The neighborhood was very quiet which we enjoyed after a long night in French quarter. The place was SUPER clean which was great!. We LOVED the mattresses. We did have an issue with the lights going out in the bathroom, but they quickly helped us with that. It was just what we needed for our weekend trip to Mardi Gras. 😁

The room was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. Clean and had comfortable linens, towels, etc. Kim was a great host and gave recommendations while being responsive as well. 5 stars.

Neil & Nancy’s place was such a lovely experience, down to the amazing hospitality we received upon arrival. The space itself is gorgeous, and very cozy, and the level of communication provided from check in to check out was perfect! The space was as clean as can be, with easy access to all that we needed, we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Any concerns we had, we received immediate responses and wonderful accommodation as well. The local recommendations were perfect, the food was amazing, and we just enjoyed every moment of our stay here in New Orleans. I would certainly book with Neil & Nancy again!

Love her place was nice and quiet

We stayed here for 1.5 wks around d holidays with our 2 toddlers. We loved the walkable neighborhood, close to trolley and the park. The place itself is beautiful and includes extra amenities. Hosts are very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

This was not our first stay in New Orleans, so we knew what to expect from the area. The hosts were very kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks, water, and coffee. The patio was a beautiful spot to work on our laptops while enjoying the atmosphere - complete with the charming (and ever-present) sound of roosters crowing. A great experience overall!

It's a very cozy space. Excellent location on Magazine. Easy to walk to the lower end or uptown. Easy street parking.

We spent Friday-Sun for my wife's birthday weekend. Decor' was nicely done; a quaint one bedroom cottage behind the main house, had it's own screened patio with a backyard area. Wall hangings were themed for the sea and beach. Brought our two little chihuahuas and set up a dog cage on the living room floor. Whenever we went out, they stayed in there, then we let them be free whenever we were there. It worked out perfectly, and they adjusted well. We went out Friday night to see a good band "Cool Rays" at Dan B's on Friday night. Got up early and went to the beach with the pups Saturday morning for their first beach experience - success! Then went Saturday night to eat the all you can eat crab and shrimp buffet at Hollywood Casino. Wifey had a blast...overall a successful trip. Thank you Joy!

My friend and I loved staying at Kate’s Casita! It was cozy, airy, and had everything we needed and more inside. We loved the visits from Kate’s kitties and gentle dogs that missed over to say hello too. Really appreciated the value we got for the money. Finally, this was a great location to be— 7 min drive to the French Quarter. We parked a few blocks away and walked the rest. Thank you for a FABULOUS Mardis Grad experience!

We had a great stay at Gracia’s place - the location was amazing (super walkable to everything you could want) and the bed was really comfy. Gracia was also a fantastic host - incredibly responsive and ready to help with whatever you need. Allowed us to store our bags after check out since our flight was later and even went out of his way in the middle of the day after we had already checked out to help us with something. Thanks for a great stay!

Fred was one of the most gracious Airbnb hosts I've encountered. The neighborhood was super quiet and a nice retreat from the NOLA Super Bowl activities. It was conveniently located and only 15 minutes from Frenchmen Street without traffic. We did not have any issues during our stay and found Fred to be quite accommodating. The space was as described and as it looked in the photos. A pleasant surprise were the complimentary beverages in the fridge. While we didn't need it, I appreciated the convenience and access to a washer and dryer. Also, we were allowed to park in the driveway. Fred was a great host.

Everything was great!! I was worried when I saw that the neighbors had dogs but I didn’t hear them throughout the night! 10/10

Very homey. The neighborhood was quiet. We were very close to New Orleans. I really enjoyed the kitchen and bathroom appliances .

Ewan was incredibly accommodating and friendly. My flight was a lot earlier than my friends' who were also coming in and he very kindly allowed me to check in before the scheduled time. The neighborhood is lovely and there are several grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. There's a bar right down the street that is open late. The French Quarter is only a 20 minute bus ride away but there's plenty to do without any commute. The room was as described and very cozy. The bathroom facilities were very nice.

Great host, cute place. We had a fine time at Andrea's place. It's in a quiet neighborhood and well stocked for whatever we needed.

We had a great stay overall! While we encountered a significant issue on our first night, the host's immediate and effective response turned things around completely. The rest of our stay was wonderful - clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We'd definitely book again.

I had the bachelorette weekend of my dreams in NOLA at The Dragonfly Inn. The house is perfect and Lore is such an amazing host. I can’t wait to come back!

We felt right at home at Craig’s place! It felt very private and was easily walkable to the quarter and all sorts of restaurants, groceries & more. Craig was always communicative and we were very comfortable! Thanks Craig!

Cute couple, sisters, or best friends retreat, just a perfect jewel box home in the middle of NOLA. Instructions were given promptly and the check-in and check out were a breeze. It's easy to see why this home is usually booked out for two. Friendly neighbors! Saw lots of people walking. Very walkable - to grocery store and bank. Quiet hours were reasonably listed. Front patio set allows for smoke break or sharing coffee/wine. Highly recommended!

Kristin is an absolute GEM! She was so helpful during our stay. The space was cozy and tucked away, and in a great neighborhood spot. We preferred our stay here over the other half of our trip in the French quarter!

We had a wonderful stay at Jason’s! Host was extremely responsive when we checked in to help us get settled with AC and wifi, and was super helpful before we arrived with local recommendations and check-in instructions. The spot was spacious and had everything we needed and was walking distance to great local cafes and City Park. Uber’s to other areas of the city were affordable so the location wasn’t a problem! Overall, really enjoyable experience and stay.

I do not write reviews ever. However, in this case I felt compelled to. Jesus is an amazing host. He is clear, responsive and very friendly. The location is ideal for a single person and feels very comfortable. I was in New Orleans during the winter storm and the pipes froze over. Jesus quickly addressed the situation by heating the pipes to allow for water to flow again. It was truly amazing to have him and Roberto as hosts. I cannot recommend them enough.

This is the perfect place to stay for fun visit to NOLA!! Close enough to walk to all the exciting activities and restaurants in French Quarter, but in a nice quiet neighborhood .
