Ivan is a nice host who respects the guests' privacy and helps if necessary. The house provides every convenience (including a good dishwasher and washing machine) and is clean. It is nice to eat in the garden where there is a BBQ and running water. The beach and the boats to Cavtat and Dubrovnik are a 7-minute walk away. In short, we had a wonderful holiday in Mlini for the third time. Thank you again Ivan for the pleasant stay in your house

Once again, we have had a great stay at Villa Magnolia. This is our second visit here and we enjoy the house and the pool area. A short distance to Mlini harbor with cozy restaurants and short distance to a bakery and local shop. Can really recommended to other guests and we will be happy to return next summer.

Our villa had 3 apartments which worked perfectly and they all had a shower, kitchen and lounge. There was a hair dryer in each apartment and a good selection of cleaning products and towels were available. The pool although small was perfect for us. The views were great and the main town was only a short walk, our only problem was one of our party struggled walking up the lane to the villa was very steep so we used uber to take us back, the uber drivers did get confused about which lane to go up so we had to tell them. There is parking for a car but it is very steep even for a car to get up. Ana-Maria who helps her father with guests was amazing and orginised pick up to and from the airport, nothing was to much trouble for them. i would like to say a big thank you, we had a great time.

As a group of young people we absolutely loved staying at this Villa. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a very warm welcome from Danica , she was very helpful and gave us an in depth tour of her home. The house its self was even more beautiful in person and we were definitely not disappointed. Any dilemmas that we had faced Danica was only a message away, with fast responses and always there to help. Location wise the Villa is set in a peaceful area surrounded by breathtaking views of the mountains . Ubers were definitely a life saver for us as a group when travelling to local towns which wasn’t actually that far. As a whole we thoroughly enjoyed this experience and would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa! The location was great to walk to the beach and resturants in the area. Plus, good location to travel north or south for day trips. We rented a car but we could have walked to harbor and taken the water taxi into Dubrovnik or Cavtat. The beach was lovely - clear, clean water for swimming and water sports. Hosts were very friendly! Slept great on all the beds - nice linens provided. The villa was perfect size/spacious for our family of 5 (parents and 3 adult children). The kitchen is well equiped, some basics were provided to start our stay (including coffee and filters!!). Loved the pool (used every day) and terrace areas.

Fig and Oak is in a beautiful location. It has a well equipped kitchen and 2 lovely areas outside to sit and eat. It is tranquil and teaming with butterflies, insects and wildlife. It is a clean and comfortable, converted farmhouse. Katarina is the most attentive host, always responding promptly to any questions, with constructive help. It is a 20/30 minute walk to Mlini on a relatively quiet road - okay for adults, with care, but not great with baby in buggy. Car is essential if you have a baby or toddler. Overall, a fantastic place in a great location but not particularly baby/toddler friendly.

Het appartement van Igor was modern ingericht en zeer schoon. Verder was het in de buurt van het strand, winkelcentrum en een supermarkt. Let er wel op dat je heel wat trappen op en af moet voordat je het strand bereikt. Wij vonden Astarea beach het prettigste. Het appartement ligt naast een doorlopende weg, dus je hoort de auto’s voorbij rijden, maar dit was voor ons geen probleem. Igor was een vriendelijke host, die goed voor zijn gasten zorgt (zorgt voor voldoende badhanddoeken, fruit, toiletpapier, fles water enz). Wij hebben van dit verblijf genoten en raden het zeker aan!

The apart itself is comfortable, cosy and well-equipped which can make your stay memoriable. A nice vicinity to walk and enjoy holidays with lots of sun, fresh air and swiming. You can find good bars and restaurants, in the neighbourhood. The access to the old ciry of Dubrovnik is straightforward. A polite, responsive and dependable host available for you all the time. If you don't have any issue with stairs, which is the case for all of the resorts in the area, go for them. nothing to regret, I would say. I completely recommend this bnb.

Super lækkert hus. Rent og pænt. Skøn pool som var hel privat. Stille og roligt kvarter. Stejle og små gader op til huset, men vi kunne godt komme frem og tilbage med en STOR bil. Vi fik vist en sti til stranden af nogle lokale, så tog det ca. 12-15 min. at gå derned med en del trapper, men vores børn på 10 og 11 kunne godt gå derned og hjem igen.

A fab, clean one bed apartment with a private terrace, great shower, comfortable bed and a couple of great restaurants nearby also a small grocery store 10 minutes walk away. There was a regular bus service to take you to Dubrovnik or Cavat a pretty seaside town further south. The family were super friendly and gave us cake and some local brandy when we arrived and olive oil we needed when eating in one evening. Also helped us with a transfer to the airport. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and we are very pleased. It is located conveniently close to the pool and also got two private outside resting areas (with table and chairs) where you can enjoy your morning coffee or prepare your own meal for family and guests. The pool area is very nice and we used it a lot. The room was spacious and practical and the beds were nice and comfortable. I can give this the warmest recommendation. The Villa Carmen is perfectly located closed to all surrounding facilities.

