We were greeted by Lenie's husband Pieter and felt right at home, he gave us great recommendations such as a parkrun through the Harold Porter Nature Reserve, great hikes and good restuarants in Harbour Road. Place was cosy, neat and tidy. They even supply non-sachet coffee, milk, and a little bit of chocolates on arrival. Definately worth the price.

We recently stayed at this stunning holiday accommodation, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and a bonus was the spectacular sea view. We highly recommend this for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, tranquil setting with a host who goes above and beyond to make the stay a very pleasant experience.

We had a great stay at the beautiful spot in Hermanus. We looked at lots of other apartments as we walked round and decided that we were very lucky as ours was in the perfect location, had a beautiful balcony which had sun for most of the day and felt safe and secure. Parking was easy and it was nice to be met at the gates and shown around. We enjoyed a run along the amazing seafront, great coffee at Cafe Anna and would definitely recommend Hermanus for a slightly different experience to the Camps Bay side of Cape Town. We saw dolphins swimming in the bay (although we didn’t come in whale season!). There were only two of us so we enjoyed the main bedroom with the sea view but the second bedroom is large and has its own bathroom - just not so scenic! Ohna was a great host who replied promptly and gave us some brilliant recommendations - we loved La Pentola so much we went twice in two days!

Great location, short walk or drive to the main downtown shopping and restaurants. Easy to access, clean and welcoming. Nonnie was very helpful and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend!

We were blown away by this place! It exceeded all our expectations—spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and wonderfully spacious. The location was perfect, putting us right in the heart of everything we wanted to explore. It had every amenity we could dream of and then some. As I checked out, I found myself eagerly scrolling through my calendar, already planning our next family getaway! We truly loved our stay!

The home is pristine and we were pleasantly surprised with how spacious it is, making it ideal for a family getaway. It is extremely well equipped and we lacked for nothing in terms of amenities. There are plenty of seating areas to relax and unwind in. The location is great, a short drive to Hermanus and about a 15min walk to Onrus beach, if you are inclined to walk. Justine was very proactive and communicative. Her instructions were thorough and her information booklet very detailed.

Thank you! We had a lovely stay. The home and garden provided ample space for our family of two adults, one child and two dogs. It's a great location, very near the Wandelpad walk along the river and a few minutes' walk to the town centre. Our host Allison was quick to respond and most helpful. Highly recommended!

Fantastic weekend getaway spot and only an hour from Cape Town and a great place to unwind. The footpath along the coast is lovely and great places to swim in the ocean and lagoon

After having rented numerous properties through Airbnb, this house is my new favourite number 1. The villa is even bigger then it looks like on the pictures. It’s spacious, nicely decorated, in the quiet area of Betty’s Bay. There are alarms/security provided. You have direct access to the to the beach. Everything was clean, host was very fast in communication, everything we needed was in the house. Also for making your own meals there was notting that we’ve missed. Outrageous outdoor views. Will go back!

We had a great stay and Lisa is a wonderful host. You have to keep in mind that it is a little far to walk to the lagoon and would defenitely not recommend doing it after hours.

Wir waren insgesamt 12 Tage bei Charlene zu Gast. Wir konnten früher einchecken was sehr angenehm war. Beim Check-In wurden wir gleich herzlich von Charlene begrüßt. Sie hat uns kurz alles gezeigt und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Man hört immer die Wellen vom mehr und kann schön draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen. Die Privatsphäre wurde sehr gewahrt. Man hat nicht gemerkt das die Gastgeber auf dem selben Grundstück leben. Wir haben nach der Hälfte der Zeit eine Reinigung bekommen mit frischen Handtüchern. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und haben uns auch bei einem kleinen medizinischen Notfall direkt geholfen. Die Gegend ist wirklich sehr sicher. Wir haben uns nie unwohl gefühlt. Nicht weit in Hermanus hat man alles man braucht an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für Weinliebhaber ist es auch sehr angenehm mit den Weinhoppers oder auch einem Shuttle kann man die nahegelegenen Weingüter besuchen und genießen.

Leider hatten wir nur eine Nacht in der Unterkunft in Hermanus, einem wundervollen und pittoresken Städtchen, das so viel zu bieten hat. Würde die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, insbesondere bei dem herzlichen Empfang der zahlreichen und sehr süßen Vierbeiner.

Great apartment and very central, we rarely used our car as there are so many restaurants, shops and attractions in the area. Would surely recommend this apartment.
