Enjoyed my spring break getaway. Truly felt as such. Was able to accommodate my three guests, along with myself, and it felt like home. Quinney was rapid in her responses and was very attentive! I loved the keyless entry, took a bit of adjusting. Also REALLY LOVED THE AREA, it is EXTREMELY QUIET. I could hear a pen drop! Worth the sat6, worth the money especially for a budget friendly getaway experience!

Such a great stay at Paul’s place! He was extremely responsive and considerate as a host. You can easily be anywhere in Chapel Hill in 15 minutes or less, and surrounding areas (Pittsboro and Hillsborough) were nearby as well. Great location, and lots of walking trails in the neighborhood. I was there for a conference so I could easily stock up on snacks at the local Harris Teeter, which was a 5-minute drive (hope the extra unopened snacks left behind was ok!). I felt super safe at the location, and the Airbnb was exactly as pictured. Great experience all around—thanks, Paul!

Tanya's place is gorgeous! You cannot beat this location - right around the corner from campus but in a sweet little forrest nook so you don't have to deal with college commotion. Tanya was extremely responsive and so friendly - even invited us to their tailgate!

Cheryle is a great host and her basement apartment is very cozy. It's a great place to stay for anyone visiting UNC. She is right next to campus and everything is very walkable, including all of the shops and restaurants on Franklin st.

I spent about 8 weeks at this place and was very satisfied with its location, peaceful neighborhood, size and facilities. The unit is spacious and has everything needed for daily life. It's also very convenient to grocery stores, easy access to highways and a very enjoyable drive through the forest to Duke University. Kathryn is warm-hearted, very friendly and willing to help whenever needed. Highly recommended.

We spent the weekend and had a wonderful and relaxing time! The cottage was just as described in pictures and everything was super clean and pristine. Bed was super comfortable and bedding felt soft and cozy. Bathroom was well stocked with plenty of soft absorbent towels and toiletries. Jeanne left us some sweets and drinks in the fridge which we greatly appreciated and Coffee station was filled with many supplies. We loved the location and it was very convenient to everywhere in and around Chapel Hill. Be mindful of step downs on pathway to entrance and I would recommend familiarizing yourself with location during daylight so you have a sense of location. We would definitely return to this space if we find ourselves in Chapel Hill again. Thank you Jeanne for your beautiful space and all your great recommendations for eating and exploring the area.

This is the perfect location if you plan to attend anything at UNC. We walked to Franklin Street and Kenan Stadium easily. Everything was just as described and pictured. Mimi was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

We’ve stayed in quite a few AirBnbs and even manage one ourselves and can safely say this is one of the best AirBnBs in the area. Great spot for our visit to see our daughter in Chapel Hill and will definitely look to stay here again in the future. Comfortable spaces and well stocked with anything we could need, plus an easy walk into the center of Carrboro. Chelston went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

We had the best time!! If you’re on the fence, book with Desiree! We came into town to take our 3 and 6 year old boys to their first UNC game. It was an easy drive to campus with so many shops and stores on the way. The backyard with a playground was perfect for letting the boys run around and burn off energy while we prepared meals. Desiree was so kind and offered up local suggestions. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay in this tranquil setting. We saw deer and loved accessing the Bolin Creek Greenway. Very convenient to shops and restaurants and Kenan Flagler, which my son came to visit. We also went to a basketball game and the Heels won in a nail biter!

My wife and I stayed here while visiting relatives in North Carolina. We thought the space was larger than the photos showed. The bedrooms are about what you would expect for an older house, but the master bedroom is roomy with a walk-in closet and a master bath. The very ample living space is especially found in the dining/kitchen/living room areas. This house would comfortably hold 6 persons. Although the house is located on a busy street, we were not bothered by road noise when sleeping. To be fair, we did not sleep in either of the two bedrooms located in the front of the house. The master bedroom is in the rear. The host is self-described as "easy going," and I would affirm that. Often, we've found a list of do's and don'ts in other Airbnb rentals. Not so with this one. Just a nice, clean, straightforward rental where the owner abides by the Golden Rule and hopes others do the same. We will try to stay here during our future trips to Durham. Thanks, Anna!

Hope’s home was a lovely place to stay while we were in town for a wedding! Would stay again!

Such a quaint and cozy respite! Everything was clean and orderly and easy. So thankful for the “starter coffee” as I did not have time to get to the grocery store the night I got there! Susan was responsive when I had questions & flexible when I needed an extra hour to check out. I would recommend staying here and will most certainly be back!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay very much. We saw a show at DPAC, which was very close by, and then after check in were able to walk to local restaurants and bars. Antonio's place was spacious and in a great location- perfect for our needs.

The condo was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated.

This was our second time staying in this community. As before, it was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The space is well laid out, with comfortable furnishings. It was wonderful. We would definitely return.

Marcia's place matched the photos perfectly and was very clean. It's in a great location that's walkable to downtown Durham. The unit itself is in a quiet part of the complex and includes a clicker so you can drive into the gated part of the parking lot. On our second to last day, a nearby car accident took out the power, and Marcia was proactive in letting us know when the power was estimated to come back on. One note to consider: the shower head is handheld and so in theory would work for anyone, but in the mount, it's only high enough for someone about 5'7" to use it hands free. Overall, we really enjoyed Marcia's place. We would stay there again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone considering it.

This apartment is perfect for a couple, and the location is ideal for accessing Duke University. Lots of natural light in the apartment adds to the appeal. Very modern but still comfortable. A gem!
