Great stay! We booked this place for three nights because we were in town for a festival. The home has beautiful decor and lots of little touches that made me feel so welcomed. The location was only about a five-minute drive to the festival, which was perfect. Additionally, there is a very good security system in place, and I felt safe. I would definitely rent again next year if available.

I visited the location for a Veterans Retreat sponsored by Black Veterans Village. Six of us stayed at the house. Accommodation received a rating of "Very Comfortable." While there were a few hiccups during the beginning of our visit, we were satified with the measures taken by the owners to address concerns. Their attentiveness and willingness was impressive. Despite the issues, the group and I left feeling satisfied and would definitely visit again. I am looking forward to our next retreat. Magdaline

The house was very nice, lots to do there with board games and water amenities! Would obviously say it’s better in the summer due to only warmer weather! House was spotless and very inviting.

Loved the location. Close to many public landings for fishing and boating. We’ll be back

I had the most peaceful weekend at Lauren's lovely lake home. The views from the front of the home were so pretty overlooking the lake. I arrived and easily accessed the home and it was well maintained and clean. The bed is comfortable and the linens appeared to be brand new. Any questions I had Lauren was very quick and responsive. She had several recommendations for the local restaurants and things to do around the area. It was minutes from Cuddo NWR and John C Landing. Both areas were beautiful scenery with lots of nature and wildlife around. There was plenty of room for parking the boat and trailer which is generally pretty hard to come by. AND best of all!!! the screened in back porch is the absolute best place to hang out and wind down for the evening with a cocktail and a huge flat screen TV. Thanks so much for allowing me to stay in your beautiful home. I hope to be able to come back soon.

We were very pleased with the home. Plenty of room, easy check in and convenient location. Host was super kind and responsive. Home was very clean. Nice big yard and friendly neighbors. Living room with large tv was extremely comfortable. Primary bedroom with attached bathroom was perfect for our needs. Large fully stocked kitchen with dining room. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was very good. Lots of room for my family. The lake location was very peaceful. Michael was very responsive as a host and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe.

Spent almost a week here during New Year’s and couldn’t believe how much there was to do without even leaving the property— kayaks, paddle boards, a row boat, a fire pit, a grill, a pool, board games etc, the list goes on and on. Caroline was incredibly communicative throughout the entire week and we couldn’t not have appreciated there hospitality more. Thank you!

The location is amazing. The view is worth every penny. The corner unit is private and we basically lived on the porch! We look forward to staying again in the future!

The place was amazing a beautiful view of the lake and so peaceful fishing was perfect well go back there soon the only thing that we could change was the weather is not very good but we have a good time

Wonderful condo with amazing views. Ground floor and only 3 or 4 feet from the closest parking spot made it very easy to unload/unpack when we arrived and just as easy to load back up when it was time to leave! great spot.

Great little place for us to stay to get away from the city life. Place matches description and pictures.

I have had the pleasure of meeting her on several occasions. She is awesome inside and out. Bridget is her assistant and the two of them make you feel like family. I have stayed at three of her locations. I would never stay anywhere else in Orangeburg.

This was our second time staying at this unit and we had a great time. We stayed last summer and we will be coming back every summer for some family fun time! Other than the WiFi not working we had such a great time. It’s a cute and cozy little place. Don’t really need the WiFi anyway! ;)

The place was clean and comfortable. Although the unit itself got quite cold at night, the space heaters kept the bedroom cozy. The bed itself was very comfortable!

this is the perfect little hideaway to enjoy the lake and escape the great big world. absolutely loved it! we will be back again

Cotton was the most friendly Airbnb host I’ve experienced, such a helpful person. I definitely plan on staying again the next time I’m going to Santee again.
