We had an amazing stay after a rough start to our trip. Host was very helpful and responsive when we had to find different accommodations than originally planned. We booked and got check in instructions immediately. Host made sure everything was smooth and was very understanding of our situation. Property was amazingly cleaned and well maintained. The pictures did not do this place justice. It is even nicer! We didn’t hear any noise from neighbors or the outside. Pool area was nice and clean and heated which is a rare find in California. Pool area was quiet and we pretty much had the place to ourselves each time. Many restaurants in the area as well as a Starbucks nearby. Property was a quick jump to the highway. We would highly recommend this property and Host to anyone looking for a nice comfortable place to stay and a Host who is friendly and responsive.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Huntington Beach! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and attentive to every detail, making the experience seamless from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. The outdoor space was a wonderful bonus, offering a relaxing spot to enjoy the ocean breeze. The amenities were top-notch, including a stocked kitchen, cozy beds, pool, Jacuzzi and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Huntington Beach. I can’t wait to return!

Wendy's place is in a beautiful building with a ton of amenities. The pool area is gorgeous. The apartment was perfect for us. Beautiful apartment, amazing building, secure designated parking, great location (20 minutes to Disney) and a responsive host. If our daughter ends up going to UC Irvine, we will rent this unit again.

Wonderful stay at this gem of a place! It’s cute and cozy with everything needed for a week at the beach. The bed was so comfortable and I loved waking up to the sound of birds chirping in the morning while I brewed coffee. The location is perfect, a few blocks to the beach, and while the garage was small, it came in handy when street parking was scarce. The hosts were so responsive and kind. I will definitely stay here again!

we had a great time and a lovely stay! PROS -location was awesome! steps away from the beach and tons of restaurants. we enjoyed walking everywhere! -reserved parking spot- only good for small cars though, but there's plenty of free street parking too. -place was clean, easy to get to, and host was friendly and responsive! -worth it for the price! CONS -the only windows that opened faced a shared walkway and we didn't feel comfortable keeping them open overnight or while showering, so the place can get musty. but not too much of an issue as there are fans in some rooms. we also didn't spend too much time in the space since we were out and about all day.

The studio apartment is small but has everything you need for a stay in Laguna. Kitchen is small but has the basics. Bathroom is good size for a studio built in the 1920's. Bed was comfortable and space overall met our needs. This apartment is great if you don't intend to spend a lot of time inside compared to the cottages which provide more spaces to enjoy.

Overall, everything was fantastic. Great location and perfect apartment to relax. Unfortunately, my car was hit while in the street parking so I’d recommend finding a good spot. Nonetheless, that is just an accident and no representation of how well the property was. Perfectly in the middle of the beach and downtown San Clemente.

Perfect for 2 people. Kitchen was a plus as we love to cook and prepared several meals.

Easy to work and communicate with, location was very convenient for visiting various parts of LA/OC, the unit was well designed and very clean!

Great hosts with attention to detail. Good linens, flexible check-in and exactly what we needed for a weekend trip. We especially enjoyed the short walk to restaurants and 7 blocks to the beach. Easy street parking and hosts were attentive but not intrusive.

We loved our stay at Sara’s place. The location was great as we could easily walk to Disneyland. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils. The pushcart / stroller was a Lifesaver as we used it to hold our backpacks etc when going to Disneyland. Sara gave us excellent direction on how to get to the park which was greatly appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to friends and relatives

We had a great stay for our family Disney trip!! Only 10 minutes to Disneyland. The amenities here are amazing!!! Spent hours in the pool. Thank you!

Very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to Spectrum Center with everything there. Parking is very easy. Jay is very responsive. I asked for some extra quilt in the morning, which are ready in the afternoon already. Really enjoyed my stay there.
