Great space close to downtown Durham. Very spacious and clean apartment which was easy to access. Would recommend to those needing a comfortable, clean place in Durham.

This apartment was cozy, convenient, easy to find, and smelled great. it was cleaned well and the bed was super comfortable. it was a nice play to stay with our dog and 4 months old, especially after a 12 hour drive. we were able to walk to dinner and park super close when we needed the car. couldn't have asked for a better place!

Tanya's place is gorgeous! You cannot beat this location - right around the corner from campus but in a sweet little forrest nook so you don't have to deal with college commotion. Tanya was extremely responsive and so friendly - even invited us to their tailgate!

I enjoyed my stay and I will be coming back. The host is so sweet and kind. The home is so lovely and spotless, the beds are comfortable and all. I appreciate the nights, see yall soon.

We can't decide which was better, the apartment or the hosts. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is meticulously cared for and is even better than it appears in the photos. We stayed for a month, so we had the pleasure of spending some time with Kurt and Carol. They are gracious hosts and very accomodating - the nicest folks you will find anywhere. If you have a chance to stay here, do not pass it up. Thanks again for your kindness and hospitality.

Enjoyed my stay at Sabrina’s place. Place looked exactly like the pictures and within walking distance for many restaurants within downtown Cary. The unit was not cleaned prior to my arrival, but Sabrina’s quick response as well as her readiness to solve the issue was better than anything I’ve experienced. I will book again if needed, because she’s an amazing host!

Stayed at Joshua’s place for a full week. Very comfortable and spacious for the two of us and two adult daughters. Had several meals in, able to cook easily with all the necessary equipment. Beds were great, comfortable with enough support. Lots of great restaurants and a Harris Teeter nearby. Super close to the Duke Campus too. This will be our #1 choice next time we’re in town.

Was honestly very nice and clean, i have OCD and wasn't having any triggers with dirty bathrooms or anything. It was a really nice place.

Very cute house! The driveway is longer and narrow. There are three parking spots shared by the nearby houses that also use the same driveway. So it’s a bit tricky parking due to the tight spacing. Overall great stay! Plenty of towels and very clean space.

Loved our stay! Will definitely stay again and have recommended to friends and family visiting Cary NC! Spent a lot of time in the sunroom watching wildlife and enjoying the waterview!

Perfect location to visit our daughter at Elon and bring our little dogs. The owner was very responsive as I had a question about the TV. The kitchen was great and the beds were comfortable

Beautiful home! We came to NC for racing school at Skip Barber. Having a long day at the track, coming back to the lake house was the best feeling. View is amazing on a sunny day! Thong was very accommodating and quick to respond! Will stay again!

Came out to the area for a funeral, Michael’s place was peaceful and relaxing. I felt right at home, kitchen had all the necessary kitchen supplies, nice big fenced in yard for your dog to run around. Very clean. The house is 100+ years old but with the remodeling that was done it feels like a brand new home. Michael was a great host, very responsive. The internet had issues on my last day and Michael knew right away and reached out to see if he wanted me for him to contact spectrum. Would highly recommend if you are looking for something in this area to check out his place. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in the area. Ryan

Molly’s place was fantastic! We stayed for a month and the host was always quick to respond. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a great park. The house was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were especially cozy! Our kids loved spending time on both the front porch and the deck. Would definitely stay again!

We had an overall 5 star stay here. The house and area itself is quiet and lovely. The hot tub and wood stove made the space very cozy. The views were amazing! Because there wasn’t much boat traffic or many neighbors around, it was very peaceful and quiet (there is probably more noise in the summer). Nearby uptown Roxboro is fun place to walk around visiting shops, bakeries and restaurants, even though it is small. And even though this is a rural area, it’s easy to get groceries. We also appreciated having soap and toilet paper and tons of board games provided. None of the house quirks bothered us, although in the summer months, being asked to limit laundry after lake activities might be more impactful on our enjoyment. We did have less responsiveness from the host than we are used to. None of our communication was a vital part of our comfort/overall enjoyment, but I do think it’s worth mentioning that since I’d be concerned if there had been a more serious issue to correct.

There are clear instructions for anyone not used to the uniqueness of an eco friendly tiny house. The loft is super cozy. We got a wonderful sleep. The bed linens were very soft - so soft I had to ask where they were from! The kitchen is set up thoughtfully. There’s even a French press for coffee lovers. There was a small mirror for anyone to use for make up AND facial wipes to get ready for bed with ease. A sweet yard cat is always a bonus! We were in town for a show at the beautiful Carolina Theatre. There were restaurants and bars close to that and it was all less than five minutes away. Tens across the board. We loved it.
