We were at waipu cove for a surf event. the place is only 5 mins from the cove . close to langs beach and coastal walkway. it was a lovely spot. great star viewing at night and morepork and kiwi calls. would stay again

The long driveway climbs toward the bush with the home tucked in and full of birdsong. A great place with a spacious light-filled studio bedroom and a separate lounge. Welcomed by the friendly host who had provided breakfast and floral touches.

A lovely, roomy, private place. Angela’s communications were excellent - with speedy replies being especially notable. The kitchen is little but don’t let this fool you, it had everything we needed for a weekend at the beach. Highly recommend this place for a weekend near the beach with views of the sea and a considerate communicative host.

We had a very comfortable 2 night stay at David and Amandas. The unit was spotless and well laid out, the bed and linen was super comfortable. The fridge was well stocked, loved the fruit touch. Thank you for having us!! Kay & John

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view!

Wendy was welcoming and great at communicating. The place was exactly as described and perfect for my daughter and me for our two-night stay—comfortable, clean, and in a fantastic location. Just across from stunning Ngunguru Bay and only a few steps from the local dairy, it couldn’t have been more convenient. Wendy was also incredibly accommodating, which we really appreciated!

The house was perfect for the five of us. It has lots of space, the hosts were very generous with the condiments and the space was light, comfortable and really clean and tidy. The wi fi was also brilliant!. While the house is nice and peaceful it is a short drive to the shops and about 10 minutes from the beach. We didn’t find this a problem and Leone and Mark were awesome to deal with.

Lovely and clean apartment with comfortable beds and everything we needed. Nice and close to Leigh Central which meant me could walk to our function and back. Thanks for having us.

We loved Karl’s space. Easy check in, peaceful and quiet. Our daughters were able to explore and enjoy the jacuzzi after a day adventuring. Will be back for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay at Elaine's home. The views from the deck overlooking McLeod's bay were incredible. The home felt secluded but was incredibly close to both Mt Manaia and Bream Head trails. The home had a whole array of amenities and was as great as the pictures showed. We particularly enjoyed all of the kitchenware and the added extras. Elaine was a great and responsive host, accommodating our requests and even giving us local recommendations. We'd definitely come and stay again!

Great location and very comfortable stay. The house is in excellent condition, much better than the pictures. Beautiful outdoor deck to relax in the sun. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Such a peaceful location surrounded by trees. Felt like a home especially with the fireplace as the nights cooled down. Walkable to Whangarei Waterfall. Very friendly and helpful hosts who responded very promptly. Driveway is a little difficult to reverse out of but a non-issue for us. Would 100% stay again

Clean and tidy and Ernie was kind enough to allow us to check in early to freshen up and change before our son's wedding at 2:30 at a venue nearby. 3 of us and only stayed 1 night. Very peaceful setting close to the village. Would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful spot in Mangawhai, views from the kitchen and lounge areas are amazing. The home was spotless and is the perfect venue for exploring everything that Mangawhai has to offer. Great value for money and I would definitely recommend.

Great place with perky amenities like the Nespresso machine and large TV! Central location but can be a bit noisy for someone sensitive as right next to the main street. Overall we really enjoyed!
