We stayed here during our kids track meet. It was wonderful!!! The house was clean, felt homie, and had everything we needed. It had beautiful surroundings, quite private pool and my kids really enjoyed fishing in the pond! Ryan was very friendly. He answered all our questions ahead of time and gave great suggestions during our stay. Checking in and out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to town!!

Ken's place was a perfect place to stay for my conference at UNC. Everything about it was comfortable, clean, and tranquil. Access to the Coppin Creek Trail was a tremendous bonus, and a beautiful walk to the UNC campus. I didn't walk up to the Caffe Driade until my last day there, but I mention it here because it's a fantastic cute little place to get your coffee on, (and maybe a glass of wine also but I don't mix haha). Communication with Ken was A+, and he was an all aorund exceptional host. I would stay there anytime I'm in Chapel Hill, and have no hesitation in giving it the ol' Ebert & Roeper two thumbs up.

The place was described appropriately, “cozy”. Felt right at home. Properly equipped kitchen as I made dinner and breakfast a couple of times. Very comfortable and quiet surroundings. The development was easy to find. Close to UNC (6 min drive from son’s apartment), grocery stores and restaurants. Very responsive to my question about the thermostat and its setting adjustment to deal with the unseasonable cold weather. I worked from the “office” space while there and it had great sight lines to the TV. Comfortable beds. For sure would stay again.

Ace was very responsive and helpful when we needed to book his place last minute. Would recommend to anyone!

This place was everything I could have hoped for in an Airbnb! Private-feeling lot with a 5-minute drive to civilization. Plenty of parking, well-stocked house and kitchen, and a hot tub!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, and appliances worked well. Roberto was very responsive when we reached out to him for assistance. One thing to be aware of is that the pipes bang sometimes when water (especially hot water) is run. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay. We'd stay again if the opportunity came up.

Good linens and bedding. Kitchen very clean and house had no clutter. For a short stay for UNC game weekend, it worked very well.

Our family stayed here to visit our niece and go to the UNC football game. The house was perfect. It had plenty of space for us to gather. The neighborhood was quiet but just a short drive to campus.

Kara’s Chapel Hill home was amazing! It was so cozy, we all loved the 1970s vibe. Felt right at home. Also, the location was perfect and the overall property was beautiful. Kara was very easy to work with and we would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The house was so comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. It was sparkling clean and everything seemed brand new. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was especially nice. The back porch was lovely and the play structure was fantastic for our daughter. The natural surroundings were beautiful and serene. Communication from the host was always very quick and helpful. We would highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed staying at Agustin and Maria’s guest house during our vacation. The space is lovely - very clean, with lots of natural light. The kitchen had everything we needed to make occasional meals as well as morning coffee. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable to so many great restaurants, and we loved seeing the deer and birds in the nearby woods.

We had a wonderful stay. We felt safe and comfortable and definitely would love to come back in the spring. The location is superb for walking and birdwatching!!!

I needed a place for a few weeks for work. Roy's home was perfect. Close to my job site and a great rural setting. Roy was very responsive and helpful.

We were there for two months while my husband had treatment at Duke. The place was very clean and as pictured. Our son came and stayed with us for the last three weeks. The house was a perfect size and layout for allowing my husband his own space when needed. It was an easy 10 minute drive to the Duke Medical complex. Communication with Nethania was outstanding. She was very responsive to our questions as we were getting settled in and to any other questions we had later. When my son wanted to grill, Brett assembled a grill for us to use on the back patio. The house was impressively stocked with all the little things you need when you stay multiple months. The neighborhood was very quiet and an easy drive to anywhere we needed to get to in Durham. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Thanks Nethania!

I spent an absolutely magical weekend at this house / tiny house with a few friends and it was exactly what we needed. Justin went way above and beyond to coordinate with our group and accommodate all of our questions and needs. The house is really special and full of personal touches, books, instruments, plants, and natural light. The sauna is amazing! Highly recommend this place. Recommend hiking Occoneechee Mtn and getting ice cream at Maple View Dairy 🥰

I make the reservation for when my parents came to visit us, we were impressed on how tidy it was and how it had absolutely everything you would need! Definitely will be rebooking for when they come again!

Maya, is a very responsive host and was eager to help. Appreciated the friendliness and prompt replies. Nice quiet home for business (or in our case online classes). Very close to the Duke & VA surgery centers. Perfect if that’s where you are visiting. I will definitely be staying here if I have follow up care. Highly recommend

Fantastic vacation at the house. It was perfectly clean and well organized-everything you need for a vacation home. The yard and porches were great to immerse yourself in nature-amazing sounds and wildlife everywhere. CK the cat stays on the property and if treated with love and lots of respect is a sweetheart of a cat. Mary is super fast at responding to questions or concerns. Highly recommend this Airbnb property.

Loved our stay in this comfortable and cozy home! It was absolutely squeaky clean. Very comfortable bed with nice linens, good quality towels in the bathrooms, everything you need in the kitchen, a nice sized & useful work area/room (appreciated the large monitor!) The two luggage racks were a nice touch too. This was a good home base for attending shows at Haw River Ballroom & exploring the area. It’s also a short drive to Chapel Hill. Janey was easy to communicate with, and we appreciated the local recommendations. Also appreciated that more than 1 roll of toilet paper was supplied in the bathrooms, and that there was no long list of checkout chores. This home is well cared for and thoughtfully decorated & stocked (checkout the bookshelf in the downstairs bedroom!) We’d happily stay here again.
