The Lake Samish home was absolutely beautiful and we truly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen/living/dining area was expansive, well-stocked and cozy. The downstairs bunk room/kids area was the best we've seen. Our kids had so much fun and we couldn't believe how many activities there were for them to do. The upstairs master is breathtaking. Carlee and Mark were very responsive and accommodating. They forewarned us that their new couch delivery was delayed, but provided us a cozy living area, regardless and stocked the wine rack for us as a kind gesture for the missing couch. We would love to stay here again and will probably book for the summer next time!

We had a wonderful time at Wendy’s place. My family had a blast sitting on the porch looking out at the pond. My son and husband went fishing in the pond multiple times a day. We appreciated the amenities such as shampoo and body wash provided, coffee pods, spices and lots of towels. It was nice to soak in the hot tub at the end of the day. We utilized the bbq a few times and worked great. I would suggest bringing some paper plates to heat food in the microwave, since there wasn’t many bowls or plates that were microwaveable safe. The home was perfect for our multi generational family spring break trip.

Five stars all around! The Kissingfish Cottage had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We visited with out-of-town family who had never been to the San Juan Islands, and they were absolutely awe-struck—not only by the beauty of the island but also by the charm and comfort of the cottage itself. Every detail was perfect, from the cozy bedrooms to the well-equipped kitchen, the inviting living room, and the serene front and back porches. Thank you for making this lovely home available—it was the perfect setting for our getaway!

The house is absolutely beautiful and well stocked! Absolutely recommend this location for anyone with larger groups looking for an oasis of peace and beauty for their trips to Victoria!

Merlyn was fantastic. Absolutely no problems from start to finish. The home is exactly as described, no surprises at all. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfy, hot tube was perfect, and BBQ on the deck was awesome! The home is clean and very peaceful. Merlyn was very responsive and we had no issues to report. I highly recommend this location.

Such a cozy cabin vibe - all throughout the house! Little touches like throw blankets and hammocks make it feel like a retreat! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay, felt very comfortable. The surroundings are so beautiful. House is sitting right next to the water. The only thing you might want to plan for, is that there is not any shopping or restaurant close by. There was a small convenience store that has limited items, and prices are double what you’d normally pay. So just make sure you do your shopping in Burlington or Bellingham.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jan’s place. Deer grazed daily in the front yard and the walk to cascade lake was wonderful and close. The house was so comfy and had everything we needed. It was such a treat to be on beautiful Orcas island and Jan helped so much with recommendations for restaurants, hikes, etc…. Our dog Mabel had the best time and is already wanting to return! This place is a true gem!!

Some Airbnb’s are magic. Michelle’s house has a wonderful serene spirit. There were deer grazing in the neighborhood one morning. We could see down to the nearby lake. At the same time the grocery store and other shops were conveniently nearby. The house has character— and the kitchen knives were sharp. Towels and beds were very comfortable. Even the shower was special. We definitely recommend this place and its host.

Great location on the lake. Enjoyed using the kayaks. The suite was spacious and clean. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Jessa & Kevin's place. It's very comfortable and well setup. It's very close to Whatcom Falls (and Lafeens donuts) and a very peaceful setting. We appreciated the goodie basket. The hosts were very responsive, we would return!

This was an amazing place to stay! The view was incredible and our little one had so much fun being out on the water and fishing. Constance always responded promptly, had recommendations for us to explore or places to eat at. Bonus, the amenities listed no TV, but was pleasantly surprised to find a TV when we checked in. This is such a special place on the lake. Wonderful, serene setting that made for a truly special summer weekend by the water. The house is a comfortable, private place with a spacious kitchen. We loved eating our meals out on the deck watching the water and soaking in the sun. Amazing hiking is nearby at Agate Bay Preserve Larabee State Park.

Sweet place for our family of four! Our kids loved spending time on the beach and all of the games. Had everything we needed. A bit close to the road, but it is quiet most of the time. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Sarita’s place is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway from Seattle! 8 of us stayed in the place and it did not feel crammed at all! The kitchen is very well stocked, tons of towels and extra blankets and the deck is great! Highly highly recommend

Our family of 4 had a great stay on Kennedy Lagoon. We enjoyed the feeling of being tucked away in the woods but close to coupeville for a little shopping and food. The small details throughout the house were fun for our girls to explore. Being perched above the lagoon was nice and we loved sitting in the back deck with the small fire pit. However, the dock on the lagoon seemed a bit unusable, that could have just been our worries as a parent. All in all we had a great time playing with all the games and the location was perfect for a relaxing few days.

This Eastsound home on Cascade Bay, adjacent to Rosario Resort, is a perfect San Juan Island getaway. Despite the resort's proximity, it's extremely quiet and private. The view of the bay and marina from the deck is wonderful, offering a picturesque backdrop. The home is comfortable, spacious yet cozy, and well-appointed with thoughtful details. The bathrooms are stocked with soaps and lotions, and the kitchen is fully equipped with herbs, spices, and cooking oils. High-quality linens, including towels, sheets, and comforters, add a touch of luxury. The location is ideal for walks and hikes, with Moran State Park nearby. We enjoyed hiking around the beautiful Cascade Lake. A minor downside was the 4 pm check-in and the lack of response to our request for an earlier check-in. However, the 10 am checkout was convenient for our ferry schedule. Travel Tip: Plan your trip to Orcas Island in advance. Secure ferry reservations through the Washington State Dept of Transportation website

This was a lovely location. Quiet and peaceful other than airplane drills which was expected. I had not realized that it was a three story place and one guest has bad knees so that was a negative for us. The ground floor has a bedroom (with sliding glass door), bathroom and living area, the second floor has the kitchen, bathroom, living area (with piano) and main entry, the loft has another sleeping area. The kitchen was mostly well appointed. The driveway is a little challenging to see at first but once we knew where it was it was fine.

The pond and landscaping was great! Real close to town, I enjoyed it a lot.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It was well stocked and the view was beautiful! We brought our own paddle boards and had lots of fun in the lake. Because it wasn’t very warm we pretty much had the dock and lake to ourselves. As some people mentioned the busy road is a bit loud at night. We would definitely stay here again!
