If you’re having doubts about this place, doubt No More!! It is pure perfection!!!❤️❤️. Cathy assisted us with the check in and basically walked us through every thing she thought we needed for our stay! The views ..I cannot say enough about the beauty of this property ❤️❤️❤️. When we lifted the mechanical shade on the patio and saw how close we were to the ocean and waters and beach life, we knew we picked the right place! I had coffee every morning to the music of ocean waves. The beds and pillows were so comfy - I slept Wonderful! Grocery store close by and the kitchen had everything we needed to have meals and coffee l etc.. The pool was empty everyday - most go to beach, but it had gorgeous surroundings 😍 This place is gorgeous and we will be returning to the island and staying at this exact location ❤️❤️❤️

A beautiful apartment with beautiful views. WiFi worked great, air conditioner worked too well lol. Shower pressure and hot water were great! Everything about the space was perfect! Host was helpful and very responsive! Made my stay stress-free and peaceful ! The bed is super comfy and I loved that there were waters, juices and tea provided !

I had a wonderful two week vacation with my wife and kids (9 & 11). We loved the apartment and the building had many great amenities. The kids loved the infinity pool and my wife enjoyed swimming laps at the indoor pool. There was never a crowd at the pool and we were often the only people on the private beach where my girls loved playing in the waves. Saint Martin is not known for good beach snorkeling but we were pleased to find one of the best places was right in front of us between our beach and Mullet beach.

Le cadre était paisible et magnifique, avec une vue imprenable. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour une escapade réussie à Saint-Martin !

We had a fantastic stay at Isabelle' s place!Patrick and Isabelle were incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We felt right at home and would definitely book again! This apartment is in a prime location, it is walking distance to the supermarkets and restaurants. The grounds are manicured and perfect for pictures. The swimming pool was amazing to watch the sunsets and relax. This place was amazing and I highly recommend.

Nous avons dû trouver en urgence un autre Airbnb à notre arrivé sur Saint-Martin et Laurean a su répondre présent tout de suite ! L’appartement est très fonctionnel, pratique, au calme et pas loin de simpson bay (5min en scooter). Je le recommande

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nettle Bay. The location was very peaceful and serene, away from all of the nightlife activities. A gas station/market was conveniently located across the street, which was a huge plus for us - we practically stopped in each night before heading back to the villa. Cupecoy and Marigot were also a short drive away. We loved the travel size products and perfume samples that were provided as well. Marie was very communicative and shared some excellent recommendations for activities/food around the island. We will definitely be back.

HIDDEN GEM! My wife and I stayed here for 3 days before heading to the French side for 4 days, and as soon as we left Travis and Melissa’s place, we immediately missed it. If you’re looking for a remote stay with spectacular views, this is it. We loved waking up to the sunrise and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean hitting the cliffs below. I could have stayed another week—it was incredibly relaxing! The hosts were very accommodating and considerate—it felt like we had known them for years. Even though it’s their personal home, the layout of the accommodation makes it feel very private. 10/10 would recommend checking out this wonderful home. Thanks for opening it up to guests! The only thing to keep in mind is the drive in. We had a small SUV, and it was a breeze—just take it slow, and you’ll have no issues.

We had a fantastic time at our vow renewal at the villa! Thank you so much for accommodating us and allowing us to use such a beautiful space for our special day. While there were a few minor hiccups, the team was incredibly prompt in resolving them, ensuring everything went smoothly. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and professionalism. Had the privilege of staying at this beautiful home for 6 days to celebrate my 40th birthday. My Husband and I stayed at another location for a few days to celebrate our anniversary because we were already on the island Danielle was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which gave us time to prepare for our guests that would be joining us. There were 9 of us total 4 couples so the space was perfect. Danielle had some champagne, wine and fruit set up in the kitchen when we arrived which was very thoughtful. She gave us lots of recommendations and was very responsive during our stay. The home was clean and had everything you would need. I do suggest renting a car during your stay and downloading offline maps for St. Maarten before arriving, extremely helpful. The views are breathtaking I would absolutely stay here again already looking forward to our next stay.

The villa was beautiful, spotless with stunning views. Kevin met us upon arrival and showed us around and made wonderful suggestions for places to eat and visit during our stay. We did have trouble with our global cell service while there and had an issue finding the place but Kevin waited even though it took us longer to find the place. They had wonderful coffee and a large bowl with a variety of snacks which was really nice. We really enjoyed taking the kayaks out daily. We kayaked over to the nearby islands and Yellow Beach on Pinel Island. We went to so many beautiful nearby beach's. We visited Parotte Ville Bird sanctuary and highly recommend you visit if you're a bird nerd like us. We had a wonderful vacation and really appreciated all the helpful guidance and suggestions by Kevin.

Super bel appartement tres propre et beau mobilier. Encore plus beau que les photos! La piscine était belle et propre. Les lits confortables. Belle vue de la baie avec couché de soleil. L’hote Anne Karine est super gentille. Elle nous a laissé plein de jouets et accesoir de plage pour le petit. Nous avons adoré notre sejour. Ont recommande cette location!

Le logement est très beau, confortable et très propre. Dans une résidence sécurisé, à proximité à pied de tout: restaurants, commerces, plage… Idéal pour des vacances en couple à Sint Maarten!

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as shown in the pictures. Indigo Bay is a lovely site, peaceful, serene yet close enough to plenty of action in town. Wonderful host and very helpful with recommended activities and check in was a breeze. Great value for the money. Would definitely return to this air bnb!

We were very happy with Xaverius’ condo. First, it is sparkling clean, really a beautiful condo. Two couples shared the unit for this trip and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked with a huge refrigerator/freezer, which we really appreciated. Plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The reserved, secure parking space was great. Communication with Xaverius was outstanding, he responded quickly to any and all questions. Lucky’s store is literally next door, and the big Carrefour market is just a couple of blocks away. You will need a car if you stay at this unit, as it is not walkable to town or the beaches, but the island is so small you can get anywhere you like relatively quickly, depending on traffic. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again.

This was my second trip to SXM, first time staying at the airbnb & I must say, I’d stay here over an all inclusive resort any day! The privacy and peace atmosphere is top tier! The bed & the rest of the furniture was super comfortable! The water pressure was great & the terrace was the icing on the cake. Being a little further out from the main strip was a plus imo. The beach was a quick 5min walk. I hope to visit SXM & will be sure to stay here again.

Jackie isn't exaggerating when saying this unit is steps from the beach and pool. Incredibly convenient, especially with a family. Great, centrally-located building, with all of the amenities needed.
