We had a great stay in a prime location for our Spring Break trip with the family. Steps from the beach, restaurants, grocery and anything else we needed. The house is perfect for a small group/family with the nice 3BR layout inclusive of a bunk room. Definitely on the list for a return visit.

Cherie’s condo was perfect for our stay, and she was a wonderful host, responding to our questions quickly and offering suggestions for our stay. Her place is spotlessly clean and in a great area, close enough to take day trips to both San Diego and the LA area, with excellent proximity to gorgeous beaches and great restaurants. If we ever get back to the area, we would definitely stay in Cherie’s place again!

We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful place, very convenient walking distance to Dana point attractions. We would definitely come back again!

This place is conveniently located to local beach attractions and Brenda was very open to communicate. My friends were all cozy and comfortable with the rooms and amenities!

Edmund’s place is stunning! The views are incredible and he is a great host. Very responsive to any questions we had and extremely helpful!

The location was great - close to all the locations our family needed to get to. The space is clean and had everything we needed. I do wish there was one additional heater so that we could have one in each bedroom plus the living room (we had to keep bringing one up and down). The parking space is pretty tight but did fit our car, everyone had to just get out before getting the car in. Laura was super responsive!

Lisa was a great host and super responsive! We stayed at her listing during the most recent wildfires and she was extremely accommodating and flexible. Her house served as a nice escape!

Antonio was helpful and responsive, great host overall. The house was just what we needed and a really convenient location. We had one issue with the cleanliness but were notified they were trying out a new cleaner and Antonio made sure the issue was rectified quickly which we really appreciated.

This is a great location! It is about 10 minutes from Disneyland and and really close to the beach and all kinds of other local attractions! The layout of the building is unique and very modern but cozy! Three stories with each story having a bedroom and bathroom with the second floor also having a very large kitchen and nice living room! The location is also right across the street from a great grocery store and many restaurants too! Hosts are very friendly and helpful and I would suggest this stay to anyone looking for a medium size Air Bnb for a much better than average deal!

This place is spectacular! The view from living room, kitchen/dining room, bedroom and deck are fabulous. And, easy access down the stairs to a basically private beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and look forward to hopefully coming back soon!

Great communication with our host, home was basically our launch pad as we visited family and did sightseeing while in town. Close to beaches, Disney, Knotts, and all the So Cal places you’d want to visit. Clean and tidy. A little pricey but we stayed during the holidays so that was to be expected.

My family and I had a fantastic experience! We stayed for Christmas and were happy to see a tree decorated in the front; Ron physically came to check in on us and gave us a small gift that the kids were excited to open! I recommend staying here if you have children, golf, and sushi; we were within walking distance of two fantastic parks and golf courses. If we travel to Long Beach again, we will be booking again! Thanks, Ron!

Henri is a great with communication and also flexible. The unit was clean with big rooms and had everything you need. There is another unit on the second floor so be aware that you will hear noises of their daily life but nothing big. We fell at home and will come back.

Highly recommend this studio! The location doesn’t get any better - perfectly walkable and free parking in the attached garage. A lot of the reviews talks about the noise from the workers - this was not an issue for us. Jeremy even provided beach chairs and supplies. You can see the ocean from the balcony! If I am ever in the area, I will stay here again. Great value!

place was everything we needed. pool and hot tub were great after a long day. close (short drive) to LOTS of food and entertainment.

Peter’s Laguna retreat was easy to check in, very walkable, clean, peaceful, light and bright. We enjoyed the patio and peaceful mornings. We were able to walk to Main Beach and local shops and restaurants. The area was quiet and relaxing, but close to the downtown area. We recommend Peter’s Laguna Beach for your next getaway.

We stayed here for a few days and Kyle provided us everything that we needed! The location is perfect, with off street parking. The place is super clean, and we would definitely come back again!

This was our second time staying at Anna’s place, and once again, it did not disappoint! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Disneyland, which made it incredibly convenient for our family. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My kids especially love the bunk beds and Disneyland decor! It truly feels like a home away from home. Anna is fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and welcoming. We’re so happy to have found a place we can count on, and we’ll definitely be back again!

Absolutely beautiful and cozy home. Surrounded by lots of trees and located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Quick drive to Disneyland and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The home has everything you need and is extremely clean.

We stay in the Irvine/Tustin area regularly, often in units in apartment buildings. Having a pool and spa is not important to us, nor is spiffy brand new etc. But the spaciousness, ground-floor level, extremely well equipped kitchen, plentiful herbs, and miscellaneous staples in the cabinet made the place feel homey and infinitely more welcoming. We’ll be back, for sure!
