This apartment is set in a beautiful location overlooking the water and old town. Also only around 10/15 minutes walk to the old town itself so perfectly situated. It was clean, had all the amenities you would need and the host Ivica was very responsive with any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to Dubrovnik!

This space was really special for our stay on Hvar. The view of the sea is stunning from the two separate balconies and the hot tub. The apartment is tidy and modern, giving you walkable access to both the gown and nearby Pokonji Dol. Would love to stay here again!

Ivana and Mario’s place was just perfect! We were a family of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all. Enjoyed the balcony and hot tub at the end of the day. We did have a car, so close enough to all of Split’s activities. The hosts were always available and responsive to questions and our needs. Thanks you!

Nous avons passé un super moment chez Josipa alors que le temps était maussade, on s'y sentait bien, tout est bien pensé, la terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un plus. Josipa est très réactive , très accueillante et nous a aidé pour notre problème de bateau, elle est venue nous chercher et nous ramener à la gare routière. Environnement calme mais en hauteur à 15'/20' du centre. Je recommande vivement

We loved our stay at Katarina's place! It's a wonderful location just outside the Old City with a beautiful view of the sea. It's walking distance to the Old City or take an uber. We did lots of road trips around the area so we didn't want to be restricted to the city itself. Katarina is a wonderful hostess and we definitely recommend staying at her place. We'd do it again!

This is a beautiful beautiful stay! My full family stayed here (8 people including kids) and we all enjoyed our stay. Everything was spotless clean and the house is beautifully furnished and decorated. Sandra is an amazing host, very quick and patient in responding to any questions. The location is very good, near Lapad beach. Need to take a bus to the old town, but this was perfect for us since we enjoyed the beautiful promenade and beach near the stay on the days we didn't go to the old town. I would recommend this place to everyone and we thought it was a steal at the price we got :)

Man kommt als Gast und geht als Freund - etwa so kann man den Aufenthalt bei Andrey & Nives beschreiben. Wir verbrachten 6 Nächte in ihrem wunderbaren Haus und können uns den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschliessen - sie sind sehr tolle Gastgeber mit Herz! Als wir ankamen, fanden wir keinen (wie sonst üblich) leeren Kühlschrank vor, stattdessen bekamen wir diverse Leckereien und auch der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit allem notwendigen - was will man mehr, nach einer längeren Reise :-) Ihre Tochter hatte uns sogar noch einen Kuchen gebacken der wirklich extrem lecker war - und auch sonst kamen wir im Verlauf der nächsten Tagen in den Genuss von kroatischem Essen und Gastfreundlichkeit. Mit 2 Teenagern war es toll, dass das Haus sehr gutes WLAN hatte und es sogar für den Aussenbereich noch ein separates WLAN gab! Dank dem beheizten Pool konnten wir auch Ende September noch draussen baden und auch der Whirlpool kann durch einen Schalter selbst beheizt werden. Empfehlenswert!!

Had a great time staying at Jasenka's place. Location is ideal for visiting most of the places by foot. Jasenka and her daughter were very nice, helpful & kind throughout our whole stay. Would definitely visit again :)

Marija ist eine großartige und sehr liebe Gastgeberin. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Saft und Trauben warteten im Apartment auf uns.Alles lief reibungslos. Zum Abschied gab es eine Falsche Wein und frische Lorbeerenblätter. Das Apartment liegt oben auf dem Berg, es ist eine kleine schmale und Straße die hinauf führt. Einen Parkplatz gibt es 1min fahrt vom Apartment entfernt. Das Apartment Maurice liegt im 2 Stock. Es hat ein Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch für 2 Personen, die Couch ist sehr bequem durch den Topper fühlt es sich wie ein richtiges Bett an, außerdem gibt es eine Kleine Küchenzeile wo Kleinigkeiten zubereitet werden können alles war sehr sauber. Das Schlafzimmer was groß genug ist, das Bett war bequem. Das Highlight des Apartments ist der große Balkon mit atemberaubendem Ausblick auf das Meer und die Insel Brac. Der Strand unten an der Straße ist super schön, sauber und nicht überfüllt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen und das Apartment jedem weitempfehlen.

Это незабываемо оказаться внутри исторического места! Расположение между Колокольней и можно видеть бывший храм Юпитера из вашего окна! Все прошло отлично. Спасибо огромное хозяйке, она устроила все лучшм образом. Рассказала где можно припарковать машину и это было бесплатно . Мы легко нашли комнату по подробной инструкции с фотографиями. Это заняло 5 минут чтобы найти Это был очень приятный отдых. И жить на територии дворца это превосходно.

Très bon séjour près de la ville et de la plage Juste l accès à la maison est surprenant car il faut prendre une grande montée pour arriver sur le lieu mais par contre l endroit est très très calme C est un endroit où je retournerai sans aucun problème 😍

House is placed right next to very quiet and beautiful beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped. Emi offered us self made bread and honey and was very helpful during whole visit giving us tips about local food, tradition and interesting facts!

