Was great to stay at Savina’s place. She was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. We had hired a car and Savina arranged parking across the road for us in the shared underground car park which was helpful, as the property is located about 25 min walk out of the main town. The property is most suited to a family with kids as the second bedroom has two smaller single beds. It’s exactly as described and we loved staying there.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this Airbnb in Lezzeno. The location was ideal—situated right on Lake Como, offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Waking up to the serene beauty each morning was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was spotless, clearly recently remodeled with high-quality materials, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the living space was cozy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The balcony was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine while soaking in the incredible views. Our host, Emi, was incredibly helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. She also surprised us with an amazing gift basket, which made us feel even more welcome! The apartment is conveniently located close to the bus stop and and ferry, making it easy to explore other parts of Lake Como. We can’t wait to stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay! Isa welcomed us right from the start and even though she couldn't speak English, we could feel her warmth and friendliness. Upon knowing it was our wedding anniversary, she also painted us a card to welcome us. The apartment overlooks Lake Como and it was surreal to wake up to such a view every day. Beach chairs and snorkels were also provided if you'd like to swim in the lake, accessible just beneath the house. Unfortunately, it was cold when we were there but I'm sure it would be a lovely experience for those going in good weather. One thing to note, however, is that the accommodation is about 15-20min walk from the main town/dock although there is a restaurant right opposite. This might be a consideration for those who have accessbility concerns. Personally, we didn't mind the walk too much. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation. The cosiness of the hosts and the interior decor of the space truly felt like a home away from home.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Lage war auch sehr gut. Durch eine Straße vom See getrennt. Pluspunkt ist natürlich die Terrasse mit eigenen Liegen. Der Ort an sich ist sehr sehr klein und etwas ruhig aber für alle die Ruhe suchen genau das Richtige. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und sehr hilfreich.

Eros and Daniels place exceded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains—pictures simply don’t do it justice! The property itself is beautifully designed, modern but cozy! Eros and Daniel were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and hidden gems around the lake that truly made our trip unforgettable. Our accommodations were spotless, well-appointed, and had all the amenities you’d need. It was truly a dream come true. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway in Lake Como, this is the place! We LOVE Bellagio Love. This was an amazing place. The apartment is very close and walkable to the ferry at San Giovanni , Villa Melzi and Gardens as well as to the center of Bellagio. There are plenty of hills and roads are tight but walkable. People who have trouble walking can take a handy, small tour train that stops near the apartment and will take you to sites in the town. The apartment is comfortable for four adults and well appointed. Clean!!! The pool was lovely. The Il Lombardia bike race came right by the house on Sunday, so Saturday evening was a bit noisy with activity but still exciting to be on the route.. The hosts were VERY helpful. Watch the videos they send to assist as they are necessary to make finding the apartment easier. This place made a life long dream of visiting Lago di Como even better! I hope we can return someday!

Traumhaftes Apartment in wunderschöner Lage. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen und viel unternommen. Da Nebensaison war, hatten einige Restaurants in der Umgebung (darunter das 50m von der Unterkunft entfernte) geschlossen. Durch etwas Recherche konnten wir dann doch noch ein paar ausfindig machen (Alberho Paradiso, Pizzeria Concordia). Die Unterkunft selbst hatte alles zu bieten, die Kommunikation mit dem Gadtgeber einwandfrei.

The apartment is in a great location, easy to access and ideal for bars and restaurants with a great view. Would definitely recommend and I would consider the same place if/when I can go back to Como

Natalia was an amazing host. When we arrived, she had left a treat for us to enjoy over during our stay during Christmas. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Natalia provided us with thorough instructions on how to enter the house, responded to all of our inquiries, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The views from the Airbnb are truly remarkable! We visited in the winter so we did not get to enjoy the terrace, but we would have been out there every day if the weather was warmer! Natalia provided us with a pack-n-play for our 6-month-old, which was perfect. This place is VERY kid-friendly.

We had a great stay at Luigi's house. The accommodation it was exactly as described, very very clean and perfect located for visite all the region, the lake Como and Milano city. Luigi was a great host, friendly and very fast responsive. We kindly recommend the house. For sure we will book the accommodation without hesitate next time.

Nous avons passé un week-end merveilleux dans le logement d’Andrea . Tout est exactement comme sur les photos . Appartement très propre avec une vue magnifique et le jacuzzi est vraiment super agréable après une bonne journée de marche à visiter les belles îles du lac . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect. The views are incredible and worth the price alone but the house is very well maintained and was spotless when we checked in. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay with beautiful views of the Lake.

A Christmas 🎄 to remember. Thank you for sharing your beautiful lake home with us. We had the best time. Great things to see in the area and small local restaurants hit the spot. The home was as described, very well kept and clean. We loved watching the ducks and the amazing sun rises. We will definitely be back in the summer to take a dip in the lake.

