After a day of travelling Twamley Farm was a beautiful and peaceful haven. The hot cedar tub was divine. The hamper provided for dinner was both generous and delicious. We stayed in the pod which was charming and very comfortable.

Staying at Sean's place was a fantastic experience! The apartment was spotless and well-equipped, and the location was perfect. Sean was a great host. The spa and views are AMAZING. Highly recommended!"

A great little place to stay in while at Bruny. Comfy, clean, great location just a few meters away from the beach. Jo surprised us with a simple breakfast in the morning (yoghurt with cherries and cereal, a big piece of bread with butter, jams and Vegemite). Really glad we picked 43 Degrees.

We had a fantastic stay in this spacious house with a great view and central location. The beds were incredibly comfortable, everyone slept so well every night! We did wish the spa could have been a bit warmer, but the kids still had a blast swimming in it.

The best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in - it was simply stunning. The view was gorgeous, the Airbnb was very well equipped, it was peaceful and private and exactly what we hoped for. We wish we had stayed longer, it was simply amazing. The beach is 10 seconds walk, lots of fossiles and even spotted a seal. The fireplace in the evenings was cosy. Lots of games and books to keep you occupied. Hot tub was great and Luke was super helpful. Louella was super responsive and helpful in advance and whilst we were there. Thanks so much, we loved it!!!!! Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Tom and Cate’s place. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, great facilities, spa was excellent and really well appointed. It’s also in a fantastic location with lots of eateries close by. Cate and Tom were also very responsive, I can’t recommend this place highly enough, hopefully we come back!!

Our stay was amazing, from Scotty to location, and let’s not forget Ronny. The view from this property is unsurpassed. Scotty was very helpful with information on restaurants, local drives, and the location in general. Would highly recommend and will be staying again. Susan

Lovely, unique and cosy place with everything we needed. The gardens were absolutely beautiful. It was nice meeting the actual gardener, who gave us some great local tips! This will be a place we remember.

There were three generations staying in this lovely cottage. Everybody had a spacious room. The cottage was very well equipped with spare pillows, blankets, kitchen appliances (incl microwave) and extra condiments, coffee of all kinds etc. I walked every morning in the area, very peaceful and lots of flowers in the gardens. Great park just 2 blocks away. 10 min walk to the main street with shops and cafes. 10 min by car to CBD and really EASY drive via HWY... It is a central location for travelling further out of Hobart. There was a collection of books and enormous collection of DVDs. We had a great time and I would stay there again.

Absolutely the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in TAS. A private, stand-alone dwelling with fully enclosed yard for my dog was just perfect! Having stayed at several Airbnbs that were modified sheds/containers or filled in verandahs it was a joy to stay in a lovely “proper” house! It was very homely (I could definitely live there!) and had everything that was needed! Ros was very responsive and very generous with check-in/out (overall just very generous!). My dog Rosie really enjoyed the freedom of popping out the dog door whenever she pleased into a safe enclosed yard - which was not an option at the previous “pet friendly” places we’d stayed! I cannot speak highly enough of my experience and it’s definitely on the cards to book again in the future (hopefully there will be vacancies!).

Amazing stay at Wina’s place. Secluded bush retreat right next to the water and walking tracks. We were a group of all ages and there was something for everyone. Very well appointed - we cooked lots of meals and it had every utensil we needed! Thanks for having us.

We and two puppies had 4 lovely days in the beautiful property, fully equipped and really clean made us feel warm. Jonno and his family members are very welcoming and friendly. We definitely will be back again

Hounds Inn was exactly what my family were after, close to shops and restaurants. Easy walk to CBD. Centrally located to Hobart attractions too. Easy no fuss check in. Clean and functional house and amenities.

Upon walking in the door to Liz's place we were instantly relaxed, drawn to the wonderful water and sunset views at the back of the property. From the well-provisioned kitchen and pantry, the great supply of wood for the fireplace, fabulous information about the area and friendly, timely comms, Liz had everything covered. We're already planning our next visit to Bruny Sea House.

We so enjoyed our stay. The house has all that you need, a home away from home. We loved the location, not far from the beach and a short car trip for your provisions. Perfect thankyou Lucy.

What a beautiful peaceful location. Honni's place is well equipped and an absolute delight. The perfect place for R&R. Terrific beach to swim at and blissful water views through towering gums from every room.

Amazing place for a holiday. Everything you need in one place. Loved the space and amenities. Games room, swimming pool and Chickens was a hit with the kids. So close to the beach. Had a wonderfull time. Thanks again for having us.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was great. The location next to the river was beautiful. The cottage contained everything we could wish for and was very comfortable.

The stay was exactly what we wanted, cosy apartment for two with a bedroom each. The kitchen was everything we needed and extremely functional. The passcode entry was perfect as we didn’t need to worry about forgetting keys or making sure someone was always there when the other was out. Jodi and Lindsay were extremely responsive and conversations always felt personal as they were invested in why we travelled to Tasmania.

Perfection. Attention to detail- even in the kitchen…we had all the dishes and utensils necessary to cook like a chef at the house! There are even pantry items there- so check on that before running to the grocery store in town because we bought doubles in some things. I’m sure the selections in the pantry will vary. In addition, there may be garden produce ready for the picking!! Make sure and check with the host first- that will be seasonal, I’m sure. Beds are comfortable, showers have hot water, tub with jets is helpful after a day of sight-seeing. As owner notes, it isn’t hot, just warm…but it was still a good experience. Decks overlook bay/ocean- you get to witness the changing colors of the Hazards throughout the day standing over the bay. And if you are wondering- we saw amazing Aurora lights out over the water! Windows everywhere! Just incredible’views- there are no words. And you boy minutes from Swansea. Host has a book with restaurant suggestions. Grocery.❤️

Phillip and Margaret were great hosts, very helpful and organised. The house itself was fully equipped for our every need. We enjoyed the pool. We made great use of the car, which even had children’s car booster seats supplied. The home was comfortable and had a beautiful view. We hope to return again. Wonderful stay.
