This was my 4th time staying with Kim, when ever we are in the area, I always look to book her locations they are always perfect for our needs and amazing locations. She puts little touches in place to ensure you are welcome. Down to coffee and morning biscotti thank you and look forward to booking again Kim!

Tom's place was great for a weekend getaway, I enjoyed the location, we were less than 10 minutes away from Beacon. The apartment was right across the street from a gas station and convenience store just in case we needed anything quickly. The tavern below the apartment had a great menu. I was able to get a delicious birthday cake for my partners birthday. The apartment was exactly as explained - Would stay again!

My girlfriend and I came here for dinner for the first time unaware to us about rooms upstairs she says I bet there are rooms here, I first met Tom he immediately made me feel welcome and got us our key. The restaurant and service far exceeded our expectations, while having dinner, we realized the would be our hidden gem in Newburgh with amazing food, outstanding service, the most helpful and accommodating hosts. We intended to stay for two nights, but ended up extending our stay for seven days. Thomas and Denise are beyond hospitable, want to make the most of your experience, and are just truly great people. We had the luck of being able to stay in two different rooms in the tavern room number four, which I immediately fell in love with, it is quaint, old-fashioned. It made me feel at home. Room number two had an amazing bathtub. We will be back and we cannot say enough good things!! Go here!

Thomas was so easy to communicate with and super helpful and friendly! We loved the space and felt so cozy and relaxed. The tavern downstairs was great and would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at the lake house, and everything was just as wonderful as the first time. Joe and Izzy were the perfect hosts, always there to help and provide any information needed. The house and property continue to be drop-dead gorgeous, but it remains an extremely comfortable and livable home to stay in. This is by far the best Airbnb or VRBO that we have ever stayed at, and we would highly recommend it without hesitation. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Many thanks to Joe and Izzy for creating such a special place.

A city dog's dream! Our two dogs had a great time running around within the large, fenced yard. The yard has several different areas for them to explore, from a lightly wooded area to bushes to an open field. It's quiet and peaceful, with birds in the yard and deer nearby. The kitchen is spacious and makes it easy to cook, and the pantry is well-stocked. The electric water kettle is very convenient. The living room sofa and TV are great, as is the soundbar. The Peloton bike is a nice bonus, and has pedals for both normal and clip-in shoes. A few things we encountered if you stay here: During the winter, it took a while for this large home to heat up, so we kept our winter jackets on for the first day. The stairs up to the second floor weren't the easiest for our dogs; there's also no door separating the master bathroom from the bedroom.

We had a great stay with no issues. Beds were comfortable. The kids loved the play room that was stocked with toys. It was so nice not to have to pack a ton of toys to keep them busy. Stacy and Jason even put baby gates at the stairs for us before we arrived. Sound machines in the bedrooms and a high chair. Very family friendly and good for traveling with little ones.

Krystyn was very responsive with any questions that we had. The place is beautiful and very peaceful. We didn't need to text Krystyn once during our stay there because anything we needed was provided. Our family had an amazing and very relaxing weekend. We would definitely come back here again.

Tom was an amazing host. It felt like we were in a sanctuary outside the city but close enough to lots to do. A very comfortable and fun weekend! Highly recommend this home for a getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was centrally located to everything that we wanted to do. The house was extremely clean with plenty of towels, soaps, and extra paper towels/toilet paper. The beds were extremely comfortable! There was plenty of space for the kids to play, great for families! We would recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

Fanny is an amazing host and very responsive. The house was in a very peaceful and relaxing neighborhood; that is as described! The design of the house (the living room and bedrooms) elevates the view from the inside. The kitchen felt like home as it has everything one would need to cook! There’s also plenty of board games to enjoy with others. The beds are very comfortable. The best part is the porch as it looks at the greenwood lake and is so beautiful when spending sometime outside! Would definitely revisit this place as it is very clean and spacious! This was the second Red Cottage property I visited with a large group, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The home was beautifully maintained, well-stocked, and perfectly suited for a group getaway. Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in was easy. We appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Looking forward to booking another Red Cottage stay in the future!
