Nika was an amazing host! The place was just as described and our group was very comfortable. Nika went above and beyond in being a great host (e.g. our kids were feeling a bit hot in the home and Nika had 2 new fans sent in a couple hours). She was also very kind, helpful and extremely responsive! The location of the home was also great - we were at a 5 mins driving distance from the happening spots. Highly recommend!

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Matea war echt schön, wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Ruhe und der Pool waren super, wir hatten sogar den Pool für uns alleine. Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und äußerst Gastfreundlich, uns wurde sogar ein leckerer Kuchen gebacken, danke nochmal! Uns wurde schnell geholfen, wenn wir Tips oder Hilfe brauchten. Die Ausstattung war, besonders in der Küche, echt gut und mehr als ausreichend um für 4 Personen zu kochen. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Umgebung, ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen, hier ist nur ein kleiner Supermarkt (hat die Größe einer Tankstelle) und sonst ist hier nichts. In 10 Minuten waren wir mit dem Auto am Strand, wir haben eine kleine unscheinbare Bucht gefunden, an der wir ganz alleine waren. Wundervoll! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt :-)

Marta is a very nice host and answers very fast when we had questions or comments. The house is very nice with a lot of ways to relax like the pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna. Small supermarket and bakery are around te corner. We have had a great stay!

Accommodation at Mate and Martina's absolutely exceeded all our expectations. Beautiful penthouse with divine sea and city views. Everything is well thought out to the last detail. Great jacuzzi and sauna. There is also a great barbecue on the huge terrace. Mate was a great host. We ran out of gas in the grill at 10:00 p.m. Five minutes later, we had a new full gas bomb. Just perfect.

This place is spectacular. What a lovely Airbnb. The property is spacious. Lovely garden. Large pool and patio area. Small gym to use. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. Super cute. Great stocked kitchen. They do also rent units in the main building. Check other listings for the one that suits you. Very comfortable bed. Nice washer. On site parking. 15 min to Zadar and other quaint towns. Worth being out of the hustle and bustle. Do need a car (in my opinion) unless you like to stay at the airbnb. There are 2 small grocery stores and 1 restaurant/bar in walking distance. Walking down to water is downhill....but gotta walk back up. Not too bad though. Lovely hosts. 100% recommend.

Wij hebben in deze prachtige villa een week gezeten met een vriendengroep van 8. De accommodatie was echt perfect en heeft er voor gezorgd dat wij een erg fijn en comfortabele week gehad, mede door de locatie in een fijne buurt en de magistrale tuin. De host was zeer vriendelijk en liet ons comfortabel voelen. Verder hebben wij een grandioze week gehad in Zadar.

Wir haben eine Woche in Marijas Apartment verbracht & würden sofort wieder hinfahren! Super ruhig, wunderschöne Landschaft & gemütliche Wohnung. Marija war sehr zuvorkommen & hilfsbereit. Auch der Whirlpool war ein Highlight🤩

Smiljka ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir waren mit Baby da und es war alles notwendige da (Babybett, Baby Stuhl) . super

Ich war mit meinen Freunden für zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft im Urlaub und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Man ist sehr gut an das Meer angebunden und ist mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten in Zadar. Es gibt nicht viele Touristen was dem Ort sehr ruhig macht. Die Leute die da waren waren alle sehr freundlich und offen. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen :)

L''appartamento è meraviglioso dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Tre comode camere con molti armadi per riporre i propri capi e dotato di lenzuola e molte coperte nel caso fosse freddo. La cucina è ben equipaggiata anche con freezer a tre cassetti e lavastoviglie. C'è il bollitore e la macchina per caffè americano, no moka, ma noi ci portiamo sempre da casa la macchinetta del caffè. Il soggiorno che si affaccia sul mare, è molto grande con un ampio divano. Cii sono due terrazze, una piccola dove mettere lo stendino e una ambia con tavolo e ombrellone per pranzare fuori. Presente wifi e aria condizionata . Il bagno funzionale e con molti asciugamani a disposizione. Unica cosa cambierei la lavatrice perché datata e quindi non si riescono a fare lavaggi brevi e centrifughe con giri alti. Ottima posizione fronte mare, si scende da casa in costume. Supermercato grande e piccolo raggiungibile a piedi. Si può evitare di usare l'auto per tutta la vacanza. Lo stra consiglio!

