Absolutely beautiful home! It was perfect for our trip with enough space for everyone to enjoy their own space or hang out all together. Check in & check out was easy and the hosts were proactive, welcoming, and kind. I would definitely book again!

We used this place for my daughter and her friends to get ready for her wedding. There’s plenty of space!

We enjoyed our time at Spencer's place. The description of the townhome and its surroundings is very accurate. We were a family of 9 adults and 1 infant visiting for Christmas, and Spencer's unit met all of our needs. Spencer is a great host and he really wants to make sure his guests have a good experience. He was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay. He also provides direct access to his property managers. The property manager assigned to us during our stay was very helpful and checked in with me each day via text to make sure everything was ok and to see if we had any concerns. We had difficulty getting the home bluetooth speaker system to work, and Spencer and the property manager worked to get the issue resolved very quickly. We traveled with 2 extra large SUVs, and never really had any problem parking on the street directly in front of the Airbnb. There are also some eateries and bars in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

This was an extremely convenient place to stay. Covered and easy secure onsite parking is a rare amenity in New Orleans. I walked from this property to Magazine and St. Charles by many different cross streets. I saw a lot of New Orleans this way. I felt safe on every route and enjoyed New Orleans housing beauty that ranged from simpler beauty to lavish grandeur. For low cost snacking and personal needs, Walmart is only blocks away. I walked variable distance to Magazine and St. Charles for most meals. The St. Charles streetcar offers easy access to French Quarter and large range of restaurants on St. Charles Avenue, but it is probably .8 miles from house. Beds were comfortable and pillows on bed ranged in size from large and supportive for sitting in bed to read to a smaller size for comfortable head and neck support. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The washer and dryer worked well. I would definitely stay here again.

Michael and Marcia’s home was perfect for hosting my family and friends for Christmas. From the cozy decor to the thoughtful touches throughout the house, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed to make our holiday gathering feel extra special. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made preparing our Christmas dinner a breeze, and the spacious layout allowed everyone to relax and enjoy themselves comfortably. We especially appreciated the festive atmosphere and warmth of the home — it truly felt like our own little holiday retreat. Michael and Marcia were attentive and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will cherish these holiday memories for years to come. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us! We hope to return soon!

The space was spacious, clean, in a good central location and exactly what was described! It was open and spacious and easily slept 8 guests just as listed! There was a minor issue and George responded super quickly, which we really appreciated! Would definitely stay here again

This is a great place in a good location (a bit of walking to get to the tram but manageable, and you can get to most places with a small Uber/Lyft fare). George is very responsive and a good host. The place is great overall. Few items to be aware of and that we didn't know or was not described: parking is street parking (one neighbor were not happy for us to park in front of her house, but we had no issue to find space), unit is a second floor unit, street is a busy street and a bit noisy, padeo is shared with 5 other units and the barbecue is not a gas barbecue, sofa bed mattress is very uncomfortable (and I would only recommend for kids to sleep there - which was our case), kitchen is missing few essential but I mentioned to George so it may be fixed when you go... Overall we had a good time and I would recommend it.

Excellent place to stay and within walking distance of much of the French Quarter. We had a group of 10 staying here comfortably! Would highly recommend to any group!

To be honest, this exceeded my expectations. This place was beautiful. I love how they kept the history of the interior intact with some modern touches. It was also huge and every room was spacious. Much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Everyone was very happy and agreed we would 100% stay here again. Michael and Marcia were very responsive and accommodating. It is also in a stellar location. Tons of bars, restaurants and nice hotels with lobby and rooftop bars, etc. It's a bit further from the french quarter, but an easy Uber or cab ride away. It was also nice to be removed from some of the madness during mardi gras, but close enough to immerse yourself in it with a few minute jaunt over to one of the main streets. Thanks again!

Just wanted to share our fantastic experience at the ARBB we stayed at. We absolutely loved the pool and the charming units. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Wilson, who went out of his way to take care of us during our stay. Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle-free. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the French Quarter and within walking distance to just about anything. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

Michael was a very responsive host. He answered every question. Maintenance was frequently on property. Other guest in compound were friendly. Courtyard was so relaxing and beautiful. One Uber driver complimented the neighborhood as hugely improved, safe and popular. Thanks for a lovely stay in NOLA.

My family loved this house . it felt like we were i. a movie. although it is just like the pictures, seeing it in person was astonishing. All the little details and curated pieces made this home a memorable experience. We didn't use pool because it was too cool and it also had a lot of leaves that had since to the bottom. Would definitely recommend and rebook.

Probably the greatest AirBnb that I've stayed in so far. The house was way bigger than I thought it was going to be and looked just like the pictures. The pool, hot tub and courtyard were amazing. Location was fantastic. We were minutes away from the French Quarter which was very handy. Definitely worth the money. Highest possible recommendation.

Good spot for our large group. Easy to get to places as well.

This Airbnb was perfect! The place is beautifully maintained and spotless, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. The host was extremely responsive and made everything seamless from check-in to checkout. Great location, just a short walk to Mardi Gras parades, fantastic restaurants, and easy access to the French Quarter. I’d highly recommend it and would love to stay again!
