Colin was a very responsive and attentive host. Met us at check in and reviewed our list of things to do with suggestions. Was also very accommodating on check out day with allowing us to stay at the apartment until we left for the airport later in the day. The apartment was quaint and wonderfully maintained. A bit off the beaten path, so we had to take ubers to our destinations, but still worth staying there. It enabled us to be more adventurous in exploring different NOLA neighborhoods.

Elizabeth was a great host, I would definitely stay again . Her communication was awesome & she even accommodated me for a small issue that occurred during my stay , which was really nice of her! The space is beautiful, peaceful, comfortable and looks exactly like the picture. Check in was very easy , I didn’t have any confusion checking in. Definitely a 10/10!

We really enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was a great experience and Katrina was very accommodating. If we visit NOLA again, we will definitely stay at the Tiki Den!

Cool, funky little place just a mile or so outside of the craziness of Bourbon street. Great hosts, super dog friendly. Would for sure stay here again

We loved the location of the Airbnb. It is close enough to the city to be convenient and far enough out to be quiet. It is walking distance to City Park where there is a Cafe Dumond - perfect for morning coffee and beignets! Would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Very clean and cute with a great location, especially for parades that go down Magazine! Keep in mind that it is small and kind of like a hotel room (freezer is too small to put anything in with the ice tray that’s in there) and wish it had a loveseat or desk rather than two chairs, but the location made it worth it. The host is super helpful! The heat/AC was off when I arrived and he came to fix it.

I loved staying at Brenda's! The apartment itself was beautiful and charming. Just sitting out on the porch felt like a vacation. The home itself was clean and comfortable, and it was located right on Magazine Street, and easy walk from many shops and restaurants. Brenda communicated clearly, kindly, and proactively. I'd highly recommend this stay!

The space was wonderful, Matt and Julie were gracious hosts. It was very clean. Julie had the space decorated wirh small items for Mardis Gras and she even left masks for us to use. They let our grandson fish off the dock and provided a fishing pole and some tackle. There is a ping pong table available for use and we did. The location was perfect for going over the causeway to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. There is also a park and walking trails close to their home. Our grandson said "they were the best strangers we ever met". We couldn't agree more!

My stay at Chanel’s was a great experience. The space was impeccably clean, very nicely decorated, and had more than enough amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to Downtown New Orleans, yet peaceful enough to get your rest. The host was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed, offering great local tips and magazines of the local attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend Chanel’s home to anyone visiting the area. It felt like a home away from home, and I look forward to returning in the future."

10/10! MUST STAY! i booked lauren’s place on a whim and couldn’t have been more pleased. every detail was throughly thought out and planned. such a fun, cute, and affordable place!

The place is super cute. It was clean and close to everyone I needed to see. I booked last minute and they were very accommodating.

We absolutely loved the spot. It is well decorated and had all the amenities needed plus extras. We would absolutely come back. The only thing to be aware of is that it is close to a main road and can be loud and heard from inside the residence.

What a gem in New Orleans. An awesome place! Everything is so nice and clean. Great layout! Nice bathroom and shower. A sink,keurig,small fridge,microwave,washer and dryer in a room. A large closet area. Easy in and out. It is gated which made us feel very safe. The people in the neighborhood were very nice but they do party. Maybe some loud music can be heard in the daytime but at night it is so quiet. If you have a complaint about your stay here,I'm sorry but you are very picky! If we are back in New Orleans this well be our #1 pick! Thank you very much for hosting us!!!! Happy New Year!

Eves place was exceptionaly clean with all amenities Eve was very friendly and only to eager to help..we had a brilliant Mardis Gras and you were a brilliant host thank you Eve..

Wish I could’ve stayed longer as Kris and his wife are extremely nice and beyond helpful. The level of communication and professionalism cannot be put into words. I highly recommend everyone stay at this place.

Susan’s place is undoubtedly a 5 out of 5. Elegantly appointed, sufficiently and beautifully furnished, and CLEAN. Susan’s thoughtfulness is visible throughout. Snacks, water and any and all necessities were provided in the bathroom and kitchen. She was easily assessable and consistently communicated. The house was beautifully decorated for Mardi Gras and within 12 min drive to French Quarter. Also, there are sufficient outlets for powering devices. We arrived late and Susan made sure to leave the outside light on and set the temperature inside for comfort upon our arrival. When Susan learned I was in NOLA to celebrate a friend’s heavenly birthday, she went out of her way to purchase a donut cake. Just wow! This will be my preferred sleeping location when in New Orleans!

Dmarcos was amazing he was super responsive and answered all my questions while I was booking. We came to celebrate Madi Gras from Georgia as a girls trip but the weather ruined that for us but we stayed in and made the best of it. The house was super comfy and in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are many places to eat in the area and Walmart is literally 1 minute away. Super close to the quarters so our uber was not expensive at all. I will definitely be booking with them again on my future trips I have not one complaint about my stay here in his home.

Gosh! I booked Jeff and Maria’s home for spring break, and they were fantastic from the start of the booking process. I had a lot of questions, and was hesitant to book. I had no reason to be; they made it easier and helped with my budgeting concerns. When we arrived, we literally said “wow.” The place was beautiful with more modern appliances and tasteful decor in an older classic New Orleans home. It was well within walking distance of the quarter and city park, and it was right near a bus stop/blue bikes. A grocery store was within walking distance. The accommodations were perfect. Jeff and Maria were beyond helpful in just being there to talk, giving information, and just being available and kind. We were visiting during Mardi Gras and would not have gotten to see everything we wanted without their advice. Their cats wander around and are friendly as well (I very much so enjoyed their company). I cannot thank both Jeff and Maria enough. It was an amazing trip, and I must go again.

What a little oasis! This little corner studio is adorable! It's decorated so cute and smells good. I loved all the windows and natural light. The little back deck was delightful to sit at. I wish there was a way to rate the bed.....MOST COMFORTABLE Air Bnb bed I've ever slept on!! I met Patrick while I was sitting outside during my stay. He was very friendly and told me to let him know if I needed anything. I appreciated his friendliness and willingness to be an excellent host. This little studio really felt like a home from the moment I arrived. I am thankful to have gotten to stay at Jasmine Station.

We just love this perfect little place that we have stayed in many times. It was a great place to visit and experience our first Mardi Gras and we plan on returning many times in the future for other festivals. Helen provided all the necessities we needed even coffee, sugar and creamer. All the towels you could possibly need, and laundry detergent for the washer and dryer. She made our visit so enjoyable and no complaints from us.

Wow. Mary was so attentive. Her place had it all and it’s so cute! When we had trouble w the TV she was just a phone call away. A lot of great food places less than a 15 min drive. I think the location is convenient if you have a car :) I would for sure stay again and the personalized touches she had waiting for us was really sweet. Thank you for hosting. My boyfriend and I were obsessed with your place!
