The owner and caretaker were responsive. The place is tidy and has most basic necessities available. As soon as we stepped into the condo, we were greeted by a pleasant scent that left my family feeling impressed and satisfied with our overall experience. The price for up to 5 people is fair, and you also get a lovely view.

Condo is great. Full kitchen, nice living area big balcony with seating, close to walking street. Could probably do with some updated bedding and a toaster. Racquel is a great host and was very attentive. I had a lovely stay.

Lorna's place felt like a home away from home. The comfortable and welcoming atmosphere made for a truly relaxing stay. Ma'am Delfa was incredibly accommodating – we were able to check in early thanks to her flexibility, and she even offered to help us with our luggages which went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you.

Torre de Manila is a wonderful condo. I love its accessibility and its amenities. The staff and security were friendly and easy to talk to. I had guests over and I didn’t have any problem endorsing them in the front desk. The unit itself has a modern vibe. It’s clean and easy on the eyes. What I love about it most is the breathtaking view of the Manila Bay. Just look at the pictures in the listing. Those are real! And to Ms. Maria, I can’t thank you enough for being such a kind and welcoming host. Thank you so much for accommodating us. We hope to be back soon.

Jin's place is always incredibly tidy! We've been to her apartment over 10 times already. Whenever we need a place to stay in Makati, Jin is our first choice without a doubt. The minute you walk in, you can sense the love and attention she gives to keeping it clean. Every room is beautifully decorated, giving it a warm and inviting atmosphere rather than just a place to crash. It's no surprise we keep returning; her welcoming nature makes each visit memorable.

I would definitely recommend this place. They provide toiletries and towels, a separate blanket, and free coffee. They also have slippers you can use around the unit. Everything is clean, especially the bathroom. And they are easy to reach out to if you have any concerns within the unit. Location-wise, it's a 10-15 minute walk from MOA. We'll book again in the future. 🤍

Shame and Donna's condo was just perfect for what I needed. Great location, fantastic facilities, clean and well kept. It's close enough to everything you need whilst being very quiet, even though the rest of the complex was lively and friendly. The unit itself was just the right size for 1-2 people. Enough room to spread out but not too big you got lost! The main thing that stood out for me was Shame's hosting. She was very friendly and quick to respond to my queries and requests...going above and beyond the call of duty. Would definitely book any condo managed by Shame and Donna again.

The place was incredibly homey and impeccably clean, providing the perfect setting for a much-needed escape from the busy city life. The ambiance was just fantastic, creating a serene atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Being surrounded by nature was truly rejuvenating. The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Getting there was easy and the surrounding was peaceful and nice. The place is beautiful and everything you may need were provided. I loved the bath and body works scented candles, it was generous of them to provide these. Definitely a great place to stay and will be back soon! Went with my family (there were 9 senior citizens out of 20 pax) and kids to celebrate our lola’s 101st bday and everyone loved it! The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfy—extra pillows, blankets, toiletries, and bath and pool towels were provided too! It was truly like a luxury hotel experience. Internet was very fast so my cousins were able to WFH without any problem. Kitchen had everything so you only had to bring ingredients. The whole house was cool and not hot at all even during April’s very hot summer day. My kids loved the pool as it was heated and it had a very shallow area that was perfect for toddlers. Kuya Richard was just a knock away and he was able to address all our issues immediately. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Anei's place is situated in a safe gated subdivision. It was easy to find thru waze. The location is near downtown Angeles, near Clark, and also near San Fernando so everything is within easy reach. All in all it was a good place to stay. The price is reasonable and the host responds quickly. She even gave us complimentary cheese bread from the famous local bakeshop. It was delicious. Thank you!

Towels are white and smell fresh and clean!! So are the linens!! They have everything you need. I highly recommend this property.

A very tidy and lovely Airbnb apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and a nice bathroom. Chenne is a great host and there when you need her. We had a great stay

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!

everyone was very accommodating. Had a great time and lots of compliments from friends and relatives who dropped by and visit during our stay. We had our wedding prep done here and everything went very smoothly thank you for the help of Ate Tala, Rey, Eric and another lady I forgot to ask her name. thank you so much. Second time I stay in one of Kay`s apartments and next time I will stay in one of them again. Apartment is clean and well equipped. A stay in Kay`s apartment is hazzle free and I recommend it.

The building was well maintained. Staff were very courteous and friendly. The unit is nice and neat, and as it is in the picture. Ralf was accommodating and very responsive to any questions. It was a real peaceful place especially if you just want a restful staycation. Thanks Ralf and to the staff for the hospitality and courteous service.

I rarely give feedback but this deserve 10/10. The place is nice and cozy. I really want a place where I can relax and this place does this job. Kudos also to the hosts! Thank you for responding swiftly. Appreciate it :)

Maria is very friendly and accomodating. She responds to each detail of our inquiry about our stay, and promptly processed and approved our request to extend our stay for another day/night.

We stayed two weeks at Aziz’s place while visiting family in Manila. Aziz and his co-host Cris were super responsive, provided clear instructions and directions, and the place itself was fantastic. The condo is located in a gated, guarded and safe condo complex (this type of a set up is common in the Philippines). The guards were super friendly and helpful. Do not be intimidated by the surroundings (the street can sometimes appear rougher than what it actually is), you are only a short and inexpensive grab ride away from anywhere you want to go! And did I mention free parking?! Not only this, but the condo itself is immaculate, clean, spacious and has great amenities, including powerful air conditioning in both the principal bedroom, as well as the living/secondary bedroom, two comfort rooms (washrooms), a well equipped and stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo that does a fantastic job. I would recommend this place gladly!

About the place, when you go there,it is more beautiful than the picture posted.everything is complete and organized. They provided us our last minute request, clear instructions, the place is so calming and so peaceful. Miss Anna’s place is highly recommended and we will come back again! Todo genial, para ir a Manila, hay que coger un jeepney hasta la estación de santos y listo, es mucho más rápido que el Grab. El apartamento genial no le falta de nada. Muy recomendable
