Wendy is a fantastic host! Finding the place was easy despite road closures and a snowstorm because of her detailed instructions. When we got to the property you could tell her attention to detail and emphasis on our comfort were a priority. From the cleanliness, access to amenities, extras and sleep comfort- all of these did not go unnoticed. Everyone in the group mentioned how this was one of the best places they ever stayed. We had the most relaxing time at this place and we would definitely book again when visiting this area. Thank you so much for hosting us!!

Thanks so much, Merry for letting us stay at this place. The house is amazing, it's clean and peaceful and has everything you would need to make the stay wonderful. We had our 10 month old baby with us, and Merry made sure there's a high chair and a pack n play for the baby. The house could use a refill on some coffee and some bath essentials, but overall I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for an accessible and beautiful place to stay near the finger lakes! Would definitely stay here again if I am visiting finger lakes, thanks again for hosting us!

This was a wonderful winter retreat! Was comfortable for 6 adults + 2 kids for a ski trip - close to Bristol Ski Resort, Naples, and Canandaigua. Was quite, peaceful, and the outdoor space/hot tub was great. Would stay again! Only call out is if you're booking for a winter stay, be sure to have an AWD/4WD vehicle for the country roads and driveway.

Clean house with comfy beds and couch. Perfect location, only a couple mins from all the bars and restaurants. We would def recommend! Benjamin was super helpful and responded to my texts very quickly.

We loved the place,just wished we could have stayed longer. The view of the lake is amazing!!

Historic. Modernized. Spacious. Equipped. Darned near perfect. Our three generations, population ten, aged five months to sixty-some years, just spent three days at Greg’s place. This 200+ year old farmhouse met our family lodging, social, and entertainment needs in every respect. Each bedroom was comfortable with its own personality. The kitchen/galley area featured eat-in and room for big meal prep, while the large dining room allowed all of us to sit together at the massive old long table. “Historic” does not preclude “modern” -- there was proper tv in every room, and lots of ‘smart’ items throughout the house. Some of us braved the (very) cold to enjoy the lovely hot tub on the screened porch. Others of us enjoyed the basement game room featuring, but not limited to, a pool table. The snow masked what is undoubtably a charming outside area with deck, pavilion, and patio seating area. Bristol Mountain is approximately three miles down the road. All in all… just outstanding.

We really enjoyed the Hilltop Chalet, it was everything that it was advertised as, absolutely beautiful (Home and Grounds) We enjoyed a relaxing weekend with friends laughing, playing games, cooking and eating (of course). David and Karen are awesome hosts. They gave us suggestions on restaurants and set us up with a massage therapist that came to the house! They were always there if we had any questions or concerns. This is one place that we will definitely return to. We would highly recommend this retreat Chalet for a relaxing time. The only thing we're sad about is We forgot to write in the guest book to tell David and Karen what a beautiful home they have and what a great time we had. Rachael was the hostess with the mostest. She is very particular about her property which makes it beautiful for all that seeks to stay at her place. The energy in the home was right on point,my spirit was lifted just walking into her home and it was fabulously clean. My sisters and I read energy in a place and it is highly recommended that her space is full of positive energy. Being on the lake just made it more serene. Such a lovely space to relax, rejuvenate, rest yourself. Thank you Rachael for providing such a place, it's called Sunset Sanctuary with purpose.

We had a wonderful time at this place! It was only a short drive to the lake and had access to multiple wineries! We took an afternoon to drive to Corning. It was great we could bring our dog along too!

Great place! Was as advertised . Easy to get to. check in and checkout was flawless. Highly recommend this cabin.

What an incredible getaway for my birthday!! To have such a warm welcome with flowers, wine and a birthday banner was incredible! We instantly felt at home and made a yummy dinner with fully equipped kitchen. The hot tub and stars were amazing! We relaxed on the couch and matched movies with the cozy pellet stove. Very clean and cozy bed and beautifully decorated. Jonna was quick to check in and make sure we had all we needed. To wake up to the horses and view was truly the best! There were carrots in the fridge and my fiancé and I loved feeding the few that came over. Pickpocket was the funniest and loved working his charm to get all the carrots! Thanks for such an incredible getaway! Jonna and Wes with all they do is unheard of and so kind. We even had suggestions for restaurants and places nearby! My family and I had a great time here. The photos looked amazing , but in person it was so much more. The place was nice, clean and organized. I would definitely recommend and we’d return to this listing as well. The host was very nice and helpful. Our stay was so nice we extended it by 2 more days and the host was very accommodating. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Overall it was a really great experience. Memories were made here😊

This house is lovely! It’s my second stay because I love the quiet, serene surroundings and the cozy interior. Aly and Tom keep the house perfectly clean and well stocked. The upscale bathroom adds a spa feeling to our stay. With the pond, hot tub, and nearby trails, it really is the perfect winter getaway. We can’t wait to book our trip for next year!

Great value for the price. The cabin is older but maintained and clean. It matched the photos. It was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils, plates, etc. The neighborhood is cute and quiet and close to Penn Yan (about 10 mins away) that has restaurants and grocery stores. There are also lots of local vineyards close by. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay! The cabin was very nice and clean. It was exactly as pictured. We also enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Very cozy and enjoyable getaway would definitely recommend!

Our friends came for a winter wellness getaway. We did crafts at the large table, soaked in the hot tub, meditated by the fire. We are in total bliss. I truly gasped when I walked into the house, I expected it to be nice but did not expect that it would be THAT nice. The home is pristine, the views are incredible. The beds were some of the most comfortable that we've ever slept in. The kitchen had an abundance of everything we need. Truly a perfect stay. We've stayed in MANY rentals, this is one of the absolute nicest. We cannot wait to come back!
