Very quiet, comfortable, well appointed apartment in a great location with beautiful plants. Easy and helpful communications with Leandro.

The place has a great view, is really central, and is pretty spacious. The space is very comfortable with two full bathrooms. The only problem is finding the key, which is in a container mixed in with about fifty other containers. It was really hard to find. That was the only issue. Once we got that, the rest was a breeze. There were four of us attending a convention at the Sheraton. There is a nice little grocery with really friendly staff at the corner, and there are SO many restaurants and attractions that are walkable. I went down to the Waterfront and it was a great 20 minute walk through the heart of Toronto. Definite recommend--even with the issue finding the keys.

My partner and I needed a quiet place to work while maintenance was being done on our home. There’s a nice office space and internet was very reliable. The unit was cozy and met our needs. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog along too. There’s lots of areas to walk a dog nearby too.

Very nice location for downtown travel! Close to everything - all within walkable distance. Safe surroundings. Definitely recommend for solo traveler or a couple. Only one thing unrelated to the room itself: the fire alarm in the building is pretty loud. Don’t panic since it is never be a real emergency but just the building’s issue ; )

Review for Sonder – Great Stay for Igloofest Gatineau We stayed at this Sonder for a night during Igloofest Gatineau, and it was a great deal for the price. The room was clean, well-maintained, and a good size for our group of five. It was a bit cold at first, but we got extra blankets, so it wasn’t an issue. The space is compact but worked perfectly for our needs since we just needed a place to sleep. The hosts were responsive through their app, which made communication easy. The only drawback was the parking—it was limited, and it would have been nice to have at least one reserved spot per room. Overall, a solid stay for the price, and we’d book again for a similar trip!

What a great apartment in a great location. Everything exactly as described and as the photos. Modern, spotless, comfortable and all the amenities. Easy to get in and for this past week the indoor parking well worth it. The apartment is in old Aylmer Marché Laflamme across the street, lots of restaurants and things to do. Great communication and proactive host.

Très satisfaite de notre séjour en famille dans l'appartement de Brandon! L'espace était très confortable avec nos deux filles (12 et 15) qui se partageaient un très grand lit. Appartement rénové et vraiment très propre. Tout se dont nous avions besoin. Très bien située dans la ville. Station de métro à proximité. Une place de stationnement intérieur était un atout. Édifice sécuritaire. Je conseille fortement!

Great clean place to stay if your going to be in the gaslight district for an event

The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities described, plus a few extra. I stayed here for two months, and Patrick was always helpful and responsive to my questions. When there was an issue with one of the lights, Patrick replaced it the next day and even replaced the adjacent light (which was working) just to be cautious. There are several grocery stores just around the corner, and a variety of restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. It’s a great place and an amazing host. Highly recommended!

You cannot beat this location! The Airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was spacious with all the amenities you could want. An amazing space with spectacular views, and a patio to enjoy our time even more. Close to absolutely everything. We walked everywhere, took in a hockey game and felt like we were living in downtown Toronto. A perfect weekend getaway. Highly recommended!

Jessica was one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve had in a long time! I celebrated my three-year anniversary here with my partner, and it was absolutely perfect. Jessica went above and beyond by setting up the room beautifully with flowers, rose petals, and electric candles—my partner was overjoyed. She was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and responding quickly to all my requests. The space itself was spotless, smelled amazing, and was incredibly comfortable. As a same-sex couple, safety is always a consideration when booking accommodations, but this location felt extremely secure. My partner and I were out late at night and felt completely at ease. The apartment has a double lock for added security, and the building itself is well-monitored. On top of all that, the view of downtown and the CN Tower was stunning. I highly recommend this stay, especially for couples—10/10!

Had a wonderful stay. Very clean, exactly as it looks in the pictures. We really liked that the place was so close to Union station (about 6 minute walk) and that the building had an incredible gym. Matthew is a very accommodating host and we truly appreciated all that he did for us before and during our stay. 100% recommend!

Ours was a perfect stay! The view was STUNNING! The apartment was extremely clean and very safe. The included parking was icing on the cake! Communication from the hosts was prompt and kind - I can't think of one reason not to return to this apartment! We left our car in the safe and secure parking garage below the building and used Uber to explore the hotspots we wanted to visit. However, there were also some awesome places to visit all around the building. DO NOT miss a walk to the St. Lawrence Market - What a gem! Don't hesitate to book your stay here. It was wonderful.

I have been staying (exclusively) at Anita’s unit for the last 3/4 years on every Toronto trip. My stays range from 1 week to 4 months. The unit is perfect for me (solo traveler). The location is second to none. Lots to do in Yorkville. The building is steps away from both city subway lines. Queen’s Park, Whole Foods, loads of restaurants/lounges. And most importantly, Anita is simply amazing!!

In his headline, Alex says, "I'm a professional (electrical engineer) and I'll be a good host." Alex is an electrical engineer and was a good host, as simple as that. The place was right next to the subway, in a very walkable area with lots of nice distanations nearby. Would definitely consider staying there again.

We were in town for a friend's surprise birthday party. Mauritania's place was perfect for us. My children loved all of the activites in the basement (Foosball, pac man and wii). The neighborhood was quiet and everything we needed was so close by. Thank you Maurita for hosting us, we had a great time and loved your place. We can't wait for our next visit, we will also reccomend to all our friends.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. We walked into town several times. Beautiful location!

We stayed here to go to Thermea spa and had no regrets! With 4 guests we all got our own bedrooms which is such a bonus, the house was just like the pictures. The deck was a very nice bonus on a sunny day. It was a quick 10 minute drive to the spa. Everything was clean, coffee was available in the morning which was nice, and Pascal was very kind. Would recommend!
