We spent a month at this cozy and comfortable cottage on Santa Rosa Sound. Steve and Tara are great hosts - responsive and very helpful. Having access to the waterfront is a real bonus with an already good place to stay. The listing is very up front about being on highway 98, but the noise didn't bother us.

Nice little place that fit our needs perfectly.

The mermaid cottage is a quaint little house in a great location. It is located in walking distance to the beach and close to all the local restaurants and entertainment on the beach. It's got all the amenities that you would need outside the comfort of your own home! It's a great little getaway!

All around great place. I will definitely book again.

Loved staying at the Purple sunset everything looks exactly what’s shown in the photos. Felt very safe in that neighborhood close to the beach ocean and several nice restaurants was able to walk 3 miles every day. I will definitely be staying again.

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

What a wonderful location to have my family together. We enjoyed New Year’s Eve fireworks from the hot tub. The kitchen was thoroughly equipped, everything we needed. From the three year old enjoying the train table, to teens on the arcade games, paddle boards, and kayaks there was always something to do. It was peaceful and beautiful. While at the house, Elizabeth responded within 10 minutes to my questions. A wonderful vacation for the 10 of us.

We had such a wonderful stay at Paradise Point. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were plentiful and the two kitchens had everything we needed to make lots of meals for the week. The back patio and dock were the real showstoppers. We spent much of every day relaxing in the hot tub and pool, fishing off the dock, playing volleyball and we throughly enjoyed watching all the birds, fish and dolphins!! We spent New Years Eve watching fireworks from all of the balconies. We had a truly magical trip and can't wait to come back to this lovely home!

Loved our stay! Very close to the beach, the sand and water were really nice! The pool across from the condo was amazing and so handy. The kids loved going down to the pond to see the fish and turtles. We would definitely recommend stay here!

Our family visited during our Christmas break. The house was warm and inviting with beautiful views of the sound. It felt like we were home as soon as we walked in. Everything was easy to find and access. We would definitely choose this home again if we come back.

Sweetest host! Had an issue with the AC and she got a company out there to take care of it day of. Would definitely go back!

This is a beautiful home in a nice secure community. Very spacious with every amenity you could need. The screened in deck was great for morning coffee. Would be great for families. Close to the beach and shopping. Our only downside was that the shuttle wasn’t running everyday and their voicemail didn’t give an indication of when they would be running. Since it was the off season it was manageable but we had planned on that as we only had one rental car in our group. This was a great location to get easily to Pensacola, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Also would recommend coming at a different time of year as it was too cold to be in the pool or ocean. We did get some sun time at the beach but later in the year would be better. Also would highly recommend Yin Yang Healing Arts for a local reiki massage.

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

what a gem! This is our first time using Airbnb and our experience with this nice house and Hannah's help we will definitely use again. we vacation at least once a year at pensacola beach but this is our first time with our 3 year old granddaughter and staying at this beautiful Airbnb made our stay extremely enjoyable and a fun time with our granddaughter. will definitely book this clean beach home again. We really enjoyed our stay. Great home! Location is great, beautiful beach. The beach is across the road and the beach club is a great perk for food or be by ocean and at the pool. Clean house, had everything needed. Brad was very responsive. He went out of his way to order corkscrews and had it sent to the house. Brad also let us Che know out an hour later, very accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Great stay! Would stay again. Highly recommend!! Only thing I would recommend to any guests is to buy some ice before you go as the ice maker doesn’t have enough ice if you make drinks etc. 😀. Thank you for a great experience.