We (2+3 kids) had spent 4 night's in the apartment. It has been really great time, peaceful and quiet. Katarina and her family were very friendly and supportive. Apartment is very well equipped and functional. Sandy beach does helped too. Really nice area to spend few days or longer to relax. Kids were happy too, that's the main thing. Overall We would easily recommend it for the future. Thank you for your kind support Katarina, wish you and your family all the best!!!

The place is cosy, comfy with a great terrace. The owners downstairs are really nice. The rooms have been renovated, and they are better than what we had seen in the pictures. The cat ( the owner of the terrace ) is also nice. 😊 A map would be useful, when finding the exact location. But thank you, we all had a great time!

il soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato stupendo, posizione da favola, l'appartamento era direttamente sul mare e la terrazza era perfetta per passare le serata in tranquillità ad ascoltare il mare e guardare le stelle in cielo. Nonostante fosse agosto abbiamo vissuto in totale tranquillità, la spiaggia privata sul mare era condivisa con gli altri 3 appartamenti ma non c'era confusione e c'erano lettini, spazio e privacy per tutti. L'appartamento era luminoso e spazioso, dotato di tutto quello che ci serviva, insomma non avremmo potuto chiedere di più. Grazie di tutto!

Wir waren im August für 10 Tage bei Antonio im Haus. Wir wurden sehr nett von Antonios Mutter empfangen, die den Check In durchführt. Sie wohnt in einer Einheit im Haus, ist bei Fragen erreichbar aber ansonsten man wenig von ihr mitbekommt. An einem Abend hat Sie für uns leckeren Fisch gegrillt. Toller großer Pool, super Outdoor-Küche und sauberes Haus. Alles wie beschrieben. Gerne wieder.

The appartment is perfect for a family. the children enjoyed the pool. peaceful. away from the crowded city. thanks Marko. ljubač is a pretty village . nice restaurant with good quality . and we also discovered many nearby beaches such as Ražanac and Nin.

Bardzo mili gospodarze. Widoki wspaniałe. Basen całkiem spory, zadbany. W domku i wokoło niego porządek. W domu czysto, schludnie i przyjemnie. Zostaną niezapomniane wspomnienia. Serdecznie polecam.

Ich war mit meinen Kindern und Mann bei Damir zuhause. Es war sehr angenehm und sehr schön. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spass im Pool und auch am Strand. Damir ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Da wir spät angekommen sind, hat er uns abgeholt am Supermarkt und zu sich nachhause geführt. Die Mama hat uns am nächsten Tag frische Crêpes vorbei gebracht und als sie gegrillt haben hat er für uns extra frischen Fisch gegrillt. Eine sehr herzliche Familie und ein sehr schönes Haus. Danke Damir für die schöne Zeit ☺️!

We had a great stay at Teas place. The house is like described on the pictures. Very tidy and clean. Huge Ground and house, Tea is always available when you have any question. The distance to Zadar is only available with car or Uber but Uber is not as expensive (10-15€ per ride). The pool is very nice and the kitchen has everything you need. I would definitely recommend it.

Magdalena & her husband were such fantastic hosts and very quick to respond and support us with anything we needed. The apartment is fantastic and we felt it was even bigger and better than in the pictures. There are three good size double bedrooms and one has a great en-suite. The roof terrace is a great place to sit and relax (as long as you bring insect repellent in the evenings!). The pool is a perfect temperature and has plenty of sun-loungers. They have the best BBQ of any AirBnb we have ever stayed in, so if you like to cook outdoors then you won't be disappointed. The property is close to several lovely beaches and you can be in Zadar old town within 30-minutes plus it's also a good starting point for visiting the island of Pag. The small local supermarkets are very expensive so I would suggest doing a big shop at the Interspar in Zadar before arriving as we found it to be about 20% cheaper. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Magdalena's place.
