Amenities were at or above expectations. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool/hot tub after a long day at the park. Clean, organized. Especially appreciated how everything was labeled and easy to find. We would love to return in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at DJ and Brandee’s home last weekend while my mom and I were in town for the Surf City Half Marathon! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with fantastic amenities - everything was as described. It’s a short walk to downtown and was perfect location for us to get to the starting line. The pool and their big comfy couch were perfect for our post-race recovery. The kitchen is awesome; I loved cooking in it. DJ and Brandee were fantastic hosts — always responsive and kind. Really appreciated their hospitality and highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you!!!

Paul was very responsive and the home was so spacious and clean! The beds were comfortable and the backyard offered so much shade and seating options and the pool was a big hit for our staycation and backyard family gathering. The kitchen was well equipped and there were items throughout the house available for use that made it feel like home (cozy blankets were available in the living room and loft which was a nice touch). The layout between the kitchen, living room and transition to the backyard was perfect to keep a watchful eye on our little one at all times. This place was lovely and Sue was very accommodating. It was clean, spacious and a great location. We didn't realize this was two separate units with two rooms in each unit. Great for one wanting privacy. The kitchen is pretty stocked with all that you need. Comfy beds, relaxing common space and large dining room table for gathering. The bed frame was a little squeaky (which I only noticed because I had a little one sleeping with me, so I had to try to be super quiet lol) but other than that, this place was perfect. <3 Thank you Sue! This might be the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Exactly is described perfect location for a four day visit to the Los Angeles area. Ruby and Eduardo were extremely friendly and easily accessible at all times, we will definitely be back.

This is a very large space with 6 bedrooms in Monterey Park -- great location and exactly what we needed for our trip as we visited family in the SGV area. Best part of our stay was our host, Brooks, who was extremely responsive and immediately addressed any needs we had.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house is even more beautiful in person! It’s large with bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. We stayed here with another family and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts are very responsive and give clear instructions. A crib, strollers, and high-chair are also available. The yard is large and the pool is beautiful. We didn’t get a chance to use it, but we are looking forward to on our next stay. It was overall such a wonderful stay and I highly recommend Sheldon and Yan’s Villa!

Paula was an amazing host, very responsive to us during our stay. Her home was comfortable and exactly as described and pictured. Her house had many little extras, laundry soap, plastic sandwich bags, coffee pods, ample paper products - beautiful appliances and cozy living space. The kids loved the hot tub. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was perfect and Newab was very helpful even when I asked way too many questions. I would absolutely rent from there again. the back yard is like you're in the bahamas.

Our stay with Tiffany and Andy was absolutely amazing! We had our wedding in the area and stayed here with our wedding party and everyone loved the house! Tiffany and Andy were more than accommodating to us, and were both extremely responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! The house is gorgeous and HUGE, we could not have asked for more. We would highly recommend this gorgeous home!

Nick’s home was great! There were 3 adults and 5 kids staying there and everybody had their own bed! The inside of the home was clean and very well stocked. It was the perfect location for going to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm (so much better than Disney!). It was also only an hour from Huntington Beach which the kids loved. Unfortunately between our busy schedule and some rain we did not get to enjoy the outdoor amenities but everything seemed fine. I would definitely go back there again.
