The entire area is absolutely beautiful. The patio and living room areas were amazing for board games and cards. We were always happy to come back to the place at the end of our festivities.

My sons and I had a great stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy even though we had three vehicles and a trailer. We had a great stay and are Looking forward to going back again.

This cottage is awesome-such a classic! You are truly surrounded by water on three sides. It is quiet and private. We spent most of our time on the enclosed wrap-around porch; the place is a gem!

Shaun’s inviting Home provided a wonderful place for our family to be together and share the week of my Father-in-laws Funeral services. Being on Oneida Lake with the incredible homestead and views provided endless opportunities for Birding, solace and joyful times together. Everything we needed was there and/or was easily accessible. Our family has extensive food allergies and the fully equipped Kitchen made creating gourmet meals simple. This was my initial Airbnb experience and truly was stellar, we will be returning and staying here for each NY visit in the future. I strongly recommend this peaceful escape, just minutes to shopping and adventure.

Randi is very easy to communicate with - she is super responsive and friendly. The house is close to Colgate- made running back and forth very easy. The house is peaceful, really well stocked with all your kitchen needs plus plenty of towels etc., all very clean, comfortable, neat and uncluttered, and in such a lovely setting, right on the lake. Highly recommend!

This is a great house in a beautiful place. Really great if you want to be outside and fully experience the lake. Walkout access to the lake and lots of "toys". We could see this being a lot of fun for groups of friends or couples as well. We were a family and it had what we needed, but could clearly support a more social setup too. Daniel was great. He called us as soon as we had a question and helped us several times. It had everything we wanted.

Beautiful location, literally right on the lake. Home was neat & orderly. We were a group of three couples and the space was perfect for us. Was very easy to get to downtown Syracuse.

I have only good things to say about the experience at this home. Michael was responsive and went above and beyond with recommendations. The key word I would use to describe the house was peaceful. It was perfect to just get away for a few days, stare out at the lake and feel free of obligations. Exactly what was advertised, highly recommend.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting our child at Colgate University. Absolutely loved our stay! The hosts live next door and were very accommodating. The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed with cool fixtures and the most comfortable couch. They provided ground coffee, which was delicious, and the beds had great mattresses. The water pressure in the shower was not as strong as we like but everything else was perfect. The location was peaceful with beautiful views over the lake. The house is remote, but was easy to find. Can't wait to come back.

Overall an amazing stay. Beautiful home and the jacuzzi was a plus. The only thing I would say was a little bothersome was we were able to hear the neighbors upstairs but other than that it was a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend this place.

Excellent rental and great communications with Stephanie. We loved the back yard, docks, kayaks and fantastic views. Easy walk to some of the restaurants and beach area. Would certainly rent again and hope to return to Sylvan Beach during the summer months when more is open. Thank you :)

This place was beyond what we expected for our mini reunion weekend. It was perfect, homey and very comfortable! Would highly recommend and come back again. Chris was very easy to communicate with and accommodating! 5 stars … and our other friends were jealous of how great our place was versus where they stayed!!

The listing was walk to fish and that’s what it was, I was completely unsure of where it was but I know the general area I got into town a couple hours early and took up the beautiful river to go fishing and we ended up at the town pool and then I looked the address up and it was right across the street from the parking lot, it was an extremely clean and beautiful place and Scott was very helpful messaged back quick and with helpful information on the question I asked

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Beautifully decorated and smelled amazing. The views were breath taking. Inside the home is clean and cozy plus who doesn’t love a wine faucet! Experience couldn’t have been better.

We absolutely loved staying in Megan's House. We definitely would love to return someday. Roy and Molly are wonderful hosts. The place was clean and comfortable. Just be aware the shower area is small and a larger person may have difficulty using it. We also came at dark and it is a little off the beaten path, but we'll worth it.

Beautiful lakefront home that was very clean and accessible to the town of Hamilton. Perfect for a group.

We had a wonderful stay hanging out near the rivers edge. We were provided with ample firewood and smores as a welcome gift :) very thoughtful. We look forward to coming back during summer to do some kayaking

We had an incredible time at Jesse and Bernadette’s!! 10/10 would stay here the next time we visit the Finger Lakes. Truly magical. Falling asleep to the sound of the lake was a definite highlight.

Kates home was wonderful! Very peaceful and a beautiful view. Location had everything one could need and more, me and my crew would stay anytime and recommend it to anyone looking around the area! Nothing but great things to say.

Our family had a fabulous time. (A little nerve wracking with the parking situation, but we managed) The set up of the home was perfect for a family of 4, two decks with a view; felt as we were in a tree house. Easy check in, easy to navigate around and clean. We swam everyday, nice swim spot for kids. Our son fished morning and evening, ended up catching 2 and half in total. Marine near by, for a boat rental. Grilled homemade pizzas, overall great way to end the Summer- thank you for sharing your home with us.

My husband and I spent Labor Day weekend here and it was so beautiful and relaxing! The primary bedroom was even bigger than expected and the downstairs was also a great size! Beautiful views of the lake, we spent an entire day on the dock. Also very private, loved getting away for the weekend to recharge before the school year begins! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!
