Renta de suites privadas vacacionales en Općina Ražanac

The apartment we stayed in was very clean and there was everything you need even for a longer stay. We had a spacious terrace and a shaded parking space. The beach was less than a minute away and two grocery stores are in a cca 5 minutes of walking distance. Neighbourhood is quiet and we really enjoyed our family vacation there. Will definitely come back and recommend it.

Wir wurden von Željko freundlich in Empfang genommen. Wir hatten Apartment 2. Die Wohnung war für uns drei groß genug, alles was wir gebraucht haben war vorhanden. Es war sauber, die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne große Terrasse, der eine Teil ist überdacht, der andere nicht, so dass man es sich aussuchen kann wo man sitzen möchte. Die Lage ist zwar zentral in Starigrad, man ist in nicht mal 5 Minuten an der Hauptstraße wo man Läden und Restaurants findet, bzw. in 15 Minuten zum Strand gelaufen. Kleinen Nachteil fand ich war, dass die Wohnung für 5 Gäste ausgelegt ist, daher steht im eigentlichen „Wohnraum“ auch statt eines Sofas ein weiteres Bett, was es etwas ungemütlich macht. Für uns war es aber kein Problem, da wir uns die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse aufgehalten haben. Ich hoffe, dass wir irgendwann wieder kommen dürfen!

This place is quite good place to stay . Near to beach and bus stop . It is small house but comfortable , clean and well equipped for small family. House was clean and has basic amenities, Our flight was delayed but host was very responsive and he was at the gate to pick us up and guide when taxi arrived, They also offered to keep our luggage after the check out. - Area has several good restaurants and shops near by in walking - Borik beach is walkable distance - quite near to bus stop to take the bus to city center / Also cheap by uber to reach city cent er We will sure return

Egy nagy csapattal mentünk Sonjához. Kényelmesen elfértünk. Tiszta és szép volt a hely, 1-2 perc sétára a tengertől, a közelben jó éttermekkel. Csak ajánlani tudom!!!

Sehr nette Unterkunft, alles modern und sauber. Alles hat funktioniert. Nette Atmosphäre. Gut wäre aber ein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern der Schlafzimmer. Sonst jederzeit gerne wieder.

Appartamento appena ristrutturato e dotato di tutto il necessario, a pochi minuti da una meravigliosa spiaggia e in posizione strategica per visitare la Dalmazia! Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato assolutamente conveniente. Unica pecca: il check-in non è stato semplicissimo, in quanto le host che ci hanno accolto non parlano che croato; tuttavia, nonostante le piccole incomprensioni iniziali, si sono mostrate molto gentili e disponibili. Torneremmo sicuramente!

A gem of a place, Ivo’s place is really peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to restaurants and within easy access to the old town. I would highly recommend for those wanting a peaceful break as well as the history and reach of the old town. Katie & Gianluca

We had two really relaxing weeks in Marina’s apartment and enjoyed their hospitality! Marina supported us whenever we had a question. It started with an unexpected invitation for BBQ the first evening, a starter pack :-) in the refrigerator and many more unusual help and aid. Finally, we felt kind of integrated in Marina‘s very nice and kind family! The apartment is lovely located in the hills with a super view to the sea as shown on the photos. Well equipped with everything you need. Everything is proper and clean. Zadar, some beaches and islands are near. We definitely recommend Marina‘s apartment and really felt like most welcome guests - many thanks to Marina and her lovely family!

Jako lijepi apartman, Ivan je brzo odgovorio iako smo se mimoišli, srdačno su me dočekali njegovi roditelji. Došao sam poprilično u kratkom roku od rezervacije i sve je bilo besprijekorno. Preporučujem svakome

Predivan smjestaj na super lokaciji. Uzivala sam doruckovati na prekrasnoj terasi apartmana s pogledom na Velebit, zelenilu oko kuce, plazama otoka i restoranima u mjestu. Osjecala sam se kao kod kuce, a Filip i njegova prekrasna supruga bili su najbolji domacini koje sam do sad susrela. Apartman je cist i uredan, ima sve sto je potrebno, a lokacija i pogled su odlicni! Ovaj smjestaj upotpunio je krasnu ljetnu uspomenu na otok Vir.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Everything we needed was available to us. All the rooms are well situated and furnished with great attention to details and practical matter. The shop and see is very close. Ivana and Vedran showed us around and answered all the questions. Such nice and hearty hosts. Thank you

