If you are reading this review right now, book it! No, seriously! Sarah's place is absolutely beautiful! It's spacious, private, and very well-stocked. The master bedrooms bed on the first floor is literally the best bed I have ever slept on!! I normally start my days around 730am but that bed was so comfortable, I ended up waking up around 10am to 11am throughout my entire stay! It's definitely the best sleep I have ever had. I can rave about that bed all day! The downstairs space was a big hit for my teenager. If you have pets, the hosts provides dog toys and even a bin to throw away the waste. It was way too windy on one of the days we stayed, so the spacious garage came in handy to play cornhole and we had a blast! Stores, gyms, winery's, and more are close by. The sun rises and sunsets everyday are out of this world! I highly recommend staying here! Great hosts, beautiful house with stunning views and the gorgeous Canandaigua Lake close by....it's all so worth it!

This was our second stay at the Little Bell and again we were not disappointed. We had a wonderful stay! My girlfriends and I truly enjoyed the relaxing, peaceful vibe while enjoying not only the house but the new addition of the hot tub. Such beautiful scenery, a clean house with appreciated amenities, along with a very kind and responsive host! Thank you so much! Hope to book again next year!

Michael and Greg were great hosts, always responsive to all my questions and flexible with check in/out. We had a major plumbing issue during our stay and they handled the whole thing very well. They were extremely responsive and offered a refund before I’d even asked. They were very apologetic and we’ll definitely be back! The house is absolutely stunning and plenty of space. Comfy beds, tons of linens, nice pots and pans to cook with. We ate meals around the table and really enjoyed the couch. Everything was clean and beautiful. The decor choices and furniture are top notch, everywhere you look there’s something to notice… right down to the tile in the gorgeous bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own feel and we really appreciated that! We can’t wait to stay again!

I had a fantastic three-night stay at this charming, up-to-date cottage. It was cozy and welcoming, with a spotless bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower and stocked with plenty of fresh towels. The bedroom was comfortable, and I slept great each night. The location is easy to find, right off the main road, which was super convenient. I also enjoyed the fast Wi-Fi, nice TV, and the thoughtful touch of a Bose Wave radio with a selection of music CDs. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

We had a great girl's weekend getaway at Michelle's cottage on Lake Canandaigua. It is so quiet and peaceful we just loved it. Everything was perfect...location, things to do, great restaurants, clean, warm, friendly people and beautiful scenery. What more can you ask for? I would definitely return if I was going to the Finger Lakes again. Thanks Michelle for a wonderful weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this great location! Walkable to great restaurants and shops in the Exchange St area. The unit was spotless! So clean and well kept. Bed was super comfortable - mattress felt new. Bedding and pillows were high quality and clean. The bathroom was small but very clean and very well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, soaps. Plenty of towels and toilet paper (believe it or not, this is uncommon!) kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Cold, filtered water in the fridge was a nice touch and appreciated. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Everything about this stay was excellent! The place is exactly as shown in pictures and the location made several restaurants & breweries walkable. The hosts were easy to communicate with and also clearly took pride in supplying every amenity possible (including some my wife and I didn’t think of like coffee for the morning and extra phone chargers)! We’ll definitely be staying again!

Wonderful stay! Our hosts made us feel welcome and at home! The place was magical and nostalgic! We loved all of the care Joan had taken to make our stay feel like home - from the yummy baked goods, to the holiday decorations, restaurant recommendations in the village, to the cozy and welcoming furnishings. And what a cool view of the falls during the snowy and chilly time we were there! Thank you for making our stay very magical! We look forward to visiting again!

The crow's nest is extremely cozy and comfortable. This place was clean, provided many amenities including cookware and was very quiet and it is a very quick walk to the lake from the house. This is my second time staying here and once again felt like I was right at home. The space is wonderful and nicely appointed. Erika, the host, was quick to respond and friendly. If you are planning a trip to Penn Yan or just passing through, the Crow's Nest is the place to stay. Cannot wait to stay here again. Thank you Erika.

Lynne is a gracious and attentive host. She even extended our stay for a late checkout, due to hazardous icy road conditions. The neighborhood is amazing. Cannot wait to return in the summer.

We stayed here for a sisters' weekend and couldn't have been happier with our choice! Check-in was seamless, and the apartment was adorable, cozy with beautifully blended old-world charm and modern updates.. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet with just a short drive from great restaurants, cafes and shops. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return in the future!

Our Sister provided this wonderful place to stay in for our Nephews Wedding. Even the visit was short it was a wonderful place to stay Geneva has a wonderful feeling super nice people and unbelievable food. We are planning a trip back to this area ❤️

Lindsey's place was a wonderful location for a getaway with my friends! The condo was beautiful, clean, tidy, organized, well decorated, cute, and comfortable! And wow, the view of Canandaigua lake in the morning from the living room is stunning! So close to Canandaigua and Naples and cute places to visit! Lindsey was so communicative, making sure we had everything we needed ahead of time and during our stay, and was such a pleasure to talk to! I highly recommend Lindsey's condo and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

We had a wonderful holiday week at 4 Cliffside. It is a lovely property with a wonderful view. Kristin and Jeremy were very responsive and friendly. We can’t wait to book another week sometime in the future!

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.

Although the weather wasn’t ideal during our stay, we were thankful to have a nice place to escape the cold and wind! The condo was in a great location and a short drive to downtown Canandaigua and a reasonable drive to some wineries. The space was pristine, the couch and beds were very comfortable, and we loved the complimentary k-cups! The instructions to find the key were clear and the elevator was right inside the doors at the entrance where the lockboxes were located on the railing. (we watched the YouTube video but found the written instructions more accurate). We would love to come back during another season to enjoy the lake and scenery in better weather conditions. The frozen lake and snow was beautiful though! Overall a great stay.
