - und auch sonst kamen wir im Verlauf der nächsten Tagen in den Genuss von kroatischem Essen und Gastfreundlichkeit. Mit 2 Teenagern war es toll, dass das Haus sehr gutes WLAN hatte und es sogar für den Aussenbereich noch ein separates WLAN gab! Dank dem beheizten Pool konnten wir auch Ende September noch draussen baden und auch der Whirlpool kann durch einen Schalter selbst beheizt werden. Empfehlenswert!!

We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!

We had a good time at the villa. It was really comfortable and we had everything that we needed. With the pool, jacuzzi and the sauna you can relax during the day and there is a table tennis too for playing outside. With the car you have 10-15min to omis and around 30min to split. The villa is a bit far from the cities, but the stay was definitely worth it. I recommend hiring a car accordingly.

Ana was an excellent host and her villa is outstanding. Great location in the countryside, peaceful, lots of room for our dogs to be outside without worrying if they wondered off.

Hvar is a stunning island and Zimmer’s property will be a good choice. There are amazing restaurants, a variety of shops, pharmacies and fresh fruits and vegetables in open street markets. Pros: This property is both new and modern. It’s 3 levels and two balconies provide plenty of diversion for even a small family. The billiard table, though not regulation, provides a fun diversion after a long day in the sun and surf. Considerations: As with many locations in Dubrovnik and Hvar, there are steps (stairs )—and plenty of them. No problem if you are reasonably fit; you will welcome the exercise. My wife and I, ages 64 and 67 respectfully, opted for the stairs, assuring ourselves a healthy cardio workout each day. Otherwise, taxis are available for about 20 Euros to and from most points of interest. Tips: Airbnb owners and managers vary in provision of stock perishables. Zimmer’s property opts to provide only a couple bottles of water. So, make a quick stop in town for other needs.
