Tim’s home is absolutely gorgeous!!! We enjoyed everything about it, especially dinner on the deck overlooking the vineyard. Walking through the vineyard was lovely and we loved the newts in the swimming pond. Best stocked kitchen ever!! Very comfortable beds and amazing bathrooms! Our boys LOVED the theater room! We will be back

Really enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of space and was very clean. Lots of amenities (extra tp, batteries,etc) Everything was very well labeled and easy to find. Lots of seating areas to enjoy the amazing ocean views. Plenty of eating spaces. One of the best places we’ve stayed.

Second time there and once again a great stay! Beautiful home that meets all expectations. We stayed for a sales conference again. Plenty of space for our team to get work done or to retreat for some rest. We stayed in for dinner one evening - well stocked kitchen with lots of room for prep while enjoying a drink and conversation. Looking forward to next time.

The Villa was terrific for our weekend. it was very spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook meals for six people. The deck was a wonderful bonus!

Great place for our 3 families to stay and go skiing at Mt Bachelor. Well stocked kitchen and fun things to do.

This place was perfect for our multi-generational family getaway. Lots of toys and games for kids, easy walk to the beach, and plenty of space for three families. We had a toddler who had a hard time adjusting the first night and no one else could hear a thing--so bonus points for the wall thickness :)

This is the second time we have stayed here. Love the location, close to town and the beach. The house is comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed and it was very dog friendly!

This place is exactly as described. Very comfortable to be in. Great layout and a quick walk to the beach. Exactly what we were looking for. Kevin is an amazing host.

We couldn’t be happier to offer a 5 star review. Our host was so easy to communicate with and proactive, thinking ahead and providing for our wants and needs. The home is beautiful and spacious for our extended family trip. There were plenty of both inside and outside toys for the child in our group and the fenced yard (access is through the garage side door) helped with our pups tremendously. Just a short, easy walk to the beach and a quick drive to town where we never had trouble parking. I highly recommend this home.

great place to stay with toddlers and babies. beds were comfortable, everything no worked smoothly. lights being dimmable also helped with putting the kids/babies to sleep. never felt cramped. never had trouble finding parking, usually right up front, and walkable coffee shops were great. also the temperature was always perfect, which really makes a difference in airbnbs. never too hot or too cold.

Loved staying here. Such a beautiful cabin and everything was just perfect for a winter retreat. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked, the hosts had thought of everything. We could see elk out the kitchen windows most of our stay, with beautiful views of a winding river in the valley. It was perfect for a large group and I loved throwing a ball for our golden retriever up that hill! Would VERY highly recommend this place for anyone. Wifi and cell service is a bit limited as some have mentioned but there is TV and we actually thought having a little slower connectivity helped for a very nice getaway. 5 out of 5 stars, no hesitation.

This was a great place for our family gathering. We had 3 generations aged 15-77 together for a few days of skiing and family fun. This house provided a very well equipped kitchen and a bbq so we could prepare meals. It also had a large table that allowed all 9 of us to eat at the same table. The location was great for anything you want to do in Bend and a quick easy drive to Mt. Bachelor. I would highly recommend for a large group.

If you’re looking for a place to stay close to downtown it is perfect.

We had a great time here with our family trip. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and lots of room for all of us. The kids liked the foosball table and we enjoyed the proximity to paths and the river. We used the tubes and life jackets to float and played some pickleball. The TV doesn't have cable/channels so bring your own streaming device - we were prepared for this and brought ours to catch some Olympics in our down time and when AQI got too high outside. This was a much more reasonably priced house than most in and around the Sunriver area, but still good proximity to pickleball/tennis, river, and small but clean pool. Lots of deer in the yard each day and lots of big fluffy bunnies hopping around. We would stay here again.

Very welcoming, lovely home, cozy beds, plenty of space. Great time by our kids in the pool and adults in the hot tub. Very relaxing vacation.We will hopefully be back!

Perfect house for two families. The upstairs bunk room was great for kids to hang out! Right across from the tennis/pickleball courts which was super fun. Only 12 minute bike ride to Sunriver village.

This is such a beautiful home. The setting in the winery is an added bonus. Peaceful, relaxing and refreshing. We rented the entire house and it worked out well. There is the common room but also we had our separate bedrooms to retreat to whenever we wanted. The host was extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. The staff at the winery were extremely friendly as well. The pool and hot tub were clean and easy to use. There wasn’t one bad thing about this place. It is set up perfectly for a family to enjoy a nice home. Even without renting the entire house you still feel like you’re the only one there. Such an enjoyable experience. Will definitely stay here time and time again. Thank you to Valisatie for being such a wonderful host. The house and property are beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sunriver. We took bike rides, floated the river in Bend and visited the Sharc. The house was a perfect place to come back to and relax. The 6 kids ages 6-10 enjoyed the hot tub, deck and bunk room. It was a perfect place for our group of 12!

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here. It’s truly an amazing beautiful property. Perfect for bigger groups looking to relax

This house and location is phenomenal! Park like setting and luxurious house. Everything was perfect for our crew we cooked lots of meals. Mt Bachelor is about 40min away from this house which was great. Recommend staying here!!'

Beautiful house and setting! House was welcoming, clean and cozy. We all slept really well and the kids had so much fun playing in the big grassy yard, watching fish in the pond and playing on the play structure. We would definitely stay here again.
