We thought it was a good place to stay. There was a great pool and it had 2 br and 2 bath with big nice beds. It is clearly a place the host lives but not much was there so no big deal. He was a bit slow to respond but everything worked out in the end and he got us what we needed. Very easy check in and check out.

Eddie was friendly and responsive. There was an issue with the clothes iron, which he addressed almost immediately. A pleasure to communicate with, and I love the neighborhood. Convenient, comfortable, and a good place. Thank you, Eddie!

This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

Quiet neighborhood and quiet family above. Little footsteps in the morning didn’t bother us as we knew there were children above. Nice to have the fridge, dishes, utensils and keurig for the morning. Bed was comfy, shower great… had everything we needed. Mike let us know there was a power outage and when to expect it restored, which was appreciated. We also enjoyed the porch swing under the deck overlooking the creek in back. Would highly recommend for two people looking for a quiet spot.

Nice, clean place at a reasonable price. I was concerned about making my daughter sleep on a couch, but they’re massive and she seemed comfortable. There was some noise from the hosts and their dog upstairs, but not enough to be an issue. Loved the Nespresso and the luxurious bathroom. Overall a great stay.

We spent the weekend and had a wonderful and relaxing time! The cottage was just as described in pictures and everything was super clean and pristine. Bed was super comfortable and bedding felt soft and cozy. Bathroom was well stocked with plenty of soft absorbent towels and toiletries. Jeanne left us some sweets and drinks in the fridge which we greatly appreciated and Coffee station was filled with many supplies. We loved the location and it was very convenient to everywhere in and around Chapel Hill. Be mindful of step downs on pathway to entrance and I would recommend familiarizing yourself with location during daylight so you have a sense of location. We would definitely return to this space if we find ourselves in Chapel Hill again. Thank you Jeanne for your beautiful space and all your great recommendations for eating and exploring the area.

This is the perfect location if you plan to attend anything at UNC. We walked to Franklin Street and Kenan Stadium easily. Everything was just as described and pictured. Mimi was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Ken's place was a perfect place to stay for my conference at UNC. Everything about it was comfortable, clean, and tranquil. Access to the Coppin Creek Trail was a tremendous bonus, and a beautiful walk to the UNC campus. I didn't walk up to the Caffe Driade until my last day there, but I mention it here because it's a fantastic cute little place to get your coffee on, (and maybe a glass of wine also but I don't mix haha). Communication with Ken was A+, and he was an all aorund exceptional host. I would stay there anytime I'm in Chapel Hill, and have no hesitation in giving it the ol' Ebert & Roeper two thumbs up.

We really enjoyed our weekend! Listing looks just like the photos. Property was picturesque and exactly as described. Check in and check out were a breeze. There were even fresh flowers in the kitchen, what a nice extra touch. We stayed here while traveling between jobs. It was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to veg out and watch movies on the huge sectional. Our dog enjoyed walking around the expansive yard. The towels were nice quality, they and all the linens smelled fresh and clean, even the throw blankets on the sofa. Couldn’t have had a better stay. We really enjoyed the property. Would stay here again!

Kara’s Chapel Hill home was amazing! It was so cozy, we all loved the 1970s vibe. Felt right at home. Also, the location was perfect and the overall property was beautiful. Kara was very easy to work with and we would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The house was so comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. It was sparkling clean and everything seemed brand new. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was especially nice. The back porch was lovely and the play structure was fantastic for our daughter. The natural surroundings were beautiful and serene. Communication from the host was always very quick and helpful. We would highly recommend this place!

Cathy’s house was perfect for our recent family trip! The house itself was as described - very clean and open, well stocked kitchen with basic supplies, and easy to access. Location was very convenient to many restaurants and activities. Cathy was also very communicative before and during our trip, making it an all around success!

We enjoyed our stay in Durham in this clean and spacious home. It was in a great location near all the universities we were touring. Well lit at night and AC and heat were quiet and comfortable.

I make the reservation for when my parents came to visit us, we were impressed on how tidy it was and how it had absolutely everything you would need! Definitely will be rebooking for when they come again!

We had an amazing stay at Lois's place. The house was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a stunning lake view from the balcony. It’s perfect for relaxation. Quiet and safe surrounding area, conveniently located. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living room was comfortably arranged. Lois is a fantastic host, warm, friendly, and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommended!

This place was perfect! So nice that each bedroom came with full bath. Everything was spotless! Andrea was communicative. Great place to stay especially if visiting UNC. The Bolin Trail was such a treat and waking up to the sound of the birds was just lovely. Will definitely stay there again.

This place was clean , quiet, and close to downtown shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking at the complex and it’s easy to get to downtown by walking. I would highly recommend this stay.

Awesome stay in a very spacious apartment. Plenty of room, and comfortable furniture. It was nice to have coffee on the deck in the morning, and I found the bed to be very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

The massage chair was an incredible surprise. I sat in it for hours! The gym was really well equipped and although it was too cool to use the pool, it would be fantastic in the warm weather. It was very cozy and tastefully decorated.

Britany's place is a Tarheel dream. Close and walkable to campus and to the local bars and restaurants on Franklin St. We will definitely stay here again.
