Juan's place was a clean relaxing quiet retreat close to the center of Utica. We very much appreciated Juan's professionalism and attentiveness which gave us peace of mind during our stay. The space is on the second floor of a split home with laundry machines downstairs. We had to unexpectedly request an extension on our stay with only a days notice and Juan was nice enough to accommodate us. Very satisfied, really made our move to Utica go off smoothly

Easy to find and in a cute little neighborhood. Nice parking and signs clearly leading you right to the door. We were greeted with some wine, wine glasses, and a yummy snack tray, thanks for the nice touch! This was one of the top 5 airbnbs with the cleanest feel for us. A lot of care seems to be taken making the place clean and comfortable. Recommend! :)

Great 1 bedroom apartment. Perfect for a quick weekend stay or longer for 2 people. The place was very clean and quiet. Quick and easy to get it with parking right out front of the door that leads upstairs. I will deffinately book again in the future.

My fiancée came to Tully for a wedding and I was stressing out about finding a place to stay nearby (since the wedding was in the middle of nowhere). I’m so glad we found Katalina’s place! It was just right for us and only a forty minute drive to the wedding venue. I’d absolutely stay here again if we are in the area.

Tonia is very pleasant to deal with, very responsive and her place is beautifully kept, clean and in a great location. I highly recommend checking it out if you are in the area.

We can’t say enough about how wonderful our weekend was - from the ease of check-in, the quiet peaceful neighborhood, the location being so conveniently located near anything we needed, and the feeling of being ‘home’. Beds were so comfy, kitchen was amazing, more than enough room for us to chill in the living room together, and we couldn’t think of anything that would have made it any better. We can’t wait to come back!

Jamie has a wonderful Airbnb. I loved the private parking spot associated with Airbnb. The bed was very comfortable as well as the living room couch and la-z-boy. (Pictures need to be updated because the couch shown isn’t current). Jamie is a very responsive host.

We were lucky enough to find Victor's place for a last minute snowmobile weekend to New York for the first time! The area did not disappoint. Victor was very proactive, and graciously allowed us to park ahead of an early check in, which we very much appreciated. The space was clean, had comfy beds, and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed. We loved the area and the rental and would definitely recommend it. Thank you Victor for your great hospitality and helping to make it a memorable trip!

Margaret’s place was just as described. Oswego received a lot of snow shortly before we arrived, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a very clear driveway, path, and steps. We felt right at home while visiting SUNY Oswego

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

This home was just what we needed being in town with 4 guys for a tournament. 4 separate bedrooms with decent size beds and 2 full baths. We didnt spend much time here beyond sleeping, but the place worked great for us. Would look to stay again.

This was a great get away for our family! Beautiful lake front with a gorgeous view of the sunset! Mike was super friendly and responsive, and made sure we knew good places to eat and to shop at Tops in Pulaski for all of our needs!

This Airbnb was perfect for our long weekend. Very clean and very homey. Kitchen was well stocked and I was able to make our Thanksgiving dinner right at the Airbnb. Courtyard is perfect. Location is ideal. Right above a bar but the sound insulated windows made it so easy to sleep. Would love to stay here again. Darn near perfect!
