Second time staying here and had a great time! The cabin was comfortable and loved the hot tub!

We enjoyed our stay at the Tea house! It was snowy and cold outside (perfect for skiing!), but the place was cozy and warm. We appreciated the French press coffee that was provided- much better than having "pods". We didn't have time to explore the hot tub and the rest of the grounds, but hopefully we will get to if we stay here again!

Daniel and Kristin's cottage was comfortable, clean and close to Jay Peak. We appreciated the snacks! The cottage had everything we needed.

Wonderful retreat close to Jay Peak. We loved how peaceful the property was, quiet even with most of the surrounding cabins occupied. We took advantage of the jacuzzi, steps from the cabin but surrounded with nature. Plenty of space for 4 plus our dogs. Our canines loved meeting all the other dogs staying in the cabins. The heated floor in the bathroom was definitely a cool feature. We will be back

Stayed here for my honeymoon with clear instructions from my wife to find somewhere near the water, more trees than people and it had to have kayaks and Nancy’s place fitted the bill exactly. Right on the lakeshore this place is absolutely adorable and while some others have commented that it was a little dated or the kitchen was too small that didn’t phase us in the slightest. Everyone we met and everywhere we walked, people were friendly and cheerful and it was great to be able to simply chill out in the garden and greet the people on the lake or cook dinner outside on the grill with no pressure, no noise and just enjoy watching the chipmunks, squirrels and birds on the lake and admire the scenery. We think we may even have spotted a mink around the property. Looking for somewhere to escape the world, then this is it. Everything you could ever want is there in house and we wanted for nothing. It’s charming, it’s peaceful and very, very relaxing. We’ll definitely be back soon 💯🎯👍🏼

This cute lake cottage is the perfect place to get away and enjoy everything the lake and area has to offer. We watched sunsets, star gazed (saw the Milky Way), enjoyed the boats that were available to use and mainly hung out on the sun porch that had great views of the lake.

We had a lovely stay at the Whimsy Cottage for a weekend ski trip at Jay Peak ~15 mins away. The cottage was comfortable with lots of space, kitchen amenities for cooking, and appreciated the extra linens/ bedding. Located right off the highway, but was not too noisy at night except for the occasional passing of cars. Enjoyed the easy access of the gas station/ deli across the street for breakfast sandwiches and limited groceries. Sarita was a very responsive and friendly host, would recommend.

We were in a bind and couldn’t get to our house in the evening of our arrival. David was amazing and very quick to respond. He helped us find the house easily and was very helpful for the whole weekend! I highly recommend David and this property!

We had a lovely stay at this home. The home was spacious allowing family members to have some private space when wanted. The beds were really comfortable. Lots of extra linens provided. The home was well stocked dishes, pots, pans, silverware, soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body wash etc. The property was beautiful with plenty of room for parking. Communication with Josh was always timely and clear. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again. A beautiful home and allowing our pets to join us! Thank you for affording us the opportunity to make these special memories we will treasure for life!

The place was perfect for a winter wonderland getaway! Extremely cozy, close to town, and a comfortable ride to Jay. Kitchen was fully stocked and the place overlooks a beautiful lake. Great place to stay with my two boys and pup. Thank you John and Gwen!

She was a wonderful host! She taught kayaking! Brought us home grown veggies. Showed us around her lovely and scenic area! She is so so caring and sweet !

The location was fantastic, offering easy access to.

Jim was a delight to communicate with, he was proactive and always helpful in guiding us throughout our stay. He gave us a beautiful map of all points to cover and even offered flexible checkout which I really appreciate. He has a lot of dogs on the farm and they are friendly and don’t harm at all. All the amenities and furniture gave a vintage vibe which was in lines with the location. It’s a little isolated but his instructions before checkin were very clear about it.

Great spot in the NEK to get away and explore the area. This cottage is good if you intend to spend a lot of time out and about, which is why most come to the area. Views of lake and nice porch to hang out on. WiFi is non reliant, and not much entertainment in cottage or in town past sundown, so plan accordingly. Again, this is a small cabin in middle of Westmore, VT, so the fact wifi is offered a plus. Good opportunity for family time; board games, cards, etc. Bring absolutely everything you will need in kitchen and bathroom, as not much is offered in this department. Bathroom/shower is TINY, the place feels "empty", and there is the smell of moldy grandparents, BUT growing up in an area like this, I expected nothing more than what I paid for, which was nice. I would stay here again, and did recommend to host place could use some TLC.

very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful lake view. had enough space for all parties in my group. plenty of parking, and close stores if in need of grocery's. would definitely stay here again.
