Excellent one bedroom home for what i needed. Melissa is also an excellent host. All straight forward and Melissa was awesome and quick to respond. 15-20 minute walk to everything in Long Beach. I plan to stay again this time next year.

Central location great for Disney and the beaches.

Great accommodations. Place was clean and comfortable, roof deck is a huge perk. Beds were comfortable. Clifton met me at the unit to show me everything, that was easy and really helpful.

Mark was amazing super friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again!

Had an amazing stay. The house was clean and on private property which felt safe. The host was very responsive and friendly. I asked if there was a water cooker and she actually brought a new one. Best host ever. Can really recommend this place.

A great stay! Worked perfectly for what we needed (traveling for work). Smelled good and everything was very clean. Loved the chairs on the front lawn and it was a nice neighborhood (surrounded by families playing in their yards). Only thing is the trains and planes are loud in the area, if it’s not something you’re used to. Would definitely stay again if traveling to the area again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rico's Airbnb. It was super clean, quiet and peaceful and a great location tucked away in a great neighborhood. Rico was super responsive and a wonderful host!

I can’t say enough about how much Fiona and her family made us feel at home. We are fire evacuees and we’re bounced from one place to another until we settled at her home. They even gave us avocados from their tree and brought us famous local donuts! I was surprised by the amazing restaurants nearby — particularly Ethiopian, Thai and sushi gems. But most of all we are grateful for the stability of a comfortable home with great outdoor space to get back on our feet. Thanks Fiona!

Great place for my family of three + dog when we were in town for a wedding. Sandy and Terry were great communicators and we had an easy time checking in and out. Would stay there again!

Great House,super quiet area

First and foremost, I want to say that I and my friends are very happy and satisfied with the place at a very first moment. They keep telling me that this place worth a 5 star rating. I told them, well I even want to give the place a good review at that moment, don’t have to wait till the end. We really love the community. Peaceful, nice view with great gym and beautiful pool. Just a perfect place for us. Thank you our lovely host.

4 adults and 2 children had a great stay. Quiet. No problem parking.

Super cute, quiet, and close to Disneyland! There was plenty of amenities to keep our kids entertained throughout our stay. Everything was labeled and directions were posted in clearly visible areas. We were able to watch the Disneyland fireworks show each night they went off which was a surprise bonus for us! We look forward to renting with Eve again!

The hosts were extremely responsive and kind. The place was exactly as it was in the pictures. It was very comfy and cozy! It felt very safe and was close to the beach. We would definitely go back!!

Ryan and Sebastian were very responsive. The place was clean and the person who was cleaning made sure he took the time to change linens, and clean the outdoors since the previous renters left late. It didn't bother us at all since we knew we are getting into a clean place. Close by restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, a great experience. Thank you.

The location of the home was great - walkable to multiple restaurants and nearby a Target. The home was well decorated and comfortable. It worked out well for our trip to Paramount and Disneyland.

Detail detail detail!! As someone who prides myself in the details, if that is you, then stay here. I think everyone’s biggest worry in booking an Airbnb is checking in, parking, will it look like the pictures? etc. This property is everything as advertised and has everything you could need and more. I travel for work and with hotel prices in LA. This is going to be my new go to spot! Can’t wait to visit again. Big shoutout to Ida and her hospitality. Ps.. need to know what detergent she uses.. my clothes have never smelled better!

Overall wonderful experience! Felt right at home as soon as we walked in. We truly appreciate the yummy snacks and waters. Sison really goes upon and beyond and I understand why she's a Super Hostess. Definitely lives up to that 100% The beds were super comfortable! The pillows were amazing! The house was clean and I love the touch of flowers left in the rooms. We would love to stay again for our next family trip. Thank you Sison! You made us feel welcoming and right at home.

What a nice home in a wonderful area. Great for a business traveler or a family. About a 5 min uber to the beach or convention center and lots of local food and drink spots.

We loved this house!!! It's fun and interesting, lots of room for family. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms comfortable and well decorated (not Ikea). The beach is so close as is the town of Seal Beach-great location. Susan was the perfect host, very good communication. We can't wait to plan another stay.

The Boho Hideaway was just as cute and charming in real life as it is in the pictures. It was a very clean, and cozy place with all the amenities to make the stay comfortable with relaxing. Linda is also a great host. She is very responsive and accommodating. We stayed while our place was going through repairs and she made a stressful situation a lot less stressful! It's a great place, with a great host! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends.