Wonderful stay at a truly stunning villa! Immaculately put together with everything you could think of catered for. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor pool was superb, the kids (and adults) loved the foosball and ping pong, lovely big TV to unwind in front of after a busy day exploring. Bedrooms were lovely with balcony’s and en suite shower rooms. All kitchen appliances supplied, bonus having a washer/dryer to clear some washing before departure. Little supermarket 2 min walk up the road plus Lidl a short Uber away. Lovely quiet area with friendly locals - it’s a little remote from Dubrovnik which is why I’ve slightly marked the location down, but close to Srebreno/Mlini which has a wonderful beach/bay and some abandoned hotels which interested me at least! Stunning scenery - magical view of the mountains/Bosnia border every morning. Honestly couldn’t fault the Villa Invigo and would 100% recommend to anyone!

Maja's place was absolutely stunning. We stayed as a group of five and couldn't have been happier. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and Maja, our host, was incredibly responsive and helpful. She even recommended and booked the best local attractions for us! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, with an amazing restaurant right around the corner, and a bus stop nearby for easy trips to Dubrovnik or Cavtat.

Absolut perfekt - was soll man Anderes sagen. Ich schließe mich allen Vorrednern an - Katarina ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns immer gefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für denn alltäglichen Bedarf und langen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir hatten eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, Wäscheständer, Klimaanlagen in fast allen Räumen, eine schöne große Terrasse mit Tisch. Die Inneneinrichtung ist natürlich immer Geschmackssache. Alle Sachen zum Kochen, Waschen und Trocknen haben funktioniert und das ist das Wichtigste. Es gibt einen TV mit deutschen Sendern und sonst alles zum Einkaufen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten eine absolut geniale Pizza in der Nähe und ein leckeres Essen in Fußweite. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt wieder. Einzig und alleine andere Bettdecken hätten wir uns gewünscht, weil es nur dünne Lakendecken gab und Wolldecken und das Internet war leider ungenügend

The apartment is in a great location, a 2 minute walk to the beach, shopping centre and supermarket. The bus stop to Dubrovnik and Cavtat is a minute's walk away and the coastline is stunning. Miro, our host was very welcoming and helpful, he ensured we had everything we needed and along with his mother we were treated to gifts from their garden. The apartment is light, airy and spotlessly clean and well maintained. It is also private and in a quiet location. We can't wait to return.

What a wonderful place this is!!! The pictures don’t do the apartment justice. It is spotless, and the location is perfect. There were 6 in our party, and there was more than enough room for all of us. The views are honestly breathless. Every morning we would sit taking in the views and then finish the day doing the same! Don’t hesitate to book here, you will not be disappointed.

Miro a été quelqu’un de fort sympathique, disponible et réactif. Nous avons pu lui demander conseil et il a toujours répondu rapidement. Son logement quant à lui était exceptionnel ! Spacieux, très charmant propre qui de plus est très bien placé à 2min de la poste, des arrêts de bus, d’un super marché et de la plage ! Ce qui en fait un emplacement exceptionnel ! Je recommande à 100% l’appartement ainsi que Miro en hôte ! Il feront de votre séjour un séjour exceptionnel

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Katica. Place de parking très pratique. Logement situé à 15 min de Dubrovnik, avec un accès à la plage en contrebas. Appartement fidèle à la description.

Cozy place, very quiet, ideal for couples or groups of friends renting multiple apartments. It is close to the beach and excellent restaurants. There is a market 2 minutes away on foot, a bakery 5 minutes away on foot, and a shopping mall a 10-minute walk away where you can find most needed things. A 15-minute drive will take you to the best tourist spots in the Old City, with its castles and walls. Katica is an extremely kind, proactive person, always willing to provide everything necessary for guests to have the best possible experience.

We have a great stay at Katica's apartment. Katica is one of the best hosts I ever met, she was supper friendly and caring, she answered my questions quickly, gave us very helpful tips with local bus and tours, and flexibility with check-out that gave us some time to rest before our late flight home. The apartment didn't equipped with washing machine, but Katica offered us one in her daughter's vacant apartment. Besides, I want to highlight the excellent location: - few steps down to the bus stop of buses number 10, 16, 16A which go directly to the old town. You can buy the ticket from the bus drivers. - a small grocery stores right behind the bus top, and a super market within a walking distance - nearby nice restaurants with great foods and good prices comparing to the ones in the old town, e.g., Konoba Forno, Lokar, ... - few hundred meters with easy walk to beautiful beaches.
