Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ivana. Nous avons été accueillis avec un petit goûter, c’était très amical. Le logement est parfait: propre, confortable, avec air conditionné… le quartier est calme et paisible. Nous le conseillons!

Very nice appartment on a walking distance from Zadar old town. Very friendly owner and warm welcome. Shared swimming pool but the people renting the other apartment never used it when we were there, so actually private pool. Enough toilet paper, towels, remarks from previous tourists had been taken into account. We strongly recommend this apartment. We enjoyed our stay in Zadar.

Melita est très réactive et flexible. L’appartement est situé à 5-10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Tout était conforme à la description.

Apartment is great for this price

Jerko was a great host who gave us lots of tips for the local area. We stayed across two of his apartments for dimensions festival and it was in a great location on 20 minutes walk away. The apartments were clean and tidy and we would definitely stay again. The only things we found we were missing was an oven or a toaster as the apartments only had electric hobs but we made it work. Thanks again for a great stay Jerko!

Die Unterkunft war wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt und super sauber. Das Highlight für unsere Tochter war natürlich der Pool, der immer blitzsauber und beheizt war 🥳 Für uns Erwachsene war die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft von Nevena einfach der Hammer!!! Das kann man mit Worten nicht beschreiben, sondern muss es erleben. 😊 Wir wurden täglich mit Köstlichkeiten aus dem hauseigenen Garten versorgt. Bei Fragen wurde schnell und unkompliziert geholfen 👍🏻 Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Dirk und Familie

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Der whirlpool war das Highlight. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wonderful little two bedroom house with space for 5 (we were only 2), located in a beautiful residential neighborhood. It is within walking distance to Zadar Old Town (30 min to gate, 45 min to Sea Organ), and both ferry ports, although Uber/taxi is also an option. Price was fair for the accommodations and it had everything listed. It was perfect to make breakfast, to-go lunches and store leftovers. The space was clean and orderly, water was hot and bed was comfortable. Antonio was proactive and contacted us to know when we would arrive and greeted us upon arrival, and provided several local recommendations for food, and had some snacks/coffee in the house for our use. Antonio also informed us it was safe to drink the tap water. We visited in early September. Would definitely recommend!!

Cette location est parfaite les photos reflètent exactement les deux studios. Un accueil très chaleureux très souriant malgré notre arrivée tardive. Notre séjour c’est très bien passé je recommande fortement.

Bebinje är en väldig trevlig kustby med ett flertal restauranger och fina bad. Huset ligger bra beläget med gångavstånd till allt. Maria som bor ovanpå var mycket trevlig och behjälplig. Hennes trädgård vid vår uteplats är mycket fin med många fina suckulenter. September var en bra månad att vara här - varmt i vattnet, soliga dagar och gott om plats på strand och restaurang då det inte är högsäsong längre. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

buona casa soprattutto per grandi gruppi, consiglio per 12 persone e non oltre se no bisogna sfruttare i divani letto e potrebbe diventare un po' strettina. la parte migliore della casa sono l'abbondanza di bagni e della doccia fuori molto piacevole e ottimizza al meglio le preparazioni per uscire 😅. altro lato molto positivo è lo spazio esterno come luogo comune per la grande tavola ma soprattutto la cucina esterna che permette di non lasciare cattivi odori all'interno delle camere. barbecue e parcheggio disponibili con tutto il necessario e ottima vista dalle terrazze che offrono un tramonto impeccabile. casa situata comodamente vicino a qualche ristorante e alla spiaggia, zara a 20 Min e supermercati molto vicini e frequenti. ringrazio Kreso per la disponibilità e la gentilezza.

Hôte très accueillant et réactif, propreté du logement irréprochable et très belle décoration. Nombreux équipements de très bonne qualité. Espace extérieur spacieux, calme , sécurisé et bien aménagé.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

This place is truly amazing—recently renovated with stylish furniture throughout and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. It’s in a perfect location too, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and only 2 minutes from a supermarket. Super convenient and comfortable!

The apartment was amazing! The whole experience of the stay was above expectations from the moment of arrival until the end of the holiday. The apartment attracted us because it accepts pets and is located in an great location - outside the city crowds and a large number of tourists, but close enough to Zadar and a few national parks. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a delicious platter and a bottle of wine. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was clean, tidy and beautiful. The pool was great, but we spent most of the time on the terrace overlooking the bay. We usually like to go on hiking with our dog on vacation, went to the Plitivice national park which was amazing. There is also a nice hiking path going along the shore of the bay near the apartment with empty beaches, so we could easily go and play with our dog in the sea. The hosts also recommended us a trip by boat through the Zrmanja canyon, which was one of the most beautiful trips I had in a long time, I really, really recommend anyone go to see it, we didn't know for it before the trip.

Idéal, l'appartement est parfait très bien équipé rien ne manquait. Le parking est un gros plus lorsqu'on loue une voiture. Très belle terrasse avec une superbe vue. Je recommande à 1000 % Luka et son appartement. Notre semaine à été magnifique.

Luca understands quality, everything was first class. A quiet location next to a small olive grove, parking right at the front door, and a beautiful view from all the windows and balcony from which nobody is looking back at you. This is rare, If privacy is important to you, this place is perfect. You may walk in either direction along the shoreline directly on the beach or along a quiet street and walking path which is lit at night. Both offer stunning views from cliff edges and beachside, amazing. Take a swim anywhere, or bring your fishing rod. A very safe neighborhood with restaurants and groceries all nearby. Kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable, simple things like laundry detergent or toiletries plentiful. Everything was easy and without stress.

We booked Murter Penthouse for its modern aesthetic, proximity to the dock (literally across the street) and its stunning view of the marina. It is prime location for exploring nearby Kornati Islands and central to all the conveniences around Murter including great restaurants, ATMs, bakeries and taxis. The apartment is well-stocked and we were welcomed with snacks and fantastic champagne on check-in. Our gracious host, Ivan was attentive and prompt. He elevated a typical stay into a very memorable experience by recommending high-quality, hard-to-find places including local beaches and bars around the islands. Ivan also offers tours and transfers by boat at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back at Murter Penthouse and next time bringing more friends with us to experience this magical place.
