Perfect for our stay

Debi and I have stayed at quite a few Airbnb’s, and this was, by far, the absolute BEST Airbnb experience we have had to date! Cannot recommend Hewerton’s place enough. Classic renovated building, beautiful individual space, and close to all you need!

This was a perfect place to stay for our girls weekend at Mirbeau. The unit was clean and comfy. Communication was excellent!

I had everything I needed in this cozy and aesthetically pleasing spot. It was a quick stroll down to Recess Coffee, Alto Cinco, and Rise and Shine Diner for delicious food and drink. And close to Syracuse Food Cooperative for groceries. The bed I slept in was comfortable and the overall feel of the place feels good. I was there alone and didn't use all the bedrooms, but with a group it would be very comfortable and a great deal. Lots of old house character with beautiful architectural features!

Really fantastic flat on the hill in Syracuse. Although not much around to walk to (like most of Syracuse) everything you need is close by. Flat bigger feeling than photos provided online, but mostly a real super comfortable place, very relaxing. Great TV. Efficient kitchen, water filter, coffee maker, nice pots and pans . Served our purposes 10+++. Nice bonus of popcorn my daughter enjoyed. I would stay again absolutely.

easy check in & out. house was clean & cozy; very accommodating for 5 adults. quick drive to the mall and other stores. definitely will be checking availability for this house every time i need to stay in Syracuse.

I came across this listing while looking for a place for my employees to stay and was fortunate to connect with Allison and Stephen. They mentioned the home had just become available after a long-term stay and, since there weren’t many recent reviews, they shared the downstairs listing, which had 25 perfect five-star reviews. It was clear people had loved their stay. They also managed to turn the place around in record time—immaculately clean and feeling brand new. My employees had nothing but great things to say. The stay was quiet and comfortable, even with another guest downstairs. The furniture was super cozy, the kitchen fully stocked, and the fireplace made the space feel extra inviting. They especially loved starting the morning with coffee on the enclosed porch and having a dedicated office space for work. The location is safe, quiet, and close to downtown. Allison and Stephen were fantastic hosts—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. I’d definitely book again!

My husband and I had a great getaway at Audrey's apartment! Location was perfect, right outside of Skaneateles which is a cute town with lots of boutiques and good restaurants.! Audrey was very easy to communicate with and answered questions in a timely manner with lots of recommendations for restaurants and wineries.. We loved Prison City Pub and the attached Speakeasy called the Armorie! Such a cool place! The apartment was clean and just right for the two of us for the weekend! Highly recommend staying here !

I stayed here for my best friends wedding. I highly recommend this space for anyone getting married at the Cannery or attending a wedding at this venue. It is honestly in the backyard and made the wedding day stress free!

Great spot for a small fishing trip with the guys. James was a great host. Will 100% be back next year.

It was perfect for me for my short stay in Syracuse . Thoughtful amenities and conveniently located. The place was great ! Host responded quick ! I would def be booking to stay here again!

Comfortable, clean three bedroom place with space to hang out and the amenities you need. Beds were comfortable and Erica left treats and nice products for use. She was friendly, professional and responsive. We will definitely want to stay there again next time we are in the area.

The condo is beautiful and perfect location! We liked having the beach right in the backyard and seeing the beautiful sunsets! Quick walk to everything in town. Plenty of bath and beach towels provided. My kids had a blast with the arcade game! Host is quick to respond. We would def book again at this house!

Great long term stay! Lots to do in the area. Bathroom clean and water pressure is great. Kitchen has all the amenities you would need. Garage connects to the building which was super nice and convenient in the winter time! Would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Troy ’s Airbnd . It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. I would book again. Troy was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. I will definitely book again .Highly recommended!

What a unique place! Jeff thought of everything one might need while staying at his silo. It was extremely clean and comfortable. He was very flexible and accomodating when our travel plans changed. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and plan another stay in the future.

Kevin's place was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had all the ammenities we needed for our two-night stay. It's clear that Kevin has put a lot of work into fixing up this house. There were still a few windows that needed repair but they were well-sealed and felt safe. From the house we were able to walk to central Utica without any problem, and to access groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, etc quite easily. Parking was very easy on the property and on the street. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. We did feel that Utica overall was pretty run down, and I would not have felt safe walking around at night in any area of the city. However, the house is in a quiet, residential part of town, and we did not run into any difficulties. We really appreciated a calm, clean quiet home to come back to after our explorations of the town. Definitely a good place to stay at a great price if you are in Utica. And Kevin was a thoughtful and responsive host.

This Airbnb was perfect for our long weekend. Very clean and very homey. Kitchen was well stocked and I was able to make our Thanksgiving dinner right at the Airbnb. Courtyard is perfect. Location is ideal. Right above a bar but the sound insulated windows made it so easy to sleep. Would love to stay here again. Darn near perfect!

Casa Lago (upper) is the place to be! My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay as it was colorful, clean, and spacious . The decor adds that extra happiness of being at the beach. Location is key, and Casa Lago is in a prime spot within walking distance to all the fun Sylvan Beach has to offer! The view of the lake from the deck is spectacular! We enjoyed the music from Harpoon Eddies (next door) each evening on the deck. Codey was a great host! He responded to any questions we had in stellar time, and he made sure we had everything we needed. We have been visiting Sylvan Beach for 30+ years, and staying at Casa Lago just made it all the more special this year!
