This is a great space in the heart of the Alberta Arts District. Very walkable with many shops, bars, parks, and restaurants nearby. Doug is a kind and very responsive host. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend others to do the same. Please take into consideration that this is on a fairly busy street with bus and car traffic through most of the day, but quiets down considerably at night.

Second time staying here at Helene's place. Helene is a fantastic host as she strives to ensure her guests have a smooth and worryless stay here in Grants Pass. Any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner, and anything we ran out of during our long stay was quickly restocked. The apartment is right in the middle of downtown and is close to everything, very convenient. The cost of this place does add up between having to pay for laundry and parking, as well as the place itself. Regardless, a 5 star experience and I will be recommending Helene to anyone passing through.

We loved staying here! It was in a great area and we were able to walk really quiet neighborhoods AND walk to multiple restaurants and shops. It’s like a home away from home. It was clean, private and perfect for two people!

Mark's loft was perfectly described; very clean, well stocked and when we needed something, he responded quickly. Would highly recommend. So close to restaurants, parks and grocery shopping. Thank you so much for a very relaxing and peaceful stay. We felt very "at home".

Joan's loft is spacious and has everything one needs! The house is located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood with both restaurants, shops and cafes, as well as Washington and Forest Parks in walking distance. Joan was very friendly and communicative and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay.

We love staying at the Drift Inn. this was our first time staying in the Heron's Roost, and so pleased we did. We appreciate a king size bed and legit linens. I really loved sitting in the comfy chairs with a cup of coffee in the morning looking out at the beach. Since we stayed last, the Drift Inn has begun providing dog towels and a sheet, which is so thoughtful! I usually travel with a similar kit for my dogs and had forgotten it this trip.

Lovely space to gather, socialize and connect. Large common area for time as a group with lots of private sleeping space. Five stars.

This was my third long term stay here and it's definitely my favorite AirBnB. The loft apartment is quiet, cozy and private. Ellen the host is quick to respond to any questions you might have and is very easy to get ahold of when needed. The area is surrounded by birds and animals. Grocery store right down the street. Just minutes from downtown Grants Pass or the Applegate Valley wineries. Definitely will stay there again.

Very clean, very responsive to answering questions and a great location. Washer and dryer is super handy, bed and linens are super comfy, and plenty of kitchen amenities but you probably won’t need them with the numerous restaurant/food trucks within walking distance. (Love the Moberi shop right next door.) Lots of eclectic shopping all up and down Mississippi Avenue. I will definitely share this location with others-and won’t hesitate to stay again for future visits.

Great stay in super location! This place is so comfortable, we were a group of six that stayed for 3 nights. We cooked in, hung out in the beautiful town house and even spent time on the spacious deck. Located steps away from Oak Street, it was easy for us to walk down to lovely Hood River and spend some time shopping too. These hosts are so attentive, thank you for such a nice stay. We will definitely be back!

Perfect, quiet, location above a downtown business so super close for any downtown activities.

Our family enjoyed staying here. Our kids especially loved the beds inside the wall! Google Maps tried to take us to the block next to it, so that was a little tricky, but we figured it out and didn't have any problems accessing the apartment. It was clean and welcoming. We were only able to stay the night, so we can't comment on distractions or noise from the theater next door. We would stay here again.

Such a wonderful place. I've been going to Manzanita for years and this location is great. Just a couple blocks to the beach and next to many restaurant options. The place was very clean with very nice furnishings. The kitchen has everything you need. Having reserved parking spaces this close to the beach is also key. I highly recommend this loft, you won't be disappointed.
