We had a wonderful weekend stay at David and Beth's home. We had a friendly greeting upon arrival (as well as delicious homemade cookies and maple candies!) David and Beth's home is attached to the apartment but it was quiet and they were unobtrusive. The Tunbridge area is beautiful - quintessential VT! The property is tucked away a bit (SO Vermont!) but our all wheel drive car handled a little bit of late February mud and rolling hills without a problem. We prefer to eat in and brought some food to prepare in the well-equipped kitchen (however we did go to a great burger bar for lunch in Royalton about 20 mins away). The apartment was warm, cozy and comfortable - a perfect meeting place for us and our two adult children - just what we were looking for! Thank you David and Beth - we may see you again next year!

This was our 2nd time staying here and it was perfect! Perfectly located for a ski weekend with plenty of space to spread out and relax afterwards.

What a wonderful stay we had. The place was exactly as advertised. Cozy, peaceful and had everything we needed for our short stay. Anne was an amazing host. We even got a pleasant morning walk with Anne and her pup Ellie and got to learn so much of the history of the property and surrounding area. A must do stop is the Silloway Maple sugar house just down the street.

Good price in a challenging area. Away from city and traffic in a beautiful setting.

very comfortable. clean. quiet. just what we needed for a quick trip up to VT. beautiful starlit sky. we didn't have time to explore the area because we were heading out for the eclipse viewing and last ski day of the season! skiing on April 8th! thank you Bob.

This was a great location in town, beautifully done apartment, and very peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property.

This finished basement apartment was perfect for a weekend stay while visiting family in Barre. It was comfortable and chic, thoughtfully curated. Keep in mind it is the basement of the host family's full time home, so you will hear their movement above (which didn't bother me) and there are no windows that allow natural light in so nice, dark sleeping conditions but maybe a little difficult to get going in the morning! I bumped into the host, Courtney, and she was super friendly and very approachable.

Such a charming place! Stayed here due to proximity to ski resorts in the area. The airbnb was lovely, spacious, bright and warm! Woke up to fresh snow and great conditions. Highly recommend.

Our time at Bow House was amazingly peaceful and serene! The house is so cozy and private. Every attention to detail was supported by this host, we will absolutely be coming back. The house is fully equipped with a perfect balance of location, privacy, board games, books, movies, jacuzzi, kitchen, etc. The main area has no TV which is perfect, the view is great and the fenced in yard was loved by our fur babies. The house is clean, the jacuzzi was clean, the amenities are beyond adequate; I can't say enough good things..... This was the perfect location and time of year to completely relax and unwind from life. Being a diamond member at Hilton for years has nothing compared to this experience, actually, it's our first experience at any Air B/B. I almost don't want to tell anyone about it, in fear that it would be spoiled. However, it was so great, I can't help not sharing our experience. Thank you, Jennifer, for sharing your home with us for a few days, we truly appreciate you! :)

We had a great stay at John’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. John was a great host—responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The four of us had a pleasant and relaxing stay, and we’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to others. Would happily stay again!

The best stay around! Barre is a great little walkable town with shops and restaurants to explore. It’s only a short drive to local ski / snowboarding mountains as well as some hiking. The house was clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed that made it feel like we were cooking right at home, which we loved. Karen and Courtney were responsive and very helpful!

We were a group of 7 adults and a baby in the area for our annual ski week. We had a great time! The kitchen, dining room, and living room were large enough to accommodate all of us (and more!). Everything was as described. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. The bathrooms had tons of towels and having body wash, shampoo, and conditioner available was great. We ate at the Thai place he recommended and it was the best meal of the trip! We will definitely be back if we return to Randolph.

The three of us really enjoyed staying at Dan’s clean and beautifully decorated country home. The pellet stove was a highlight that we had never seen one before, so it was fascinating to experience. Dan provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out seamless, and he was thoughtful enough to offer tips in case we lost cellular service. Whenever we had questions, he responded promptly. I should also mention that the location made it easy to get to Killington Ski Resort:) We would love to stay at Dan’s place again! Thank you!!

From the moment we got to the end of the lane and the property opened up in front of us, we knew we’d be happy. A very memorable stay - spacious and comfortable inside, and truly gorgeous scenery outside which we enjoyed watching from the balcony. We even saw the Northern Lights! Highly recommend this fantastic accommodation, and the owner was very helpful and communicative.

We loved the house and its beautiful grounds. The property was super clean and fully equipped with everything you might need, including detailed recommendations for local activities. Although we had planned to explore nearby towns, we ended up spending most of our time at the property. Our kids had a blast sledding down the hill, hiking through the snowy woods, and even playing with Legos in the cozy living room. The host Erich was fantastic, provided precise indications on how to reach the property and reached out to ask if everything was fine. Super recommended.