We had a wonderful stay. Michele and his family were so friendly and helpful. We took our dog, and Michele sister as a vet was able to provide the services needed for our return trip. Michele also offered a taxi service to help us get our car from the garage and my mum to the train station. We can’t thank him enough for making our stay go well. We were able to walk down to the lake edge, the local restaurant the Blue Shell was amazing and we loved going to the little local shop also in walking distance for supplies.

We had an excellent stay at Marco's apartment. In addition to receiving everything promised in the listing, we also enjoyed some additional amenities, such as weekly changes of bed linen and towels. We have a 2-year-old baby, and cleanliness is very important to us. In this aspect, the apartment exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, although a crib or other baby amenities were not offered in the listing, Marco kindly provided a playpen for the bed, which was very useful for us. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our 6 days in Bellano & Gian's apartment. The apartment is modern & spacious with a lovely view of the lake. Bellano is far enough up the lake to be off the main tourist track, so lovely & quiet & not packed with tourists, but it is still on the ferry & train lines, you can easily get to see all that Lake Como has to offer. Gianpaolo is wonderful - he met us at the train station when we arrived & helped us with our bags and did the same when we left, even giving us some lovely pastries to have on the train! We cannot recommend Gian's place & Bellano more highly & will certainly be telling all our friends about it when we get home!

Marianna has a beautiful place and is a wonderful host. The views from the balcony are breathtaking! Marianna was helpful in how to find her address, she came to meet us at the bus stop and told us where to get off. Through out our stay she struck the balance of being available to help but without being intrusive. Lezzeno is a lovely base from which to explore the towns up and down the lake, it’s easy to travel by bus or boat to various villages like Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna. These places can be packed with tourists so it’s nice to come home to Lezzeno at the end of a day, which is much quieter and less ‘touristy’, a much more authentic feeling town where locals live. Lezzeno also has some fantastic places to eat. Osteria Il Governo 1801 is especially good and Crotto dei Pescatori is also great. I would absolutely recommend this place to stay from which to see all that Lake Como has to offer!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf den See ist unbezahlbar. Ja unter der Wohnung verläuft eine Strasse, aber dies hat uns nicht gestört. In der Küche ist alles was man benötigt uns sehr sauber und nicht abgenutzt. Auch sonst war es sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Der Checkin war super einfach, da Alessandro mir detailierte Bilder zugesendet hat und somit sehr einfach zu finden war. Auch sonst hat er schnell bei Fragen reagiert. Danke dafür 😊 Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Really enjoyed staying at this accommodation on Lake Como. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. The location was lovely, very tranquil and peaceful, close to the towns of Bellagio and Menaggio. There is a nice private beach on the lake and pool in the estate. Would highly recommend!

Andrea's place is one of the best airbnb experience we've had (out of 42 accomodations we've tried during last years). The apartment is new, spacious, very clean, well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything inside this home is fresh and new, place has some beautiful design touches, spacious wardrobes are super convenient, the bed is super comfortable. The mountain and lake views from the apartment are fantastic. The parking slot is a great benefit too. Just 5 minutes drive from Andrea's place located a start of a very beautiful path along the lake. In the recommendations/tips book made by Andrea, we found plenty of hikes, restaurants and places of interest. Thank you for hosting us, Andrea! You are an exceptional host, and your place is just terrific! We definitely come back again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mario. L’appartement était très bien pour notre famille (2 adultes 2 enfants et 1 bébé) L’arrivée avec la boîte à clé (car nous arrivions très tard) était très pratique. Nous avons pu rencontrer Mario dès le lendemain matin. Il nous a expliqué le fonctionnement des navettes sur le lac. Il nous a donné des bonnes adresses pour manger/faire des courses et/ou commander pour se faire livrer le soir. Mario est un hôte très disponible et arrangeant. L’appartement est fidèle à l’annonce et très propre. Nous recommandons vivement Mario et son appartement !

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa dei nonni! Tutto era come nell'annuncio, casa pulita e in ordine; al nostro arrivo erano già lì ad aspettarci come da accordi sul sito. Ambiente molto luminoso, dotato di qualsiasi cosa si necessiti, dal bagno alla cucina alle camere. Non manvaca proprio nulla. Ottima posizione, soleggiata, zona tranquilla ma ottima posizione per visitare il lago e dintorni. Gentilissimo Corrado come host e disponibilità notevole in tutto. Non posso che raccomandare questo alloggio! :D

We had a wonderful stay at Gianmario’s. The house was lovely and the view was amazing. We had our breakfast on the terrace every morning. You can also swim just across the street. Gianmario was super helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We arrived quite late and got a bit lost without a car but Gianmario was super responsive even late at night. Walking the narrow streets beside traffic can be a bit scary so would avoid any longer walks on foot and take the bus! Overall highly recommend, gorgeous place that’s more peaceful and serene than somewhere like Bellagio, which you can easily get to by ferry.