The host family was very kind and always ready to help. Luka's place is really nice and big! The apartment was fully equipped, really spacious and perfectly clean! There's also a big terrace which we were using for the whole vacation. The place is very close to the sea, the nearest beach is just one minute on foot. The second beach is concrete and about 3 minutes far and never overcrowded. The sea is super clear with easy access. There are two markets, green-grocery, three cafes/restaurants, bakery and three ATM's in the neighbourhood. It is also possible to rent a bike, e-bike or four-wheeler. There are many nice cycle routes in the countryside and nice running tracks (from 10 to 20 kilometres). We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Wonderful apartment with great amenities. We would certainly stay here again. Pros: - 3 min walk to a nice restaurant and the beach - Very close to ferry - Close to grocery - Three large bedrooms - Two bathrooms - Well-stocked kitchen for cooking - Lovely balcony - Extra clean - Decent firm mattresses with good support - lovely and kind host Quirks to know about: - No living room (we liked sitting around kitchen table anyway) - 2 portable airconditioners keep two bedrooms cool, but one was a bit warm at night. We could have moved one of the mattresses into our cooler room but didn’t need to. - indeed it’s the same entrance to the apartment and the lower apartment, but we felt our space was completely private. Just don’t come here if you want to have a big party or do something illegal. - no dedicated washing machine, but our host kindly did a load of laundry for us halfway through the trip. Recommended!

we spent our one week holiday here and everything was very nice. clean and spacious apartment, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. air conditioner is high class and we liked to have our meals at the terrace. we traveled with our dog and he also enjoyed the holiday :) highly recommended apartment!

Vjeko was really kind and helpful. He picked us up from the airport and was always willing to drive us around for a good price. The villa was amazing and perfect for our group of 8 girls!

This is our second year in the row renting the house. We love it and hope to come back again. Mihovil is a great host. He is very helpful and generous. He bought groceries for us when we arrived late from the airport. He also made dinner for us with local delicacies. It is very easy to have contact with him. The house is very big and perfect for a large party of people. The outside area is very good for children since it is secluded. Our children had a lot of fun in the pool area. The surroundings are beautiful. The stoone beach, wich is in walking distances, was lovely. There are restaurants close by. It is perfect to be able to buy newly baked bread in the store on the ground floor of the house. We walked with our 4 and 5 year old children to the beach and town. We also took a boot trip on the river that I recommend everyone to do.

Die Unterkunft war noch schöner als auf den Bildern! Es gibt ca. 8 min Fußweg entfernt einen kleinen Strand, weitere tolle Strände sind leicht zu Fuß und mit dem Auto erreichbar. Nikola und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich, und man bekommt alles was man benötigt. Man liegt sehr zentral, und kommt mit dem Auto schnell an tolle Orte wie z.B. Stari Grad oder Hvar. Wir empfehlen Nikola und sein Apartment zu 100% weiter ❤️

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.

Excellent little apartment with everything you might need for your stay. Good advice about the local area and easy instructions regarding the accommodation. Beautiful sea views from the balcony and nice communal pool. The area itself is great with shops,excellent restaurants and amenities all within walking distance or short taxi drive away,and Dubrovnik easily reachable by car or boat. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! It was clean, peaceful, beautiful surroundings, stores in walking distance, good restaurants and beautiful beach with delicious ice cream places close enought,... We did not have a car, we either walked, took bus/ boat to cities nearby. We fully enjoyed the vacation at Blazenko's place! He answered all the questions very quickly and friendly.

A lovely apartment with amazing views. The location of this apartment is perfect being a 20 minute drive from the centre of Split. It is located in a peaceful area on the hill overlooking Split with amazing views of the city and the bay. The apartment has AC, a swimming pool and all the amenities you would need. There were 4 of us staying for 5 nights and it was just perfect. The one area for improvement is communication. One of Ciro's children who knows English handles the Airbnb messages for him. Unfortunately we found that not all information was relayed to Ciro and the response times can be quite slow. Ciro himself is a lovely and friendly host. Despite him not knowing English, we were able to communicate just fine on arrival. Overall I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay near Split with its great value for money, friendly host and gorgeous views of the city!

We had a lovely holiday in a great villa with a fabulous view. Beautiful area. A few minures walk to the sea. Mosquitos were out in force so be forewarned to use repellents, burners and plug ins. The villa is only 10-15 mins from Dubrovnik so can get Uber/taxi..Bus service not so frequent. Went to a resturant about a mile along the coast on a sunday evening and Uber did not turn up. Too dangerous to walk back along road as no path in areas and path alongside sea not lit all the way. Luckily for us a local bar that was shutting for the season came to the rescue and gave us a lift home after showing us great hospitality..
