We loved everything about our stay! We were traveling with two young kids, and the house had everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the wagon and all the beach toys and extra towels, and how easy it was to walk to the beach. Julie was so responsive to questions, and you can just tell she cares about the comfort of her guests. When we come back to Crescent Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

The place was just like the photos, very clean, easy to access and beautiful. I would definitely stay in this place again and the host, Todd was very friendly and responded very quickly. Thank you for the amazing stay!

When we travel with our corporate team at Botany Scientics, we like to choose a place where we can all enjoy and have private space, working together like a family unit. This was perfect, and we plan to come back. Those bedrooms upstairs have an awesome look and feel. Thank you, Maia.

This was a nice stop for us and our pup as we traveled through Florida. We had a nice walk on the dog friendly beach on our quick overnight here!

Another wonderful stay in this cozy cottage. Within easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping. House is cozy and had everything we needed. Wil is responsive to any questions. Received information prior to check in with the smart lock combination. Having a smart lock is so convenient as we didn't have to worry about a key at the beach or anytime my spouse or I were coming and going at different times. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home!

The house was perfect! It was very clean, near the beach, with everything needed for time spent at the beach, like surfs, balls, trolley, simply everything! There was also a washing machine and dryer, which was very cool. The beds were very comfy, peaceful neighborhood around, sleeping there was like in the fairytale. Kitchen has the basic spices for cooking, containing fridge, fully equipped. We recommend this accomodation, communication with owner was very easy and quick, instructions clear. Definitely we would like to go back again some day.

The place was very nicely decorated and had a great view of the ocean. We loved sitting on the balcony for breakfast and lunch. The host provided beach chairs which were wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked. Loved the area!

Our kids loved the pool and we were close to everything! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. It felt like being at home!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. There were plenty of beds to accommodate our large group. We had some issues with the hot tub heating but the daily morning walks on the beach at sunrise were priceless! Excellent location, great restaurants close by, safe and cozy! We highly recommend!

We went there to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We had a great weekend at the beach. the place is huge, inside and outside. Had everything we needed for a beach getaway.

My family and friends really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The home had a great layout and really nice outside pool and entertaining area. The beach was only a short walk away. The location of the home is perfect. Downtown St. Augustine was only a 15 min drive so you get a great historic city and beach all in one vacation.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. House very clean, with beach towels, toys, etc. Right on the beach, with lots of comfortable places to sit and watch sunrise, birds, dolphins, including a large patio and fire pit area. We loved it.

Wow! The view, the large patio with Adirondack chairs, and the beach access right out your back door! We gathered with adults and a two-year old, and it was perfect. Quirks include the single bathroom accessible only thru the bedrooms. Plus the Caribbean shower (e.g. outdoor) which was fine with us. Everything was exceptionally clean and fresh, and well-provided. It’s like having your own private oceanfront cottage. Awesome!

We had a wonderful week staying at this location. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood, close walk to the beach with everything needed for fun on the beach. The kitchen supplied all that we needed for our meal preps. It was a pleasure to lounge on the deck and listen to the sounds of the ocean. A great stay.

Home away from home. Rhonda’s place had literally everything so we didn’t have to pack the whole house. I mean everything - bikes, helmets, beach tents, chairs, wagon, toys, boards, and the kitchen was stocked for all needs. This place is a true gem! We will definitely book again!

I’m extremely picky and only nice staying in nice places. I found Danny’s place incredibly clean! You can’t beat the location. This is a private beautiful beach area away from the craziness of historical downtown, yet only about 15 minutes drive if you want to go into that area. I highly recommend anyone who wants a prime location, beautiful sunrise, and learn a thing or two about sea turtles while you’re there :)

Our recent stay at the Green Roof Beach House was an exceptional experience from start to finish and left us longing for more time in this beautiful home. This beach front property provided the perfect setting for our multi-generational family gathering. We were welcomed by a heartfelt handwritten note from our host, making us feel instantly at home. The elevator was a lovely touch for transporting luggage from the car to the living areas. The kitchen was well-stocked, allowing us to prepare and enjoy family dinners. We loved gathering around the dining table. Each bedroom was thoughtfully furnished and provided ample space and comfort for every family member. The attention to detail in the décor added to the overall ambiance of relaxation. The location allowed for easy access to local attractions, beaches, and dining options. Our only regret was that our stay was too short. We are already planning to return for another visit!

Excellent location, with very nice hosts who communicated well. Even had the house ready a little early which is always nice. The house is very well stocked with everything you would need. Perfect Thank you for a great stay. We will be back.

Great house in an excellent location. Close to everything - restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream shops all within walking distance. House was well equipped with necessities and comforts of home like throw blankets, games, etc. All of the furniture was clean, modern and super comfortable - loved the reclining couch in the living room. Beds were very comfortable and linens were soft and cozy. The loft area is perfect for teens/kids looking to have their own space to watch TV. Easy beach access and clean, uncrowded beach just a few steps away. Loved the gated front porch and spent a lot of time out there with our dog. Ramp was incredibly helpful for getting beach gear down to beach and loading/unloading car. Highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Flagler Beach!
