We had a wonderful stay at Seacrest! The house is immaculate, decorated in a calm coastal style, and has lots of space to lounge around and relax - open plan living/dining, a separate TV room, and a large deck that is partially covered. Perfect backyard for a game of cricket or to kick a ball around. Short walk to both the beach and the harbour. The local cafe is probably a 15min walk away which also has fish and chips on offer. The Four Square is a 5min drive away to restock supplies or the large supermarkets in Whakatane are a 15min drive.

Clean and tidy, great views of the estuary and ocean, very quiet and peaceful.

Thank you Nik. We had a great stay. Communication with Nik was great. We had a couple mishaps and Nik was very quick to response. Mother nature doing her thing I highly recommend this bach. I hope to be back soon.

Chris was there to greet us when we arrived as was Penny the cat and the ‘girls’! Chris had left all sorts of little food items for us and we decided to have omelettes for tea so we could taste the ‘girls’ eggs - they were yummy. Chris’s place was perfect, with a comfy bed and super shower. All the little extras made a big difference and the best was the warm freshly made bread and homemade juice for breakfast!! We would recommend Chris’s place to everybody.

nice clean cabin and had everything i needed. although i didnt meet janice i spoke to her on phone and she seemed to be a very nice person.

The home was well presented, loved that she used eco products. The host had thought of everything to make our stay an enjoyable stress free stay. It was very family friendly with games, books etc provided for the children. Overall this is an outstanding home and will definitely book again. Thanks Jemma

I had a great stay at Janet’s place. The house is neat and spacious with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very accommodating and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.

What a wonderful beach getaway. Lovely house, with everything you need. Clean and very tidy. Great decor and comfy furniture inside and outside. The expansive deck was so good to relax on. Lovely view across to the sea and only a short walk for a swim or walk along the lovely Ohope beach. We liked the location, which is a bit further down the beach away from the crowds, meaning we had the beach almost to ourselves at times. Good sized bedrooms and fantastic kitchen. We loved the slat windows, which not only look great, but means you can get a breeze flowing through both levels of the house. Nice not have to put on the air con on summer days. Shelly was super helpful and friendly. We absolutely recommend this AirBnB. We had a gret stay and will be back. :-)

The setting was absolutely amazing, beautiful view and beautiful sounds of waves. With shops and cafes close by. The accommodation was lovely perfect for a couple, was nice and small but also spacious. The couch was abit uncomfortable and very small but the bed is amazing and soft. The outside deck was amazing perfect for dinner outdoors, the blinds that go down is a great touch. Definitely made mine and my partners first anniversary memorable x