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It is just a few steps from the sea, close to a nice pebble beach. We enjoyed our stay and lacked nothing. The house is fully air-conditioned, the dining room has a large table for shared meals, and the beds are comfortable. The hosts are amazing and helpful. They even made us lunch, grilling fish they caught themselves. That had never happened to us before! One surprise was that the washing machine is located on the property, not in the apartment, so the hosts did the laundry for us, which made us a bit uncomfortable. If you are traveling with more than two cars, be aware of the parking limitations. We think guests would also appreciate a small sunny garden, as the high humidity by the sea means laundry takes longer to dry in the shade. Otherwise, the place is perfect for families with children and pets, who also enjoyed it very much.

The place is tiny, however enough big for two people. Very clean, located in a peaceful area and perfect for a short stay. There were no issues with getting in touch with Sanja, she was very helpful. I totally recommend Sanja's place!

It was the best accommodation in Croatia that we have ever had. Very nice apartment, great, quiet location, everything needed was nearby. The hostess was a nice lady, we got fruit and she made us great pancakes with homemade jam. We recommend it to everyone and we would love to come back here

Gospodarze bardzo mili i sympatyczni. Na przyjazd przygotowany poczęstunek lokalnych produktów oraz wino. Piękne plaże w okolicy domu (na plażę przyjeżdzają również z okolicznych miejscowości). W zależności co lubimy są plaże z większa ilością osób oraz takie bardzo prywatne gdzie możemy często być sami 😉 Około 4km do miasteczka gdzie można zrobić większe zakupy oraz pospacerować. Jeśli będzie tylko możliwość na pewno będziemy chcieli wrócić w kolejnych latach.

Das Appartement Star war äußerst harmonisch eingerichtet und blitzblank sauber. Marina hat ein wirklich gutes Auge für Farben, die sich ergänzen und zugleich Akzente setzen. Positiv bemerkbar machte sich auch die vollausgestattete Küche. Es gibt vier Herdplatten mit ausreichend Töpfen und Pfannen, um auch alle gleichzeitig zu nutzen, wenn man Mehreres gleichzeitig zubereiten möchte. Auch ist ein Backofen mit zwei Blechen verfügbar. Das gab es in anderen Unterkünften meist nicht. Dazu kommt die fantastische Lage: schön ruhig wie in einem kleinen Dorf und nur 30 Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt von Zadar. Die Kommunikation war herausragend, Marina antwortete äußerst schnell und war sehr zuvorkommend. Es gab nichts auszusetzen!

Der Strand ist fußläufig und Zadar ist mit dem Auto sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war genau so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und ist sehr gut geeignet zur Erholung :)!

Comunication not that great but othervise perfect.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, Davor und die Familie ist sehr freundlich. Es wurde sich darum gekümmert das alles so angenehm wie möglich ist. Die Pools wurden sauber gehalten und alles sehr gepflegt. Würde wieder dahinfahren.

super séjour, avec une belle piscine et proche des commerces et des plages autour. tout était bien, hôte accueillant. manque juste un micro onde dans l appartement. Environnement reposant. et magnifique ville de Biograde. une ville avec des personnes calme et zen.

Description de l’annonce conforme à la réalité. Nous avons passé une belle semaine. Appartement propre et pratique avec la terrasse. Proche de la mer (quelques mètres). Communication et échange rapide avec l hôte. Nous recommandons cette location.

Ivan and his family are absolutely gorgeous and loving people .they took absolutely great care of us ! They’re place is beautiful and perfect for a calm and relaxing stay ! Can’t recommend it enough!we loved it!

Świetne mieszkanie blisko plaży, wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy, z działającą klimatyzacją. W mieszkaniu panował idealny porządek, co od razu zrobiło na nas bardzo pozytywne wrażenie. Okolica była cicha i bezpieczna, co dodatkowo uprzyjemniło nasz pobyt. Jednak największym atutem był nasz host, Josip. To profesjonalny, bardzo sympatyczny i oddany właściciel. Podczas naszego pobytu starał się pomóc jak tylko mógł – udzielał rekomendacji, pomagał przy rezerwacji biletów na atrakcje, a rozmowy z nim były bardzo miłe. Oferował również usługę transportu na lotnisko, a kontakt z nim był błyskawiczny. Bardzo gorąco polecam!
