Everything was exactly as described. Wonderful little place. The available off street parking was a huge bonus. Ty & Grace were great hosts & we were surprised with snacks when we arrived. Glad we found their place!!

The downtown location was perfect for our plans. The owners were very accommodating and were great communicators I would recommend this place to others who are looking for a place to stay downtown Port Clinton where you can walk to restaurants, bars and the jet express - thanks for a great stay!

Stood here for a month due to work. I'm from California, and I'm used to the noisy city. Staying here I realized how quiet it can be at night. I've never stayed at a most peaceful quiet place. It was the best decision ever.

Very nice spot. Everything was clean and looked liked the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook. The area is beautiful and friendly. In walking distance to restaurants etc. The deck is a beautiful. It was to cold for me to utilize it. But definitely a spot to sit back and read a nice book. It was a great stay.

This beach studio is exceptionally nice! (& we've airbnb'd along Lake Erie before.) Although it has lots to offer, if I had to choose the best part it would be the views. (and that was really the purpose of this March trip) The large windows offer a panoramic expanse of Lake Erie & the extending pier. (It’s definitely worth getting up early to see the sunrise.) Seeing that view, we just had to get out & walk to the end of the pier, to watch the waves & the sea birds & enjoy the lake breeze. At the same time, the comfortable & convenient (& open) arrangement of the space kept us more than happy to spend hours inside. We fixed meals easily in the kitchen, then enjoyed them at the dining table with those beautiful lake views. The cute holiday themed decorations and thoughtful additions like cupcakes, snacks & coffee only added to the cheerful interior. The place is very well decorated and comfortable with all of the little touches that make life easier. Need some coffee? There is a Keurig with coffee pods, creamer, and sugar. Want a Ziploc bag? There is a drawer with multiple size bags to choose from. The bed was also very comfortable. The area was quiet but only a short drive to BGSU which we were visiting. Matthew was a responsive host and kindly let us come back late in the day to retrieve a forgotten pillow. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property on the marina! Perfect location for the Burning Snowman Festival! Very tentative and friendly owners. Highly recommend!

The house was neatly put together. Rooms offered choices for bed preference, one bed was more firm while the other was soft. Pillows super comfy. Large couch to encourage socialization and lounging in comfort. Outlets in convenient locations near beds. Truly felt like being home for a few days. John went above and beyond when he realized we had left something behind. He reached out to me and worked with me to be able to get it back.

This is our second home when we visit our son at school!! Perfect location and we know what we are getting!! This has been an amazing place for our family to stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. A family emergency led to us booking this place last minute, and it wound up being perfect — cozy and very quiet. It has a very well-appointed kitchen that we used to cook several dinners. Downtown is close enough to walk to. We’d definitely stay again.

We stayed for 10 days over the 2024 Holidays, where we visited our daughter on a farm near Blissfield, MI and I worked remotely from Amy's place. The house was a high quality stone cottage built in what I'd guess were the 1920s or 30s, reminiscent of the home in which Kay grew up in Mt. Morris, Michigan in the 1950s. Prints of Amy's watercolors throughout the home were beautiful and unique. We especially enjoyed the stone fireplace in the family room and the glassed-in sun porch. The location was on a quiet residential street but with great access to major streets with lots of restaurants, services, and all kinds of shopping within a few blocks. Amy responded quickly when we texted her, and proved to be very accommodating to our requests. We will definitely try to book again when we visit our daughter in the future.

Jessica was the best host i’ve ever had. She was extremely helpful with our trip to Cedar Point, she gave us good recommendations on things to do and she responded very quickly. She let us have a later checkout date when we were leaving which was very convenient! The house was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The next time I come back to Cedar Point I will be staying here again!

The definition of Charm, love and peace. Kay’s place is simply put amazing!!! I’ve stayed at many many places across the world she is by far the best host I’ve ever come across!!! Beautiful little condo in a peaceful location! It was exactly as described in the listing, and Alex was so responsive with answering any questions and giving us all the necessary info ahead of time. She even provided local restaurant recommendations. There were so many thoughtful amenities included. And the condo was extremely clean. It felt like a home away from home. My Best friend, of 30 years, and I live 1/2 way across the country from each other. So once a year we have a girls weekend 1/2 way towards each other, which happens to be somewhere in Ohio. This time we visited Oak Harbor and stayed in Muddy Water Properties. What an idyllic setting. the birds and wildlife that came up to the 4 seasons room in the quiet of the morning was so stress relieving. We had a wonderful time catching up, laughing, crying and observing the view. Thank you for a wonderful reunion from Iowa and Virginia
