Lovely house in a quiet part of town. Lovely and warm and nicely laid out. Comfy beds. Perfect for a long weekend visiting Koksijde.

Aan de buitenkant word je niet verliefd op dit pand. Maar de leuke inrichting, de tuin en de wandelafstand tot de zee zorgen voor een zeer fijne accomodatie. Je hebt er alles om een leuke tijd te beleven. En die die leuke tijd hadden wij zeker!

Superbe moment en famille. Le logement était idéalement situé, dans une rue calme et proche de tout. Maison spacieuse et faciliter pour se garer grâce au garage.

Dit vakantiehuis is ideaal gelegen: rustig en toch op wandelafstand van de dijk. Je vindt er al wat je nodig hebt in de keuken, badkamers, slaapkamers Er is een heel mooie tuin rond het huis met verschillende terrassen en tuinmeubilair, nog mooier dan op de foto's We genoten van ons verblijf met dochter en kleinkinderen.

Excellent accueil de Francis. Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison, située à 250 mètres de la plage, était mieux que sur les photos, avec un parquet chaleureux. Maison très pratique et bien aménagée.

This place is a hidden Gem. Peaceful and quiet.. close to Brugge, Ghent, Blankenberg but so secluded you can have all the hustle and bustle of a city break mixed with the peace and quiet of a country one. It is lovely and clean and well worth the price. we loved feeding the chickens and eating our meals in the garden.

Reinout was een fijne gastheer, reageerde snel en alles was goed geregeld, konden zelfs in overleg op dag van vertrek onze auto iets langer laten staan. Het huis is fantastisch (perfect voor ons vriendinnenweekend) en de buurt ook, groen en chique en het huis was op loopafstand van de stad. Deze onthouden we!

Auch wenn wir Jonathan nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben,so fühlten wir uns aber bei ihm zu 100% gut aufgehoben. Schnelle Antworten auf unsere Fragen , schnelle Hilfe bei kleinen Problemen und sehr emphatisch. Vielen Dank! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut mit Kindern zu bewohnen.

Das Haus ist sehr besonders, die Lage sensationell. Toll ausgestattete Küche, sehr stilvolle Einrichtung.

This is a wonderful spot - spacious, clean and cozy with touches that give a modern, eclectic feel. The bedrooms were well appointed and the beds and linens comfortable. There was lots of space for everyone; the wood fire was greatly appreciated. Mareen was an excellent host, friendly and responsive. The fresh flowers, fruit and wine to welcome us were thoughtful. Mareen has done an excellent job creating a welcoming home. We would be very happy to return - highly recommended.

De aankomst en check-in verliep wat moeilijk omdat ze de boeking niet hadden zien binnenkomen. We zijn das pas tegen de avond kunnen teruggaan om in te checken. Joery verontschuldigde zich direct en heeft ook direct één nacht vergoeding laten terugstorten + de dag van uitchecken mochten we ook langer blijven. Het huis en de locatie is een aanrader. De kinderen konden zorgeloos in de tuin spelen (die gigantisch groot is), en het strand is bijna letterlijk de straat over steken. Als ik nog is in de Panne moet zijn, dan huur ik het weer. Joël

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist gerade mal 200 Meter vom Strand entfernt und hat somit eine hervorragende Lage. Die Unterkunft war genau so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Es war alles sauber und es fehlte nichts. Die Kommunikation mit Karin war immer sehr freundlich und stets zuvorkommend. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen!

La maison est très bien localisé, la piscine est très chouette et la maison conviviale. Le petit moins c’est qu’on aurait bien aimé avoir un petit fond de cuisine sel, poivre, huile etc pour cuisiner.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad !! Woning was zoals beschreven en netjes en schoon. Leuke uitstapjes gemaakt naar Brugge en Gent. Zeker een aanrader :-)

Lien and her family were wonderful hosts! Their home was just as wonderful. It certainly felt like a luxury stay. Lien was accommodating, responsive and all around an excellent host. Cannot recommend staying here enough!

En conclusión todo perfecto, era exactamente lo que estábamos buscan, una casa grande con 5 habitaciones con sus propios baños, amplias áreas sociales, fuera de las grandes ciudades, para tomarlo como centro de operaciones turísticas para descubrir Belgica, como en efecto lo hicimos. Fueron 21 días perfectos. La casa cuente con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una larga estancia. Excelente cocina comedor, con todos los juguetes para hacer tus comidas, un bar amplio con nevera para vinos y cerveza, mas una hielera y otro lavaplatos extra y un área de televisión muy grande, y buenos equipos de sonido. Ademas cuenta con excelente estacionamiento, un jardín muy grande, piscina e incluso sauna y parrillera o barbacoa. Cuenta también con una mesa externa en el jardin y un salón de terraza amplio. Los 6 baños son amplios y cómodos. Si busco alguna critica, podría ser, falta de lugar para guardar la ropa. Pero igual se puede resolver. Los propietarios son amables y están pendientes.
