Lovely place to stay and welcoming hosts. Very nice, modern, spacious apartment, well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect for a family with two children. Two balconies, one with a lovely view overlooking the sea and sunset. Only a few steps away from lovely beach. We had a lovely time!

Bij aankomst kwam de eigenaar even langs om zich voor te stellen en alles uit te leggen, hij is zeer vriendelijk. Tussendoor kwam hij nog even langs om het zwembad schoon te houden en groente tuin te onderhouden waar we een verse komkommer hebben gekregen. De woning ziet er schoon uit en heeft een mooi uitzicht over de zee. Wij waren met onze hond die er welkom was en binnen een paar minuten lopen zaten we met de hond aan een rustig (bijna privé) strand. Echt een aanrader.

We had amazing holidays in Maslinica The Blue Villa Solta is beautiful and a perfect place for vacation, comfortable, cozy and clean. The outdoor area has a large terrasse with lounge furniture, dining table and a babecue in the back, as well as some cosy shady places. The terrace it’s a perfect spot to watch the Sundown. The Sea is just a few steps from the house, with a platform where you can get into the water, we set lounge chairs and umbrella to spend all day. The town Maslinica is a short walk distance, with a nice atmosphere, restaurants and a small grocery store. Mr Stipica was a perfect host-response, providing us with information about Maslinica, restaurants (Sesula was the best), wines and olive producers and shops. The place itself was exactly as described. We definitely recommend his Villa. Thanks

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

First of all, the town of Stomorska is a beautiful,place. It's narrow streets, restaurants next to the marina which is located in a small bay and the views. I've been to Croatia many many times and in many different places but so far this has been the best one i've ever been to. The most important, the apartment. Beautiful, modern an equipped with everything you might need and more (there was even JBL bluetooth speaker!) There are three AC units in the apartment, one in a living room and in both bedrooms. Kitchen has everything you will need during your stay. Bathroom is really clean, there is also a washing mashine. There are two outside places you can sit and enjoy. One is right in front of the house, with a BBQ grill there. Second one is a balcony on the opposite side facing the sea and oh my, a view is stunning (when sun sets you can see a beautifuly illuminated split). I wanna say a big Thank you to Tina, She's been really helpful and gave great tips. I wish you all the best !

The apartment is located approximately 10 steps from the sea and has its own entrance to the sea, sun loungers by the sea and at the same time sun loungers by the pool, which is available to guests and is directly in front of the apartment. There are plenty of parasols and good quality seating on the terrace. Everything was absolutely clean and even during our long stay there everything was kept absolutely clean at all times. We had an outdoor grill with all the equipment. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host was very friendly and helpful. A few minutes walk are restaurants, supermarket, bakery, fresh vegetables and fish from fishermen. The place is quiet and safe. The host also provided us with a buoy to tie up our motorboat. Thank you for everything, we spent three weeks of our holiday here and it was an excellent choice of accommodation.

Wir haben, mit Familie eine wunderschöne Woche in Sivia ihr Gästehaus verbraucht - es war unvergesslich. Der Unterkunft ist top Lage, gleich am Meer. Zentrum Stomorska kann man am Abend spazierend erreichen, wo mehrere großartige Restaurants mit köstlichen Essen vor Ort gibt. Der Unterkunft selbst ist sehr sauber, mit einem großartigen Garten und in Gästehaus gibt es alles, was man brauchen konnte, so kann man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlen. Immer wieder gerne!

Our family had the most wonderful time at Darija's place. If you enjoy dipping into crystal clear water right at your doorstep, want to unwind and relax, you will love it there. Stomorska is a charming small village on Solta, less than an hour by ferry from Split. All the people are lovely and helpful. We spent most of our time with long swims, late lunches and aperitifs on our own terrace with a view, ice cream or dinner nearby. Don't miss to do a boat trip around the island. Darija was super responsive and welcoming, and her parents Dado and Jadranka treated us to a fantastic BBQ. All in all: perfect. Thank you!!
