Brandon's place was great, we were in town for a work event and needed something close and easy, this was perfect. Would definitely use stay at Brandon's properties again.

We enjoyed our stay at Christopher’s apartment. The location was good with restaurants nearby within a few minutes walk and the mall also close by. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. On site were swimming pool, table tennis, outside seating, gym etc. We would definitely stay again

It is one of the best locations in Irvine if you want a both convenient and safe neighborhood. Joe’s place is well equipped, enough storage space with everything and very cozy inside. Parking, gym and pool are very close to our room and easy to access. Joe and Erika are great hosts - responsive and professional in solving our requests. Only thing to note is that this apartment is on first floor and we need to keep the blind shut during the day for privacy.

Nate’s place as of 3/2024 is brand new. Everything clean and pristine. Loved his decor. Very comfortable and very chic. The building had amazing amenities. Like staying at a spa! Location was not where I was thinking it would be, but this area had everything…Costco, inn and out, Whole Foods, easy access to freeway…I can see why he chose this place for an airbnb. Nate himself is extremely amenable…he granted a few requests and followed through beautifully. The beds and linens were very comfortable. An air mattress is provided with lots of extra beddings and towels and supplies for 4 guests, but the space is a bit small to host 4 guests long term. Of course, that is just my opinion. We stayed for a week, my son and l, and it was ideal. Then my husband and daughter met us on the last night…still comfortable, and definitely doable if you deflate air mattress and mattress every day. Kitchen is well suited to make simple meals. Again, everything new in the kitchen as well.

Very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to Spectrum Center with everything there. Parking is very easy. Jay is very responsive. I asked for some extra quilt in the morning, which are ready in the afternoon already. Really enjoyed my stay there.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The place was perfect and super clean. The host is super friendly and helpful which we really appreciate. Would definitely stay here again if ever needed.

John and Candy were extremely prompt at responding to my messages. The home was clean, and they provided everything we needed. John made us feel welcomed. The location is perfect if you’re visiting the Disney parks and don’t want to stay at a hotel. The neighborhood is quiet. Check in and check out was smooth. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

This space was perfect for our annual girls trip. The house itself is well maintained, nicely furnished and well configured for groups/gathering. The beds were extremely comfortable - everyone commented on them! The outdoor areas were great, and it’s only a short walk to a quiet beach. The house was fully stocked with everything we could have needed - beach chairs, coolers, toiletries, detergent… The host’s messages were proactive and easy to understand. Garage parking was great. I would highly recommend. We’d love to rebook next year! Thanks for a perfect stay!

Wonderful location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, a library, a playground, and beach. We loved heading out on foot to grab coffee and walk to the ocean, or to the beach along the canal which was so close and uncrowded. Great shower, washer and dryer in the unit, kind and responsive hosts. The window a/c units in each bedroom provided nice climate control. We were very comfortable and would’ve liked to have stayed longer. There is some road noise at night from the close proximity to 2nd street, and cars must be moved on Thursday/Friday due to street sweeping, but I was able to find parking a few blocks away on 2nd St, so I would suggest doing that rather than looking in the neighborhoods.

We enjoyed the house and private outside patio.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms provide everything one needs. There are plenty of towels. It's great to have a washer/dryer. The neighborhood is quiet despite its proximity to shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach. We'll book again.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Huntington Beach! The neighborhood was gorgeous and a short distance from the beach. The owner was very accommodating for us and quickly responsive whenever we had any questions. The place was really clean, spacious and had the most amazing, dreamy layout! Especially loved the deck up top, great views! Would definitely stay here again :)

Ted saved the day! We had booked another property through a different rental service and that owner never showed up leaving us stranded. We booked Ted's place literally at the last minute. He was so accommodating and his place ended up being better than original place we had booked! Condo has a full size, 2 car garage which is amazing for Newport! The location was right next to beach, restaurants and bars, convenient stores. comfy beds, t.v.'s in all rooms. Great stay,

First and foremost, I want to say that I and my friends are very happy and satisfied with the place at a very first moment. They keep telling me that this place worth a 5 star rating. I told them, well I even want to give the place a good review at that moment, don’t have to wait till the end. We really love the community. Peaceful, nice view with great gym and beautiful pool. We absolutely loved our stay! The place looks even better in person than in the photos—beautifully designed, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. It was the perfect alternative to a hotel while traveling with our daughter and her teenage friend. They had their space, and we had ours, which made for a super comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, which was a huge plus for us since we have dietary restrictions—it made traveling so much easier. We were also welcomed with a lovely food basket, a bottle of wine, and a handwritten note from the owner—such a warm and personal touch! The host was quick to respond to any questions and even checked in when the smoke alarm was triggered while we were cooking. The location was great—everything we needed was within about 15 minutes. Plus, having access to the pool and gym on the premises was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend this place—we’d definitely stay here again!

One of our favourite Airbnb’s so far. Everything was as described and we really appreciated Lauren’s attention to detail. The complex is nicely and centrally located making it easy to get to the ocean, restaurants in Laguna and to Mission Viejo where we visited family. I was able to plan great bike rides starting directly at the apartment. Trails for some challenging hikes are just a few minutes away. The complex is very quiet, feels safe and convenient for dog walks. The place was nicely decorated, clean and very well equipped, being a testament to Lauren’s experience as a traveler. We will definitely come back here for future vacations in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Newport Coast Villas. We chose the hotel because we wanted to hunker down after having had surgery in the area. The one disappointment was that we expected there to be room service but this facility doesn’t have that. Other than that, we were quite pleased. The facility is beautiful and the two-bedroom villa was very well appointed and comfortable. The communication and check in were seamless.
