Great stay in Newport with lots of nearby restaurants and things to do! Steps from the ocean and Ted is a great host!

Cozy cottage was adorable and quaint and perfect for my husband and I. the beach access is perfect walking distance. The neighborhood is very quiet. Parking can be hard at times but Linda did her best to accommodate and support us. Definitely will stay again if ever in the area!! 5 stars all around!!

Carmen was a great host and friendly. The suite was nice and clean and even had snacks! I will recommend. Everything was local. Love how she communicate instructions and all.

Clean place. Didn’t realize it was attached to a larger house. Not clear in the description. Luckily it was still quite private so that was nice. Very clean. Felt right at home. I was a little unsettled when I found that people were coming into the gated private area while we were staying there. Someone came to get the trash cans and the landscaper was also in the private gated yard and also blocked us in the driveway. While I understand the needs of these services a heads up would have been nice. Just unexpected. Other than that it was great and very close to the Disneyland resort.

This is a great room if you are looking for a base location - close to the airport, not too far from Disney or UCI. You won't find a TV or pool, but you will find Wifi, a microwave, a mini-fridge, and a very comfortable bed. Along with a very gracious host!

This spot is prefect if you want to be downtown San Clementine just a couple of blocks from Del Mar street . Short walk to the pier and beach. We really enjoyed it.

Maria’s place was the best. Great host and the place had everything that I needed during my stay. Maria was very responsive and helpful.

2nd time staying here. Great place in an awesome location on the Island. Always good to have a private parking spot in an area which is sometimes difficult to park. Kitchen is well equipped and place is overall clean and very functional. Will continue to use it in the future when available.

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s cozy Airbnb. The place was new and very clean with nice outdoor activities. Unfortunately the kitchen did not have an oven where I had planned to make a family breakfast & a little too cozy for more than five people. Other than that a great place to stay.

This was our second stay here because the first visit was perfect! Needless to say didn’t disappoint the second time. PERFECT again!!!! Clean,quiet, private, spacious and beautifully decorated!!!! We will be back next year for sure! Thank you Diane!

This place was not only beautiful, it was cozy and so comfortable. Loved our stay, will definitely be booking again.

Denisse’s guest house was bigger than expected and very comfortable for our family (3 adults, 4 kids, and an infant). The rooms were huge with 2 queen beds and televisions. One of the rooms even had a small living area with a couch which was great for the kids to watch a movie before bed. The guest provided Disney plus, hulu and more. The area was very safe and clean, I can honestly say we were very comfortable with our nieces playing in the driveway which was gated. We accidentally left the gate open once after an exhausting day and the host was polite and understanding. No one approached the property even when we left the gate open accidentally which spoke greatly of the neighborhood. There were other airbnb guest in other units and they were also polite and respectful. I highly recommend this guest house and property yet I can’t say enough good things about it. Denisse was also very kind, supportive, and responsive at any time.

I am so glad to have stayed at this Airbnb. The hosts were kind, caring, catering, friendly, and welcoming. One of the many things that stood out of me was the absence of scents on the linens. As someone who struggles with scent triggered migraines, THANK YOU! Book this Airbnb. You won’t regret it. The neighborhood, the space, the patio, and the responsive hosts make it all worth. P.S. Thank for the “little” but meaningful details, hosts. Ex: snacks, teas, and extra toiletries. They honestly thought of everything lol. Keep up the amazing work.

Great place within walking distance to the beach ~25 min, also check out Ride Circuit while you’re there, very convenient and cheap compared to Uber for local travel between places

Staying at Kimberly's place was terrific. It had all the amenities that I needed. So many go-tos (shops, restaurants, and cafes) are within walking distance or less than a 5-minute drive. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly; even my daughter called Kimberly's place her "home." If you need a small getaway close to everything without all the hustle and bustle, this is the place to be! I would stay there again. :)

Detail detail detail!! As someone who prides myself in the details, if that is you, then stay here. I think everyone’s biggest worry in booking an Airbnb is checking in, parking, will it look like the pictures? etc. This property is everything as advertised and has everything you could need and more. I travel for work and with hotel prices in LA. This is going to be my new go to spot! Can’t wait to visit again. Big shoutout to Ida and her hospitality. Ps.. need to know what detergent she uses.. my clothes have never smelled better!

This is our 3rd time staying here and we love it! So close to 2nd street and the beach! Perfect spot for a weekend getaway!

Wonderful space and very easy to function in. Had the windows open the whole time and never used heat or A/C! Quick walk to the beach and to the cutest downtown! Perfect location. Very quiet and peaceful. We hated to leave!!

Perfect small space for the two of us that is in easy walking distance between 2nd Street restaurants and shops to the north and to the beautiful beaches to the south. Grace was very helpful and responsive.

Nice spot for our family, we had our privacy, easy to access and in a convenient location for us since we used to live near the area. The space was just what we needed and Greg was a fine host. Would recommend and stay again.
